Tjuice - I'm so sorry about your bad news. Please don't think you did anything that jinxed it, it's just one of those tragic things that happens far too often. I hope you have lots of support in RL, take it easy and look after yourself. Hugs!

I'm a bit shell-shocked by all this sudden bad news. I really thought we were all pretty much safe by now. So, so sad.

i know what you mean derah, but remeber some people on the thread haven't got to 8 weeks yet!

I just hope thast everyone who has had bad news gets looked after well in the next few weeks

hi guys, ((tj and lcy)) sorry for your sad news

i feel a bit odd posting about my scan now, i had it this morning and all is well i am actually a week further along than i thought, i thought i was 11 and a bit but i am actually 12 and a bit, baby now due on 29th feb, lol a leap year baby it will be late tho.

so technically i should be on the feb thread but i shall stay here instead

the midwife and consultant i saw were very happy said all well, i am healthy and seem to have good sized healthy babies so community care and the go ahead for a home birth all good.

3MB- i wanted that to be my due date- damn hormones though different though!!

Derah, i think the "official" safe mark is 12 weeks but you're not really safe until you're holding baby in your arms really

I'm so sorry to hear your bad news, tjuice and lcy. It is also frightening how different you are finding their medical management, I really hope you are both well cared for now. Much love to your families.

As a bystander, I've been sick with sorrow everytime I've read this news on our threads, but somehow two at once and after so many before it is really hard to handle.

I like 3madboys, feel a bit strange writing this in view of the sad news but perhaps some good news is also what we need to hear. I had a good scan today, all well, and like 3madboys my due date is also 29th Feb, however, I am firmly staying put in march!
I send you all big hugs, for those who haven't yet had their scans hold on in there and if you possibly can focus on the positive without the terrible worry.

Yay 3MB!! Some good news at last! And even more exciting to gain a week! My uncle was born on 29 Feb. He's a loon so it kinda suits him. I'm glad you're not defecting to the Feb thread.
