I always try to remember that any food is better than no food. So if a pizza/chips/pickled onion monster munch is all I can stomach then thats better than eating nothing at all right?

Just try to eat little and often, whatever you can face, till the sickness goes and you'll be fine You body is very good a filtering out the good stuff for baby.

Maybe try some pre-natal multi-vitamins just to make sure you're getting the vital nutrients till your diet improves?

I'm afraid its bad news, I will be leaving this group after all. The scans, both abdominal and internal, found what seems to be a blighted ovum. My mum feels perhaps it was too early, my body wasn't ready. I just feel numb. Going to go and spoil DD1 to bits. Was squeezing her so tight at the EPAU she was wondering whats up with Mom.

HI guys I havent been onmuch either in last week or so.... have been getting myself ready for going back to work. HAve done 3 days back now and am worn out..... just don't feel as into it anymore and my role has had to change due to being pregnant so i am not in my comfort zone. ANYONE ELSE FEELING A BIT FED UP. My tummy is def swelling but due to being so sick the stone i lost has not yet started creeping back on even though i am now managing to eat a little. Think I am worrying about whether I will be a more confident mum this time as struggled with PND with dd1. Also my dp is always at work and feel like i am doing it all on my own.... sulk sulk sulk!!! Hugs to any Dec mum to be who needs one!!!

cairn terrior.... i am eating anything I can stomach....... no cooked veg.... the odd raw veg dipped in houmous. Other than that it is dairylea lunchables, full fat milk and yogurts, milkshake, brightly coloured ice pops etc etc.... I wouldnt worry.
I am taking pregnacare vitamins so trying not to be bothered. I can only eat the above or i feel lousy so sod it!!

I second the dairy overload, ate a load of cheese last night and then woke up at 2 o'clock this morning after a nightmare My current dairy fave is strawberry nesquik - prior to getting through this whole tin, I think the last time I had any was getting on for 15 years ago.

Hi girls, am in Cardiff so 4hours from home and at lunch I leaked what felt like amniotic fluid, was definitely not wee as soaked some up with tissue. Was a slight pinkish aswell. Anyone else had this? I'm 10 weeks. Its stopped for now but am really worried :-(

My 'leaking' has stopped so hopefully it was just one of those things. Have 13wk scan booked for 22 June so just hope I can make it to then. My 30th birthday 2mrw so don't wanna spend it worrying.

Sparklycheerymummy - I had PND after my DS1 and really worried about it happening after DS2. Luckily it didn't, had the odd moment but DH kept a close eye on me and I was okay. Fingers crossed for you.
