Hi couldn't comment on last thread as it hit 1000 comments and was closed! Hope everyone is doing well?
I'm due in 14 days but it seems to be going in slow motion! I'm very excited but feeling a bit overwhelmed and emotional all of a sudden! also getting so uncomfortable now!

I had braxton hicks all night and my tummy was rock solid - getting ready for him to come now! Due two weeks tomorrow.

ameliathomas84 · 19/11/2019 15:14

I am due 20/12 however will find out at growth scan Thursday when my scheduled c section will be! Anyone had any problems? Reduced movements? Pre eclampsia? Oc?

JayDot500 · 19/11/2019 16:18

Currently dealing with:
Braxton Hicks
SPD
Peeing frequently
Sometimes feel like the movements are reduced and then whack! Foot sticking out of my side (which is more reassuring than painful, but still, ouch)

Due in 18 days and I can't believe we're here already Shock. I've got two check lists of stuff to do and I've only ticked one box Grin

BabyCountDown · 20/11/2019 11:06

My planned section is booked in for 39 weeks, so just 2 weeks! Cannot wait, a mixture of excitement & also I'm so miserable with SPD. I've been off work since Sept & nothing has worked so been told I just need DD to arrive. I feel huge, so cannot get comfortable & permanently exhausted.

Hospital bag is half packed, I will finish it today or tomorrow. I'm almost organised with Christmas shopping too so that we can just enjoy DH's paternity leave & not need to worry about Christmas shopping. I've organised and washed all DS neutral clothes plus the new things we have bought for DD so baby things are all delivered & ready to go.

The last couple of days I've been feeling really anxious. I think it's a mix of being miserable with the pain and having so much time to think. DS is still in nursery FT until after the baby is here. So I'm getting worried I go into labour, or that DS is jealous or something goes wrong, or that we struggle to cope surf parents of two....... the list is endless! Anyone else worrying?

ameliathomas84 · 20/11/2019 11:24

I've been off with spd from work since 24 weeks! Currently 36! Now on mat leave! And very miserable

lovebeingmum9 · 20/11/2019 11:26

yeah I keep getting braxton hicks as well and waiting for them to turn into the real thing! also feeling anxious thinking about the labour and how we will cope with 4 children....our youngest has hit the terrible 2's and is really pushing all our buttons/limits atm so we know it won't be easy but hoping he adapts to his new big brother role! I really feel for those of you who are suffering with spd must be terrible. only a few weeks until we hit December so we're getting there now! 😊

My official edd is 28/12 but hopefully sorting with consultant for my induction around 38 weeks suffering terribly with spd and also had a few reduced movement trips to the hospital and also baby measuring on the smaller side had midwife yesterday my final appointment with her baby is fully engaged she said which just adds to the pain walking is not fun! I will also have 4 children and my 15month old is also going through a terrible stage at the moment of throwing everything he can get his hands on and tantrums

bobble53 · 20/11/2019 20:26

Finally finished work today! Due two weeks today!

Very gross but has anybody else noticed a massive increase in discharge towards the end? Blush I genuinely thought I had wet myself today but it was just discharge :/

JayDot500 · 20/11/2019 21:44

@bobble53 me! I've been changing knickers more than 3 times a day for the past few weeks. Found my pad stash recently so I'm using those as well now. Sometimes it's not until I wipe that it all loosens up and flows out. Weird ,but not uncommon apparently.

ameliathomas84 · 20/11/2019 21:53

I have my last growth scan tomorow and will get a date for delivery! Can't wait but scared too x

Funnybunnyfluff · 20/11/2019 22:06

ameliathomas84 · 20/11/2019 22:08

@Funnybunnyfluff wow! Well my 34 week she was estimated at 4-8 my next one tomorow (36week) I'm due 20/12 not sore what will happen if not much growth! I felt this was normal at this stage but apparently not! 😩

Funnybunnyfluff · 21/11/2019 00:08

My last scan was 2 weeks ago (34weeks) baby was 4lbs5 today they said 6lbs1. They said now on baby will probably put on 1lbs every two weeks.

Let me know how u get on 😁 sure all be fine

badfurday · 21/11/2019 02:31

Due on the 1st December. Finally stopped work. Nesting done and now just waiting.
Have dreadful pregnancy insomnia. Fell asleep tonight at 10.30 and awake again at 11.30, been up since then. 😖
Hoping she'll be a bit early or bang on time. Can't be doing with going over, I'm so done now!

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 21/11/2019 03:09

starflake · 21/11/2019 08:07

Congrats @smartcarnotsosmartdriver 10lb 10oz! Wow! That was my last DDs weight! Did you normal deliver? Baby is absolutely beautiful X

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 21/11/2019 08:19

He was 39 weeks delivered by ELCS partly because he was so big and partly because I had concerns with reduced movements over the last week or so.

JayDot500 · 21/11/2019 09:39
