Hello there,

A new thread for those who are due in June 2019. The Early bird catches the worm! Or, in my case, the sickness.

Feel free to introduce yourselves and make yourself at home.

I'm Sarah, 28, and currently super-early into my pregnancy at 3+1. This will be my second child, and I have in the past, and currently still do, suffer from HG (severe morning sickness).

So come one, come all, let us start our journey with sticky thoughts! Welcome, to the June 19 bus!

Is it weird that I’m wishing for more obvious symptoms? I’d rather be glued to a toilet, falling asleep at work with sore boobs?! Then at least it feels real? Lol. I’m sure I’ll soon be eating my words ..

Hello - hope you don’t mind me popping in here. I’ve been lurking for the past week or so and already joined the other thread on the pregnancy board but seems to be more going on here

I’m not much of a poster, very nervous about this pregnancy as had an early miscarriage last year and have been trying for nearly 2 years.
I’m 5 + 5 now though so starting to believe it’s real.

No symptoms other than my rock hard nipples, which DH keeps trying to grope. But the sore boobs have put paid to that!!

Finally braved using my last CBD and got my 3+. I think I'm 5+6 today. Feeling more nauseated but no puking yet. I told my parents yesterday and they were delighted. I guess I need to tell my sister soon too, as she's wedding planning and won't want to set a date I can't make!

Did many of you spot in week 4? Despite having a lot of cramps I didn't spot from when AF was due but today I've got some light brown. I am panicking somewhat, especially as I feel like I've had quite sore cramps the last few days with nothing...

@OrcinusOrca I know it's hard but do try not to worry - everything I've read has suggested brown blood (old) is nothing to worry about & bright red blood is when you need to be concerned. It is probably from your womb lining where baby implanted a while ago & has taken a while to travel down. Cramps are also completely normal. You may want to call your GP as some do like to see you even with minor bleeding but others will not unless the bleeding becomes red/heavy. Fingers crossed for you, I'm sure everything will be fine

Light brown is old blood and generally not as much of a worry as bright red blood. I know that spotting and cramping can be very normal - I had several bleeds in my last healthy pregnancy and my friend bled for about 16 weeks. There is such a variation of 'normal' in pregnancy, especially at this stage, but it's all so worrying - I hope it eases up for you.

Does anyone else have a right bloat on? I’m obly 4+5 but I’m so bloated. Proper pre period/eating too much bread style. I’m pretty slim (size 6-8) so I guess it shows more. Feeling self conscious!

You would think after having 4DC I would be an expert at pregnancy, however my last pregnancy was 8 years ago! I was getting sharp pains in the clitoris area last night, just started again this morning. Anyone else had this?

I had a MC in June this year so fearful this baby could go the same way.

A bit random but twice today I’ve had a shooting pain in my left bum cheek. Surely it can’t be sciatica already at only 7 weeks pregnant. I thought that was caused by the baby lying on the sciatic nerve?

@OrcinusOrca I spotted the day after I got my BFP, on and off for several hours. I had some strong cramps that day and into the next week or so, but they’ve eased off. I don’t know if everything is okay as I’ve not had a scan yet, but I also haven’t bled anymore. I’m in my sixth week now.

Bfp last night after having completely given up on it ever happening. Periods have been so irregular that I'm possibly 8weeks today - at least I didn't have an anxious 2ww!!

It's my first, I'm 35, due 6th/7th June probably.

Looking forward to getting to know you all a lot better over the next 8 months and beyond!
