I'm hoping I haven't missed a December 2019 thread- apologies if I have.
I got my BFP at 10dpo this morning, giving me an estimated due date of 2nd December.
I know it's incredibly early-I'm very nervous about that at the moment!
Is there anyone else with a December 2019 due date yet?

Well ladies.. sitting in a+e bleeding and in so much pain! Waiting to see a doc but I think I know what’s happened already! 😭

MinnieLou · 11/04/2019 13:27

@SideEyeing I apologise but that did make me giggle a lot 😂 some people!!
And the crying lollipop 😂 it's so true though! I'm just holding out till Thursday now, hoping I get no more blood and I may feel a bit more hopeful about it.

@Roxybaby12 so sorry you're bleeding! Try to keep hope and I'm praying all is okay & it's something else causing it. Please keep us updated, sending love 💜

SideEyeing · 11/04/2019 13:27

@Roxybaby12 Oh no :( I'm so, so sorry - that's completely shit. Keeping absolutely everything crossed for you and pray they see you soon.

Roxybaby12 · 11/04/2019 15:02

You lot here are so lovely-your kind words bought tears to my eyes! Am home now-still got slight bleeding and cramps are still there. Have a scan tomorrow morning but too soon to see a baby. They said they need to rule out ectopic but don’t expect to see any baby. So kind of in limbo.. has beany gone or is he/she still holding on? Never been through this before. Scared!
I hope you’re all having a better day? Xx

SideEyeing · 11/04/2019 15:49

@Roxybaby12 I'm glad you got seen and that you'll have some answers by tomorrow. Such an awful, nerve wracking time and our bodies really don't make it easy on us. Take it easy as much as possible tonight - perhaps a warm bath and a takeaway and a good film? Keep hydrated too. Thinking of you!

Roxybaby12 · 11/04/2019 16:13

@SideEyeing thanks Hun... and everyone.
I’m praying baby is just fine and this was my bodies way of telling me to ‘slow down’. But the pain was so severe! DH is being amazing-he’s great in an emergency and keeps me calm. I’m laying on the sofa while the other two play nicely (sounds awful but I need to rest). Still having twinges but the bleeding is stopping! I’ll keep you all posted after my scan tomorrow. Xx

Pip231018 · 11/04/2019 18:41

@Roxybaby12 Sending lots of well wishes. 💕🤞🏻

BostonFern · 11/04/2019 18:47

Oh @SideEyeing I'm really sorry to hear that, I have my fingers crossed for you x

@MinnieLou sorry to hear you've had more bleeding.

@DieCryHate great news about the digital test!

@codenameduchess I'm glad you've had some reassurance.

Oh no @Roxybaby12 I really hope all is ok tomorrow 💐

@SideEyeing oh my that doc is concerning!

Keeping everything crossed for you ladies x

Roxybaby12 · 11/04/2019 19:54

@SideEyeing @minnielou
Can I ask you ladies did you have pain with the bleeding? I know you posted what happened but just wondering if you could share with me again how it all started please?
I know I’m clutching at straws but feeling a little heart broken right now. Still bleeding reddish brown and got cramps like period pain. Sorry if I’m making you go through it all again. Thanks ladies xx
Thanks everyone xx

SideEyeing · 11/04/2019 20:08

@Roxybaby12 I've had cramping on and off since getting my BFP on the 23rd, but it has been pretty mild. Having said that, a couple of times I've had a bit of a dodgy tummy and it's been hard to distinguish between 'need the loo' cramps and pregnancy cramps. I haven't noticed the cramping corresponding with the bleeds, the first of which was some pink spotting that lasted a few days, and more recently a small amount of red blood after fooling around followed by a lot of brown after a cervix exam and trans-v ultrasound. I don't know if that helps at all?

I have noticed that in the last few days the area around my pubic bone and perhaps 'inside' feels almost bruised and raw. I guess I'll find out more on Monday Confused

SideEyeing · 11/04/2019 20:12

@codenameduchess I know! She was in lots of other ways an absolute sweetheart and very kind, it was 1AM and I was so grateful that she was so caring and willing to scan me.. But I did get the impression she was rather keen to 'have a go' at scanning and it wasn't part of her normal remit Grin The sonographer/consultant took over pretty sharpish following the uterus/bladder identity crisis.

Roxybaby12 · 11/04/2019 20:44

@SideEyeing
Thanks for sharing that with me. I hope you’re doing much better now? The pain was so bad (mostly on the left side).. I had to leave work early and could barely walk by the time I got home.
I hope all goes well for you on Monday. I’ll post tomorrow after the scan. Gonna go eat some chocolate and cry. (DH is out). Xx

agteacht · 11/04/2019 21:18

So sorry to hear this @Roxybaby12
How far along are you?
Let us know how you get on tomorrow.

@codenameduchess so pleased your scan went well and I think it sounds very positive. I think you don't normally see a heartbeat until 6 weeks? So it makes sense that it is just getting started.

I am 5+3 today and my midwife and 12 week scan appointments arrived in the post.
Midwife is end April and scan on 28th May. If I get as far as the midwife successfully I will be over 8 weeks and will go for an early scan. That's if I can last three weeks...

agteacht · 11/04/2019 21:19

@SideEyeing that's a brilliant story :) bladder!

Lozzlepop · 12/04/2019 09:00

@DieCryHate nI am so pleased for you!!

@Roxybaby12 I'm so sorry to hear this, I hope your scan reveals some good news and its a sticky little bean you have ❤️

Hope everyone is doing well and ready for the weekend! I have my booking in appointment this afternoon, feeling slightly nervous as not sure what to expect and hope I get a nice midwife 🤞🏻then I have my private scan a week tomorrow, I swear this is the longest wait of my life!

MinnieLou · 12/04/2019 09:05

@Roxybaby12 I had mild cramps with a light bleed on the 3rd then nothing again until the 9th when it was really bad cramps that I couldn't walk and honestly thought I was going to need an ambulance but I then had an upset stomach so unsure what the pains related to! Since then I've had mild cramps when I have spotting. X

codenameduchess · 12/04/2019 09:34

So, my midwife just called and asked if I'd like to push back the booking appointment as she had my scan results and report from epu and said some women don't want to go through booking 'for nothing' in my position... I'm now panicking that the slow heartbeat is a bigger problem than they made it sound yesterday.

Roxybaby12 · 12/04/2019 14:38

Sorry it’s taken so long.. turns out I’m having an ecptopic pregnancy! Have been told I’ve got to have surgery to have baby removed! Only problem is they can’t see the baby! I have all the right hormone levels but can’t figure out where baby is growing. Also have a cyst which doesn’t help!!
I’ll keep you posted but just want to say a big thanks to eveyone for your support and good luck to you all. You’re an amazing group of women. Xx

BostonFern · 12/04/2019 15:19

@Lozzlepop hope your appointment has gone well this afternoon.

I'm sorry your midwife hasn't reassured you @codenameduchess x

@Roxybaby12 I'm so sorry to hear that 💐 xx

OP posts:
SideEyeing · 12/04/2019 16:31

@Roxybaby12 I'm so glad they caught it early despite how awful and frightening this must still be. Is there any chance they can give you the methotrexate shot instead of doing surgery? I hope you're as calm as you can be and looking after yourself. Flowers

SideEyeing · 12/04/2019 16:33

@codenameduchess I can understand how that wouldn't feel brilliant. Remember though, she wasn't at the scan - she's just reading a piece of paper and wasn't party to the conversation about it being really early. When are they rescanning you?

codenameduchess · 12/04/2019 16:40

@Roxybaby12 so sorry about your news, sending you lots of strength x

@SideEyeing true, doesn't stop me freaking out until I'm back haha rescan is next Thursday

MinnieLou · 12/04/2019 17:02

@Roxybaby12 so sorry to hear that 😢 try to take care of yourself 💜

windysowindy · 12/04/2019 18:12

Oh no @Roxybaby12 so sorry to hear Sad
I really hope they can sort everything out for you quickly Sad
So sorry
