Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

Haha @Rainbow2020 I’m exactly the same. Felt like I was 17 again 😂

Rainbow2020 · 22/11/2019 22:32

@rhiiila yes I've been exactly the same even though I couldn't control the sickness this afternoon and was hugging the toilet 😩

Rainbow2020 · 22/11/2019 22:34

@LisaxMarie hahha I know 😓 hoping it might clear when I hit 12 weeks!! Only 5 weeks to go lol 🤣

rhiiila · 22/11/2019 22:35

@Rainbow2020 awww I'm sorry! Hopefully it clears up soon!! 💕

Mimi91 · 22/11/2019 22:37

@susie12345 I'm 5+4 too and due 20th July. Feel completely the same way!

susie12345 · 22/11/2019 22:55

@Mimi91 thats cool! Its scary isnt it. I am just hoping my body will manage and the baby will stay the whole pregnancy. I wonder if this fear will go away or will i think this until im 39 weeks pregnant lol

RedRobin7 · 23/11/2019 08:48

Morning ladies! Had such a bad sleep and woken up feeling more anxious about not having many symptoms. 7+3 today and still not going to the loo more frequently. My DH says I go enough as it is but I feel like it hasn't increased this pregnancy! Anyone else the same?

Kiki275 · 23/11/2019 09:12

@RedRobin7 please don't worry about the lack of symptoms at this stage, embrace it! I've not got any yet (5+5) but didn't with my last pregnancy either until maybe approaching 2nd trimester. I know what I was hit with later last time though so I'm going to enjoy this bit 😃 x

LisaxMarie · 23/11/2019 09:40

@RedRobin7 I’m the same. With last pregnancy I was already suffering with nausea and extremely sore boobs by around 4.5 weeks. I’m now 6+1 and haven’t felt sick and my sore boobs cone and go but my scan was very reassuring! X

ScaredMuma2020 · 23/11/2019 09:52

Morning everyone. I feel totally empty this morning. Have to wait till tomorrow morning for my second blood test to see what is happening.
I spoke to the dad last night and he wants NOTHING at all to do with me or the baby, he even said he would want me to get an abortion. I absolutely hate him I can't believe it. What do I do with a man like that? (By the way I would never get an abortion).

Kiki275 · 23/11/2019 10:20

@ScaredMuma2020 so sorry to hear you're going through this. He sounds like a right peach. It's easy for them to distance themselves as the baby is not growing in them and isn't part of them. I hope everything goes okay but whatever decisions need to be made, make them purely for yourself.x

lyndseybabybrain · 23/11/2019 10:27

Morning ladies. I have been bleeding now for 4 days and yesterday the bleeding was heavier. Went to EPAU had my bloods done and came back at 595 I am 4 weeks 4 days as I had IVF. Going back on Tuesday for more bloods and scan. Anyone else had their bloods and what levels were they for what dates? Worried😒

lyndseybabybrain · 23/11/2019 10:28

So sorry to hear what you are going through @ScaredMuma2020. I hope everything works out for you x

Goldington · 23/11/2019 10:43

I’ve also had some spotting this morning after bowel movement (sorry for tmi) it was pink discharge/watery. Has anyone else experienced this? In no pain and still feel the same (boobs sore and bad nausea yesterday) looking for reassurance 😭

Wayekalb · 23/11/2019 11:10

Anyone else just really struggling. The nausea is all day. I have no energy and just feel soooo rubbish. It's upsetting me the thought of being like this for another 6 weeks or so. I'm on anti sickness tabs but they just don't seem to be doing much other that making me feel dizzy. Any suggestions? Feel so bad for my three year old who is just having to look at her mom with no energy! I'm worried about how I'm even going to get through work on Monday (teacher)

dragonmummy17 · 23/11/2019 13:07

@Goldington no cramps is good. I've had it a couple of times after a bowel movement but I had it a lot with DS...
@Wayekalb I'm a teacher too and have been struggling. Luckily I only work 3 days but the constant exhaustion and nausea make it really tough

Wayekalb · 23/11/2019 13:30

@dragonmummy17 I only work three too but I couldn't go in Wednesday as I was so out of it. Might be these anti sickness tablets. It's just a struggle :(

mimiroo1 · 23/11/2019 13:48

It sounds like your in a horrible situation @ScaredMuma2020. Please let us know how your blood test goes tomorrow.

Goldington · 23/11/2019 14:21

Thank you @dragonmummy17 that’s good to hear! I haven’t had any since. I’m not sure if I might be a little dehydrated and starting with a UTI so I’m trying to drink plenty and rest today!

Ethellsmum · 23/11/2019 15:36

Afternoon all, been reading the thread for a few days but too scared to tempt fate by joining. I’m 6+1 and still addicted to testing!

Anyone due July 2020
mimiroo1 · 23/11/2019 16:56

@ethellsmum I know what you mean by addicted to testing. I have to keep checking aswell. Not told family or friends yet but felt like if I didn't tell anyone I would burst.

Alon789 · 23/11/2019 17:11

Hi ladies,

I had an ultrasound scanning last week (10 weeks + 5 days) and everything seems just fine except one issue - The Doctor said that it appears that there is a case of Umbilical hernia.

She told me that there is nothing to worry about and that its a pretty common thing that should be fixed naturally within a couple of weeks.

Are you familiar with this issue? is there really nothing to worry about?! because both me and my partner have been pretty stressed since then.

We are scheduled to have another Ultrasound screening in about a week (12 weeks + 4 days) so I hope to see that things have been sorted out by then, but some words of advice would definitely make me feel better.

Thanks and have a great weekend!

Goldington · 23/11/2019 17:35

Didn’t want to read and run Alon789. This is my first baby so I’m not sure but I would probably take some comfort in the fact that they’re not too concerned about it.

Rainbow2020 · 23/11/2019 18:16

Going out tonight to a Italian .. is there anything I should avoid? Food wise?

KLNM89 · 23/11/2019 19:31

It's so reassuring that I'm not alone feeling so so sick all the time and so tired. I feel bad for my OH because he is the only one I can complain to as we haven't told anyone else yet. Trying to stay positive that the sickness means there is something in there
