Evening all!

Well Boffin your poor DD, although in all fairness, you don't go anywhere near parents rooms with closed doors - luckily my parents only had sex three times (which resulted in three daughters ) so I didn't have to worry about that too much!

We have had lots of lovely snow too but am hoping it holds off until tomorrow night to settle properly as I have to go to work tomorrow (there is no choice) and would quite like to be snowed in on Tuesday!

DH has managed to fix the the disaster that was the rocking chair incident of this morning (yay) and it is currently looking lovely and shiny and new in our kitchen waiting for the last few bits to dry! But we went out this afternoon to buy a lovely new laptop for DH as I am forever on mine with MN and it is broken the control panel (left and right key etc) don't work so now have to try and get away from work early tomorrow to get back and change it - grrrr!! Why, why can't things just work properly!

As for looks, in my line of work you are supposed to look fairly sharp I think but as I cannot currently do many of my clothes up, there are only a couple of options I have and absolutely refuse to buy ANY more clothes until after this LO is born! so they are stuck with me looking slightly (well very) shabby and unkempt! Also the nice thing is that when I am ready to get back out in to the big wide world it will be summer so I will be time to buy new summer clothes anyway!

My family came up this afternoon and had a lovely roast dinner and me and DH are now very chilled out on the sofa watching the last of Season 2 of 24 (we have got scarily addicted to this programme and have 4 more series of it to go before we have caught up!).

Springy yay for no sickness and getting up to see your granddad!

My parents had lots of nookie as we were growing up and my mum always giggles a lot very loudly while my dad gets going. It is very disturbing, I can tell you, especially in shared French hotel rooms. I am amazed I manage to get up to anything myself at all after that.

I recently realised after a chat with a friend that we were both sent (parentless) to Sunday School so my parents could have - shall we say - a little time out together at the weekend. Now how shocking is THAT!

I think he has a good idea, he calls it sex anatomy anyway so am sure he knows I do not watch it for the medical content!
