BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 14:35

that is pretty impressive!!! your dh must be superdad too!!!

SmuttyNuttyTaff · 31/03/2009 14:38

hahaha he doesn't really have a choice (poor boy) its either carry me or have a wet bed/sofa and all the cleaning that comes with it

right off to catch up .....

OP posts:
bronze · 31/03/2009 14:39

Glad shes ok Nutty. they are here to try us

bronze · 31/03/2009 14:40

I just had quite a bit more show. Much looser than normal though (tmi ) but definitely bloody

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 14:43

yay for the show bronze - you can be tomorrows baby!!!

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 14:44

Hmmm all this showing and I have none...though I've never been a showy girl myself ... and Mom said she didn't have any with my older sister or me until the very last moment when she was already deep into labor...

bronze · 31/03/2009 14:44

Well that would be just my luck. In fact I'm doubly likely to be the fool as DH is away on business tonight and will be drinking so....

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 14:45

The more I think about it the nicer it would be to have the baby early to make DH happy...though one really has little control over these things.

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 14:46

right am off to wrap myself up in DH's hoodie and wonder to the shops for 30 minutes or so!

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 14:46

enjoy BB!

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 14:47

my mum didn't have waters or show with any of us - just labour and everything at once!!! don't worry bleu, we don't need show!!!

springy meant to ask - did you get your test results back?

BoffinMum · 31/03/2009 14:48

Fab stuff Nutty. You are truly a great mum. Sorry about the morphine, but it does show your limbs etc still work when you need them to. Hopefully if you rest up today and take your medication nicely you will get back on track very soon.

Bronze, another front runner?

Announcement - my AP has voluntarily spring cleaned the playroom without any request from me (admittedly all of about 2 metres by 2 metres in a rather scruffy conservatory) and it looks really nice in there now. I think she is improving quite rapidly.

BabyBolat · 31/03/2009 14:50

yay for boff"s AP!!!

right really am going now!!!

SpringySunshine · 31/03/2009 14:52

BB, no - I've heard nothing! But I also have absolutely no signs of labour or anything else, so I'm not too bothered by it - what could they tell me but that I'm going to be pregnant for a very long time yet?

I'm hoping that your baby's not going to be too long, though - I'm dying to know if you've got a boy or a girl, never mind anything else. I'm forced into living vicariously

& Boff, your AP really is coming through for you at the moment! It must be such a relief

bronze · 31/03/2009 14:53

don't think so I think its just another thing to make me feel icky. It wouldn't surprise me if I went early having spoken to mw and consultant but I'm thinking more a week or so.

Boff your AP is getting good, you are training well

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 14:55

Yeah for improving AP!

surprisenumber3 · 31/03/2009 14:56

Like I said before Bleu, I've never had a show either, and really want one, third time lucky maybe God knows why I want a show!!

Oddeyes - ahh, I see why you're being induced then - ouch ouch ouch! Smaller babies are the way forward!

I have just been very very very very sick (
Had to go into Birmingham to pick up my last batch of work until July - woohoo! Will still have to 'touch base' weekly but only through phone calls/email Also, by July it will all be done electronically so no more having to go into Birmingham every week.

surprisenumber3 · 31/03/2009 14:57

ok, should be sick not I hate being sick!

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 14:57

lol I did think that a little odd Surprise...

conkertree · 31/03/2009 15:00

well done nutty for acting so quickly - great that dd is cheerful today - just a shame you are suffering.

cant work out if struan has chicken pox. i know he's been around children with it and had a very high temp last night - spots on his chest today but not sure if they are chicken pox spots or a heat rash - now has some on his face but again not blistery looking ones so could be a heat rash. hmm i'nm not very good at this medical stuff.

Swaliswan · 31/03/2009 15:01

Conker, DD's spots looked heat rash for the first 12 or so hours and then blistered up so keep an eye on them.

Swaliswan · 31/03/2009 15:08

I'm so fed up. I have horrible period pains and seem to have IBS pains and diarrhoea I truly am fed up of being pg now and just want to get to the lovely cuddly BFing a newborn stage.

conkertree · 31/03/2009 15:09

thanks for the info swaliswan - will keep an eye particularly as he is awful for scratching - will have to watch him like a hawk if he has them.

sorry you are feeling a but rubbish - think we'd all like it to be May now.

Bleuravin · 31/03/2009 15:09

hugs swali

bronze · 31/03/2009 15:10
