I’m still not feeling anything and I’m 21 weeks so try not to worry @Zaalfruit it’ll happen soon.
Unless mine is just gonna be lazy like me 😂

Fab news @OrDis a little girl 💜 how lovely! I call ours a he but I'm thinking it's a girl, clutching at straws really lol!!

@ShiningStarz I’ve been defaulting to ‘he’ as well 🤣 will have to make sure I start calling her ‘she’ now. At least I have a list of girls names I like, DH and I could hardly think of any boy ones so having a girl makes that easier lol

I’ve just got back from my scan!

Congratulations @OrDis how exciting it’s a little girl 😊. With you on girl names being much easier! We’re keeping it a surprise so have needed names for both just in case but got girl names so much quicker!!

Congrats @rocknrosie and @OrDis! Yah to the girls. I have two girls and their ace!!! I won't lie though I'm keen for a boy this time round!!

Re weight gain and eating, 1200 would be low for me but I exercise a bit. I'm 22 weeks and have gained a stone mainly because I'm eating a lot more carbs and pasta!!! I'm aiming for a 2.5 stone gain overall but I'm not going to get hung up on. I gained 4 in my first and 3.5 in my second. Was pretty much back to pre pregnancy within 6 months.

Re clothes the girls were both just under 9lbs and fit into newborn for a good three weeks or so. I would get a few newborn and then 0-3. Some shops come up bigger than others. I think M&S is generous but mothercare was quite small. Not that they exist now 😢

Congratulations 🎊 lots of team girls here! I'm convinced mine is a boy and totally with you on boys names being harder got a long list of girls and only a couple of boys names that I'm not even sure about!

Congratulations to everyone who recently had a scan 🥳 I feel so late to the party lol still have to wait a few days for mine, i cant wait. I'm feeling movement everyday now which is lovely. I've been a bit late telling people I'm pregnant and still in the process of announcing it to people haha! Today I found out another mom in my daughter's class is pregnant and also due in September. It made me so happy, strangely I'm feeling less lonely now

@Zaalfruit I’m not sure what it is - I have a little boy already, and I think this pregnancy is just the same, I look the same, so I felt like it was a boy. At my 20 week scan, they said probably a girl but couldn’t be certain due to the position of the baby, so we’re (hopefully!) going for a private scan in a few weeks. I did buy two girl babygrows tonight though 🙈 I liked them so much, and worried that they’d be sold out when the TU sale came round that I just couldn’t help myself.

@ShiningStarz We just used blankets to swaddle for the first few weeks, then just covered him off in a blanket until H fitted in a sleeping bag. He wasn’t much of a twitcher sleeping though, so didn’t tend to wake himself up and need swaddling.

Thank you @OrDis @LatteLover12 This will be my 3rd girl! Not bought anything yet so might look online this eve at baby clothes!

@ShiningStarz I’ve just been looking at next can only see first size not newborn, is that their version of newborn? Saw lots on H&M and they’ve all sold out!

Wonder what the likelihood of shops opening before September are!

@Emmy2020 they will be open we just won’t be allowed to go 😂

I think if the shops open ill go but just be sensible, i want to see pram before buying etc. I think it we take hand sanitizer and keep distance it should be ok. I just want some normality. Starting to feel like the cure is worse than the cause! Xx
