Anyone due July 2020

Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

Dafs123 · 10/11/2019 12:43

So so sorry @mlax that's heartbreaking. Sending lots of love to you . Such a worrying time the first trimester x

showmewhatyougot · 10/11/2019 16:22

@mlax I'm sorry your going through this, it's a horrible thing to go through, make sure you take time and look after yourself, hope your able to heal without to much pain ❤️

mlax · 10/11/2019 16:23

Thank you everyone for your kind comments 💗

Lcham89 · 10/11/2019 16:44

@mlax im so sorry to hear the news. ♥️

@Babytrain89 @farmmumtomillie @Dafs123 thank you ladies.
I don't think I will get an early scan as this pregnancy is a natural conception. I am going to use my contacts tho and try to get one.
I have my booking appointment sorted for the 25th 🥺 I really hope I reach that point.

I'm currently on nights and struggling tbh. Heads not in the game. Symptom wise I'm doing okay, having quite bad cramping intermittently now so getting better. I've had a sore throat and cough since Monday that's more annoying than anything.
My breasts are a little tender but my nipples are super zingy. 4+4 today. Anyone around the same having symptoms?

🤰🤰🤰

edinbaby · 10/11/2019 17:10

@Lcham89 I’m having similar symptoms. Had intermittent cramping yesterday and lower back pain but that has settled today. My breasts are slightly tender but my nipples are very sore! Slightly nauseous at times. I’m 5+4 today 😊

Lcham89 · 10/11/2019 17:22

@edinbaby
That's reassuring. I still feel like I'm too early for symptoms 😣
I can't stop testing either.

Dafs123 · 10/11/2019 17:28

@Lcham89 I'm still testing too 😭😭 glad it's not just me 🤣 I want my digital to get to 3+ 🙈 I still cant believe it if Im Honest x

emzyemz85 · 10/11/2019 17:41

@mlax I'm so sorry to hear this! Please rest up and look after yourself. xxxx

Lcham89 · 10/11/2019 17:52

@Dafs123
I'm totally in shock!!!
I had just written it off for me.
Im so anxious. I think I'll test till I've seen that little flicker on that screen. X

edinbaby · 10/11/2019 17:53

@Lcham89 I had symptoms last week also then they faded a bit. My symptoms seem to fluctuate but I think that’s normal? I’m not sure. I’m so new to all this!

Lexio17 · 10/11/2019 20:50

Yay!!! Would love to join this group, we are due July 2020 too, only found out 4 days ago!!

We decided not to wait the 12 weeks, as I am so close to my parents I wanted their support straight away! We told my family this weekend, and telling his family the next!! Won't tell extended family and friends until 12 weeks. It was such magical happy moment, feeling very lucky.

We thought it would be difficult to conceive as been going through so many tests for PCOS after they found cysts on both my ovaries, ended up getting pregnant at first try - our little miracle :)

Will definitely be booking an early scan at 6 weeks, £70 in our area, not too bad for peace of mind.

Can't wait to share our journey together xxxx

karajane1990 · 10/11/2019 21:18

Congratulations everyone! We are due 7th July- found out on our honeymoon in St Lucia a couple of weeks ago after getting married in August. Torn about telling our parents or waiting until Christmas at the moment. Rang the doctors and they just said a midwife will call when I’m 8-10weeks to book an appointment, anyone else had this? Keep getting period type cramps and boobs hurt SO MUCH!! It’s gonna be a long ride 😂🙈 x

Austin2017 · 10/11/2019 23:10

@karajane1990 congratulations! How lovely to find out on your honeymoon 💛 When I rang my doctors they said it's all on an app now & you have to self refer yourself at about 8 weeks. A midwife did phone me yesterday though & asked questions on the phone, then said she would refer me for 12 week scan appointment & I won't need to see her until end of Jan! (EDD 12 July) although it will be my 2nd baby I feel like its ages away. Will probs book a private scan in for beginning of december to put my mind at rest. Hate this bit roll on xmas 😂 x

farmmumtomillie · 11/11/2019 07:12

Appart from on and of tiredness and hormonal still no real symptoms here. It's very strange and a little worrying! Even though I know it's only 4+4

Anyone seen the ultrasound scan you can rent? Someone on a baby group im on, on Facebook's friend has had one and it looks awesome. I have just watched a load of YouTube videos and you can even see baby from like 8 weeks. I was going to book a 20 minute private scan at 9 weeks thats over an hour away for £89 but i can rent this for 21 days for £109 and you get to do three ultrasounds a day 🤔

Anyone else struggling with nausea / vomiting? I feel so crap and all I want to do is stay in bed all day but I have an 18 month old to keep entertained 😫 I was sick in my 1st pregnancy but defo feels worse this time. Struggling to take my vits as they seem to set it off too. Thankfully still managing to eat and drink but it seems to all come back up in the evenings. Cant wait for this bit to be over!

GingerRH · 11/11/2019 10:59

Is anyone else really achy/stiff when they wake up in the am?! Trying to decide if this is a symptom or if I've got a cold/flu.

I think I've got a few symptoms. Nausea, more so when I eat, I end up doing that kind of dry heave burp thing (does that even make sense). Nipples are super tender, and I'm having the odd cramp.

Since this is my first after a miscarriage in August, I'm checking the loo roll every time I go to the toilet.

I lost the last baby at 5+6. So hoping I'll stop panicking abit when I reach this point. I started bleeding last time at 4+6. So hoping when I get to that on Friday I don't have the same 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I've referred myself to the midwife already, and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'm hoping that they'll give me an early scan to put my mind at rest, if not I think we'll go private.

AKC123 · 11/11/2019 11:08

Can anyone help me work out how far along I am..
The first day of my last period was 30th september. I think thats means i am 6 weeks today. However, when I went to GP last thursday she said I was already 6 weeks..

AKC123 · 11/11/2019 11:10

@farmmumtomillie dont worry you are still very early yet. The symptoms are apparently worse 7-9 for most people. Or you might end up being lucky.

GingerRH · 11/11/2019 11:25

@AKC123 I'd say 6 weeks today too 🤷🏼‍♀️

Babytrain89 · 11/11/2019 12:23

Hi all, sadly I miscarried this morning. Good luck on all of your journeys. X

AKC123 · 11/11/2019 12:30

@babytrain89 i am so sorry for your loss. Look after yourself. Am thinking of you x

Izabelus · 11/11/2019 12:41

@Babytrain89 so sorry to hear that Sad sending lots of love xx

updownleftrightstart · 11/11/2019 12:50

@farmmumtomillie with my daughter I had no symptoms whatsoever (apart from some tiredness) until nearly 9 weeks. Then the sickness started and didn't go away until 27 weeks!
Whereas with my recent pregnancy I had the most tender boobs from 2 weeks before my period was due and I had a whole host of symptoms, fatigue, nausea etc. I miscarried at 7 weeks. So seriously don't be concerned at lack of symptoms, everyone is different and every pregnancy is different.
I have no symptoms right now and am taking that as a good sign!

updownleftrightstart · 11/11/2019 12:51

@Babytrain89 I'm so sorry to hear that Sad
