Hi everyone.

Dare I start an October thread!?!

Anyone got a positive result for October? It’s early I know.

Got mine this morning on a FRER at 8 DPO. The line was surprisingly strong. Just feels to good to be true. 🥰 period isn’t due until Monday 25th. So very early days.

If all goes well I am due 03/10/21.

This is my first pregnancy.
Look forward to everyone sharing their journey/stories.

Hi all. Hope everyone's ok and congrats to those who've just got their bfp

I'm 5+5 today and feel like symptoms are kicking in. Felt absolutely exhausted yesterday, bad headache and some waves of nausea. It was about this stage in my last pregnancy that morning sickness began in earnest!

I have a private scan booked for when I will be 7+6. Can't come quick enough!

Has anyone had their booking appointment confirmed yet? I still haven't contacted GP/midwife due to hopefully imminent house move!

Just found out I’m due with my 3rd on 11th october. Hoping I don’t need to be consultant led this time after a couple of problems last time.

Hi Ladies, exciting to be on a 'due date' thread. Have been TTC for 2&half years and just completed IVF and got a BFP last week and another BFP today. Don't know my due date yet as don't know how the calculate it but I'm lucky to get a 7 week scan with the IVF clinic so counting down the days!
Some of the calculators say I'm 4 weeks +4 and due roughly mid Oct. no symptoms yet other than ever so slightly nausea last night and some tugging sensations in my womb ☺️
Feels surreal being here!

Community midwife appointment booked for early March and need to get booking bloods done ASAP (not quite sure what they are) but excited to be progressing.

I had a call from a very perky midwife saying they're doing continuity of carer and she'd be my midwife for the duration and deliver if she could. Am gobsmacked. This has been campaigned for by midwives for years and am super-chuffed. Better outcomes for mother and baby. Booking in appt during half term. I am still in denial though. Like it's some sort of false positive Grin

A ha! Yes makes it real booking it in... For lots of NHS trusts you can self refer sending a docx to an email. Don't need to go through rigmarole of GP first.

Do you anticipate similar issues that will make you consultant led this time? x

Hiya ladies, just checking in again as it's been a while. Hope everyone is good and that your pregnancies are progressing very well.
When are you ladies going to have your first ultrasound?
I had a miscarriage three months ago and I'm feeling really nervous about this pregnancy. The line progressions and 'dye stealer' stuff doesn't make the anxiety any less. I'm 26DPO and I'm still waiting for my 'dye stealer' on my easy@home tests. This along with a lack of symptoms (in fact, symptoms disappearing) has freaked me out so I've booked a private scan for this Saturday when I should be about 6 weeks + 3 days.
Keen to hear how you are all travelling.

@sisteroutlaw I ended up with pre eclampsia and a baby on the 0.4th centile at 37 weeks. Given my age (40) and bmi to add into the equation I don’t think I’ll be allowed just community midwife appointments

Ah @Hemax1 that does sound stressful. Bodies grrr! I hope the pg is totally uneventful this time round until due date pop! x

Hi @Jpan the anxiety isn't something you can just switch sadly. Hugs. I don't have any symptoms either... Confused Good luck with private scan this weekend x

@Jpan same here. I have no symptoms too. Had headaches for a couple of days and felt bloated couple of other times. That's all. No symptoms at all now. Booked early scan for next Tue. Let's see! Good luck for your scan this weekend 😊

Due 6th Oct. confirmed yesterday at a scan.
This one wasn’t planned but a happy surprise. I was on the pill. This will be my 5th pregnancy. I have 3 children.

Morning sickness I found out can last all day. 🙈

Hi all, tentatively placemarking. Due 18th October. I lost my son at 17 weeks in November so this pregnancy is a real mix of emotions.

@itsserendipity whoop whoop to your BFP!

OK I am ridiculously hungry ALL OF A SUDDEN. Is that a PG symptom or just general lockdown munchies? It also had to be tomatoey so am running with.

Recently got my BFP and am due on the 21st October. This is my first pregnancy - does anyone have any advice on how not to be super nervous until the 12 week scan? Feel like I'm over analysing everything!

This is my sixth pregnancy but I've had five miscarriages so I'm hoping for a second successful pregnancy.

My DS is nearly three and I've for him to have a sibling.

I hope you're all well- I've been flat out tired which lead me to test and sure enough, got a positive test. Due end of Oct so maybe a Halloween baby! My first was an April Fools baby so having two unusual birthdates would be quite funny 😂

Hi all hope I can join too! This is my 5th pregnancy ( only one sucessful that reaulted in my beatiful DD now 5 y old). This is IVF pregnancy and I believe I am due 16.10 so I think I am 5 weeks tomorrow. As you can imagine I've done numerous tests including clearblue week indicator which said 3+ weeks yesterday afternoon, was quite happy about that.
I am having my early scan on Tuesday at EPU due to previous ectopic pregnancy- not sure how much they should be able to see at 5+3 weeks but hope at least a gestational sac?

Just found out I'm pregnant this morning, 4+1 so super early! Trying to keep a steady head.

I have DD21 months, so she'll be 2.5 when this one is born!

How is everyone feeling?? I had covid 2 weeks ago so am still recovering from that and my chest is still pretty bad

@HotCupOfNo I have been having them but they are supposed to be normal as long as they aren't severe.
