Hello all - new thread here!

woohooo scan tomorrow mines late though after 2oclock.
So how many of us are having scans tomorrow?
Ive got a cold now came on today so ill be sneezing and coughing all over the sonographer lol
My LO has been kicking and moving around for about 3 weeks now but please dont worry if you havent felt any movements yet its still early

Welcome egyptianprincess. youve just reminded me of the horrendous migraines I used to get towards end of pregnancy with DD (didnt get them with DS) they took ages to settle after hope they dont rear their ugly head again.

Ive started feeling some movement at last, nothing major just a bit of tapping kind of at the front of my pelvic floor, yeah.

I count 4 of us being scanned tomorrow mummyofaprincess - you, me, scorpio and themaskedposter. Anyone I've missed??

I've had awful headaches too egyptianprincess - only migraines occasionally but headaches constantly for the last 8 weeks - they are, thankfully, just starting to ease now(I'm 20 wks)

Has anyone else had leaking breasts yet? I woke up this morning and mine had leaked a little in the night i was a bit can`t remember leaking this early on last time!

Apparently if they manage to land a kick directly on your cervix it hurts (never happened to me, but a couple of people I knew had the occasional cervical kick) but other than that, no.

Im having another scan tomorrow to check all ok.. Had reassurance scan nealy 2 weeks ago and that showed i was having a boy.. Mine is at 1.00pm.. Trying not to be nervous.Goodluck ladies...

Hi everyone, I've been catching up on all your posts over the last few weeks but haven't posted myself as I had some bleeding on and off for a while and I've been quite paranoid.

However, had 20 wk scan today and the baby looks healthy so I'm going to post again.

Lemonaid - is it you that has the spreadsheet to update the details? Would you be kind enough to do mine? I'm due 7 April, I'm 30 and this is my 2nd baby - DD is 14 months.

I am due on the 9th April and we didn't find out at our scan, last Thursday, what we are having thought it would be nice surprise.

Fleecy, I had a scare with heavy bleeding at 16.5 weeks and my scan was normal and everything is great with baby. We are slowly feeling more relaxed although DH would still wrap me in cottonwool and put me in a cupboard unitl April if he had his way!!!

I haven't posted for ages and ages, but I had my 20 week scan this afternoon and it's a boy! I've got another scan in 4 weeks to check on the baby's heart, because I'm diabetic there's more risk that he will have birth defect/s. Fingers crossed everything will be fine! Apparently heart defects don't show up until 24 weeks so at least today's scan was perfect! Saw the bottoms of his tiny feet and his tiny boy bits!

Now we're having the great name debate, I have fallen in love with Oscar, but DH won't have any of it. So the shoetlist so far is Freddie, Bertie or George.

It's so exciting that we're all around half way through now!

Hi everyone - I'm completely new on here, I haven't even been lurking. One of my friends just pointed me in the direction of these boards and I'd love to join you if that's ok!

I've tried to read back a bit to catch up but I've missed loads . There's still a way to go though so I'm sure I'll get to know who you all are in no time.

I'm due on 19th April and this is my second baby. My DD is 16 months old. We found out gender with DD and hope to do the same with LO but have to go for a private scan as they won't tell us gender in Aberdeen. My 20 week scan is on 6th December.

Thanks Sheds75! Up until now I've been using another popular board - but this one seems to be a much better pace. I work full time and although I get the odd day that I can spend time doing stuff like this, sometimes I have a run when I can't get on. The other board I've been using has SO many postings that I just can't keep up.

It sounds like I've chosen an exciting day to join - lots of scan news pending.
