Right, I went back to bed & lay there huffing & puffing for a while, then got up & made myself a sausage sandwich. I feel a bit better now.

WFH, don't worry about the Waitrose thing - it was an honest mistake & given the circumstances, I don't think anyone could blame you!

Puzzle, love the image of the baby in the spa bath with champagne. & strawberries too, I reckon.

Were you horizontal when he engaged, Boff? I'm tempted to invest in some of those Stay Dry pants - they sound really sexy useful. I'm pretty sure my waters won't break unassisted anyway, though. It'd be mostly for post-partum.

Nutty, imagine the looks we'd get as a group of us with our pompoms

SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:08

'Sausage sandwich' is not a euphemism, by the way

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:10

Springy - they can look all they want the outsiders will just be jealous!!

to add to the baby spa there should be a chocolate fountain with Puzzles Champers Springys strwabs and some mini marshmallows oohhhh heavenly Bliss!!!

OP posts:
NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:11

Springy - LOL Yeah! Yeah!

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:13

I think I have some mini marshmallows in my cupboard... Now to resist them!

& no, really - no kinky fun happening here today

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:15

Resistance is futile .......Just eat them and be merry

oh boo have a ((hug))

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:18

I have melted chocolate & a spoon instead...

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:20

Genius!! yum! you do need the marshmallows to go with it though.....

where is Boff?!?!?

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:26

It's okay, I have chocolate fudge cake & cream being prepared as we speak. Emergency chocolate rations are being broken out!

& I don't know - I wish people would stop keeping us in suspense! It's so thoughtless

bronze · 05/04/2009 15:27

"Its a beautiful day"

(dont look anything like him though

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:27

just plain rude if you ask me LOL

oooohh

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:39

Why so cheery, bronze? [suspicious]

& I love chocolate. It cures all the world's evils. I feel almost human again now

bronze · 05/04/2009 15:41

because though I feel like hell (cant breathe in without coughing) I have sent them all outside to play with ds1s new toys and I can sit here and watch them wear themselves out

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:42

Chocolate = Happy. tis a proven fact

Bronze - You're a happy bunny?!?

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:42

Ah, genius plan. The cough sounds horrible - have you seen a doctor in case it needs antibiotics?

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:43

Bronze - ahh sounds like bliss!!

OP posts:
BoeuffinMum · 05/04/2009 15:46

I am still here.
I am still waiting.
Considering doing some Wii Sports to get things going.
My waters went when I was asleep. His head engaged really dramatically and I woke up thinking "WTF was that?" then realised immediately what had happened because of the sheer quantity of the stuff.

WFH, just pay for whatever it was next time you're in Waitrose perhaps?

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:48

any contractions Boff?? or had it all just sort of petered out a bit? x x

OP posts:
SpringySponge · 05/04/2009 15:50

I had a big head drop into my fanjo a few nights ago, but I was upright - & no waters broke He'll have to try harder next time.

Just be careful not to wear yourself out / cause yourself damage, Boff. Don't do anything without thinking what you'd advise us to do in your situation

bronze · 05/04/2009 15:51

Boff how long are you going to be able to go without them pressing to interfere?

BoeuffinMum · 05/04/2009 15:58

48-96 hours without too many problems apparently.

Off to do Wii Sports now. Nutty have you taken your medication and done the cold packs? (Nag her for me girls, if I go offline).

NuttyBlowUpEasterBunny · 05/04/2009 15:58

Wii sports probably not the best idea you will be knackered before you start

OP posts:
BoeuffinMum · 05/04/2009 15:59

Not the way I do it, tbh. I will try balance games etc first.
