Previously on April Mums.....

Many false starts

Lots of Branston Pickles, plugs, shows but no babies as yet.

We are all going mental whilst awaiting the arrival of our babies

Boffin has become SuperBoff!! we have all now donned sexy superhero style spandex costumes (with or without cape)

We all hope BoffinDad gets better soon ((hugs)) to BoffinDad and BP lowering vibes.

The race really is on Suprise, Bleu, WFH & BB who will be next to blow Exciting times!!!

Springy has not yet brought lil George into the world but BB has kindly agreed not to sprinkle her cervix dust or wave her cervix wand around.

I have well and truly lost my Easter Egg Bet with BB.

Juw has revealed her Goat Love!!

We played round with our names on urban dictionary and found we're all rather rude (which was suprising?!? ) and we all got new names from the random name generator.

PLEASE PACK YOUR HOSPITAL BAG IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO!!! v important as you do not want to be caught on the hop xx

We all LOVE mini eggs!!

I officially love you Auld...fora is what it should be......

BabyBolat · 28/03/2009 07:36

Morning everyone - how are we all on this lovely weekend morning?!

I cannot tell you how good I feel this morning - DH and I slept for the ENTIRE night with not one wake up - no coughing or spluttering, no wee stops and no pains - I feel like a new person - what a difference being chilled out makes!!!

Any babies yet? COME ON!!!!

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 08:34

-Posted on last thread too-
Morning everyone, I had a lovely sleep last night...have I mentioned that I've been sleeping better ever since I put a pillow under my side of the mattress so my feet are elevated (about 3 inches). Truly I sleep much better and wake up far more refreshed than a month ago.

No babies on my part (obviously) but the rolling pains in my back are still there, but are a little lighter again this morning. Just a few twinges in my pelvic area, and Sprite is being quiet for the most part. Though s/he gave me a right pommelling when I was checking her/his position when I woke up (I think bad mommy startled baby awake...'oy Mama get off! I'm trying to sleep' 'just checking to see if you're alive my Nutkin') So I think it was a bit of a false alarm. Like I said I really think I'll go later than they expect.

Hopefully though BB what you felt was the beginning of the real thing! Glad you too had a lovely sleep.

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 08:41

Do you realise the old thread has been around since Wednesday and is still not complete?

KittyCatIsGettingFat · 28/03/2009 08:50

Morning all! DH is being vvvvv suspicious today... he's "borrowed" my wedding rings to get them "cleaned" - and has now gone off to the shops all on his own... how exciting!! tee hee...

purplemonkeydishwasher · 28/03/2009 09:07

morning everyone!

damn. i lost out on the springy pool. or maybe when i said friday evening I meant next friday evening...

has anyone heard how Clairey got on? the baby was getting turned on Thursday.

BB - HOW did you make it through a while night without getting up to pee?? i am in awe. if i get trhough 4 hours it's a good night!

Kitty - that's so nice of your DH! (assuming he's not just getting your rings cleaned! ) i never got a 'thanks for giving birth to my son and nearly ripping your ass open in the process' gift last time.

well, as is the usual saturday tradition DH has taken DS to his mom's for a bit (where he will be given chocolate buttons at 10 o'clock in the morning...grrrrr) [and they're ALWAYS nestle and she KNOWS that I boycott nestle and she does it anyway....i'm feeling quite unreasonable today can you tell??]

slept ok last night. have been feeling sick and headachey the last couple of days. and [TMI] my poos have been quite loose (considering it's been like pooing bricks for the last 6 months). not enough water maybe. thuresday night i was really sick. and of course with vomitting comes the whole peeing myself thing. love that!

not much else going on. took DS to get his hair cut yesterday. i have yet to get them to cut it how i want. though this time it was slightly closer in that she didnt just nod her head and then cut ALL his hair off. when DH came home I had a good cry about it.

what's everyone up to today? anything exciting? it occured to me yesterday that it's a month til my due date. i really need to get this house organized!!

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 09:11

Contraction Master now available for iPhone, AppleMonsters, for 59 of your English pennies!

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 09:14

Also, if buying iPhone apps, I recommend you don't purchase Flight Control, as it is unreasonably addictive!

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 09:16

Earth Hour today at 8.30pm. See here

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:17

Juw did you really think you'd get through 60ish messages by yourself on the other thread?

Dh has decided we're not going into town today so we're getting things done at the house. I'm sewing up the rest of the sheets and working on my sister's wrap afterwards so I can work on the baby sling after that
It's sunny currently, so it seems like it's going to be a good day.

Btw I hardly ever have to wake up to pee at night [gloating smiley] But I tend to pee like a racehorse when I DO get up around 6 or 7...

KittyCatIsGettingFat · 28/03/2009 09:18

Hey Ju that's great news... DH will be chuffed he can monitor me from his latest toy!

tristaleejac · 28/03/2009 09:18

morning guys
juw you're so funny on the last thread, you've decorated it really well!
Hooray for lovely sleeps BB and Bleu.
I'm nowhere near giving birth today. Not even a twinge. So I'm waiting for one of you to provide us with some action.
My back's loads better though, so it was obviously shag hangover. Stuff that, not doing that again, unless I go past due date and am desperate
Well the sun's out here but I can just tell it's bloody freezing outside so lazy one by the computer today methinks!

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:29

Baby and pain are working in unison right now... oy vay ouch!

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:31

They'll be finishing off the other thread in a moment

purplemonkeydishwasher · 28/03/2009 09:33

HOW DO THEY DO IT??

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 09:34

Nooooo! I can't do it! I wonder if it is something to do with Safari?

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:34

Yeah I'm not sure myself, which is why I don't really play.

tristaleejac · 28/03/2009 09:36

I can only do it for a wee while then they start using tactics which are beyond my technical abilities.
Have put a couple of tricks up my sleeve though

Juwesm · 28/03/2009 09:37

I figured I wouldn't win, just thought I'd help with the filling!
Trista may get this one - we'll have to wait for the usual culprits to arrive and see if they've got something up their collective sleeves!

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:38

ooooh DH is swearing at the desktop computer... I may need to leave the house...

tristaleejac · 28/03/2009 09:38

There's no way I'm celebrating yet! They jump out from nowhere!

Bleuravin · 28/03/2009 09:44
