@Watsochick hello! i got pink spotting and brownish coloured discharge at 5+3, i thought i was further along and phoned EPU as I was having cramps also.
EPU took me for an early scan to make sure it wasn’t ectopic and confirmed I was 5+3 and not 6 weeks as thought, scan showed a gestational sac and yolk sac and they booked me in for a re-scan on Thursday (fingers crossed all has progressed properly!)

The midwife wasnt concerned about the spotting, she said unless it is red then it is normal in early pregnancy. I haven’t had any since and no cramps either.
If you are concerned you can always ring your EPU and they will give you advice, I know it differs from person but for me the brown/pink discharge was normal for the time I was checked 🙂

@LauraA31 I’m round about the same time aswell, cramping too but seems to have stopped, it was only a little bit on wiping anyway so I’m sure it’s absolutely fine too. Fingers crossed! However if I have anymore I’ll definitely call for advice.
Do not remember it with my first wee one. I think I just had cramps for the first few weeks x

I filled in the self-referral form on my local hospital's website last week but still haven't heard anything back. This is my first baby so I don't know what's normal or what the waiting times are, if I should be chasing and at what point?

Just requested to join the group 😊 due date 20th may and just found out today, praying for a rainbow baby after 2 losses

Hi everyone ☺️ hope it's OK to join... I have just requested to join fb group. I was on one with my little boy for springtime 2021 babies and it was invaluable!
Cautiously joining this as I joined one earlier this year and miscarried. Have had 3 miscarriages (1 before my little boy then 2 this year one after the other). Got an early scan booked at 6 weeks and 2 days. Currently 4 weeks and 5 days 😬 nervewracking time!

@TheBeesKnee it took just over two weeks before I heard anything back if that helps

LauraA31 · 10/09/2022 15:12

@TheBeesKnee it took them two weeks to get back to me with any information; they then booked me my booking appointment for the end of this month when i should be 10 weeks so it’s taken quite some time 🙂

Hi everyone joining a bit late but I'm already on the FB group though. I'm now 5+5 with baby no 2 but DP first. Feeling ok so far thankfully and hopefully it stays that way as I'm away on holiday on Thursday.

Is anyone getting any symptoms yet?

I was quite nauseous the first few days after finding out but nothing since then. I feel really normal which I know I should try to enjoy but I do wish I'd have some sign that I'm actually pregnant apart from my tests. Its making it really hard to believe its true even though i know it is!😆

@Phoebe93 I've been quite tired, needing to pee quite a bit, got sore boobs and now sensitive nipples which is unusual for me. Stomach felt quite strange yesterday and hard to explain. Some bloating and I just didn't like any clothes pressing against it and almost like sore ab muscles too. Think it's everything starting to stretch etc. Feels a lot better today at least. Nausea hasn't really hit yet just to odd wave of it which I'm glad about. Fully expecting it to kick in in the next couple weeks. How far along are you? I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and I was like you until just recently feeling completely normal

Hi Guys!
just found out I’m pregnant with my second (4+1) due may 22nd! Had a miscarriage at 7 weeks a couple of months ago but feeling positive for this one to stick!
i have a WhatsApp group with mums from my sons birth month would love to make one if anyone is interested in joining?

@EdinburghGirl1 it is reassuring to have some symptoms I suppose! Glad you're feeling better today though. Do you remember if you had symptoms early on with your first?

I'm only 5+4 so still early days, I have read that a lot of women get more symptoms from 6 weeks onwards so perhaps I should just take advantage of my time feeling well before everything starts 😅

@Phoebe93 I've been trying to remember but it was 6 years ago. I know I was on holiday (again) around 5/6 weeks in Rome and don't remember feeling ill then so think it must've been after that. I did feel pretty tired and almost hungover during first trimester though. Yes enjoy feeling good whilst it lasts

Hey I have got a BFP last Wednesday and think I'm due late May. I don't have Facebook so I think a WhatsApp group would be great!

Forgot to say today is 5 weeks from the first day of my last period so I know I'll be anxious for a while yet. This is the point at which I found out last time so I don't really know how I feel.

@LilyKitten i also had a loss at 7 weeks not long ago and I worry every time I go to the toilet that I’ll see blood! 😢
tying to stay positive and grateful for the sore boobs to make me feel pregnant 😂
