Excellent news @Wineandchoccy and great pic!

HidCat · 20/07/2018 15:46

@Angelmiracle congratulations and welcome over! Exciting times ahead!

@Wineandchoccy that's a fab scan picture.

@hamandpease of course you can stay! With some possibly arriving early / late loads will cross into Feb / April I'm sure lol.

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 15:59

hamandpease my dd was early so this one could end up a Feb baby or I will be eating lots of curry in mid March who knows Grin

hamandpease · 20/07/2018 16:11

I am waiting for what will be a packed train. Got a first ticket but no seat reservation but it's over an hour's journey.

In two minds about asking about a priority seat I am beyond knackered and nauseas but scared I'll get a nasty no 😧

Bas27 · 20/07/2018 16:33

Ended up being diagnosed with a uti!
(4+4)
The antibiotics make me sick and I'm feeling ever so slightly nauseous in the mornings anyway. Trying to hold them down is hard.
I still can't quite believe this is real!

@thefirsttimer and @Angelmiracle it's nice to see you ladies over here! ❤️

Bas27 · 20/07/2018 16:34

@Wineandchoccy congratulations on seeing the heartbeat!

Angelmiracle · 20/07/2018 17:03

@HidCat @Bas27 thank you ladies it's soooo exciting!! Sorry to hear about the uti @Bas27 that can't be pleasant! You've enough going on.

Last night I thought we should just tell all our immediate family. But changed my mind this morning Grin Haha just my mum and dad know - they're better with secrets than anyone I know!

puravida31 · 20/07/2018 17:22

Yay @wineandchoccy! That’s a fab scan!

peonylover22 · 20/07/2018 17:52

Glad you had good scans @wineandchoccy and @hamandpease

Phoned hospital to chase up booking appointment. Even though I self referred 10 days ago, it’s not until 10 August when I’ll be 9+5. They don’t book the scans until the booking in appointment (last time I didn’t have the 12 week scan until 13 1/2 weeks due to having booking in appointment at 10 weeks) so am a bit peeved that I’ll probably end up with a late scan again. I have a private scan on Monday but am paranoid about MMC so would want to know that everything was okay at the 12 week scan before telling all and sundry. Guess I’ll just have to hide the bump for a bit longer 😬

SquirtlesMumAgain · 20/07/2018 18:01

Not even sure I can hide this bump at 5 weeks let alone until 12! Thank goodness for floaty summer dresses

ALRM · 20/07/2018 18:06

Congrats on the scans @wineandchoccy and @hamandpease

Sorry for all those feeling rough. I definately getting some nausea now and had to hot foot it across london today and thought I might actually vom. Mildly reassurring though!

MistakenHoliday · 20/07/2018 18:26

@hamandpease @Wineandchoccy fab news about the scans! Grin

Jadeelx · 20/07/2018 18:48

hamandpease · 20/07/2018 19:48

Aww lovely photo hamandpease

Orville82 · 20/07/2018 20:08

Great news about the scans @Wineandchoccy & @hamandpease.

Welcome @SqirtlesMumAgain & @Angelmiracle

I’m starting to get edgy about my lack of symptoms. I have an insatiable appetite but from memory I swear I was heaving at everything by this stage with DS1 (6+4 based on LMP). I have tender boobs but that’s it! I shouldn’t complain I know but because I have something to compare it to I’m starting to freak out. I need to get to 8 weeks so I can get a scan booked. Anyone else in the same boat?

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 20:13

Orville82 I had zero symptoms with dd but have had symptoms this time so every pregnancy is different. Try not to worry - easier said than done I know

Orville82 · 20/07/2018 20:54

Thanks @Wineandchoccy. Im so chilled normally but so highly strung when I’m pregnant. It’s crazy how it completely takes over your life!

Murphyrocks · 20/07/2018 21:13

Congrats @hamandpease and @Wineandchoccy on your scans and lovely pics! Hoping to get one myself on Wednesday!

Welcome and congrats to @Squirtlesmumagain and @Angelmiracle!

Jadeelx · 20/07/2018 21:15

I had zero symptoms with DS but currently sat here with heartburn after eating a chocolate button! For the second time, it happened a few days ago too. What is happening to me?!

Angelmiracle · 20/07/2018 21:40

@Orville82 @Murphyrocks thank you for the welcome!!

I had very heavy sore boobs most of the week but all normal today. I have some dizziness unsure if its because I'm pregnant or vertigo related Ive had it from a few months ago! Wish the vivid dreams would stop though Confused

Lovely scan pic @hamandpease

Jenfur · 20/07/2018 22:07

Hi guys
I'm 5+1 and have had heavy boobs and occasionally cramping for the last week since I found out. Plus felt worn out as soon as I do anything and general tightness around my stomach and sides.

Tonight I've got sharp pains in my right side, towards my back. My boobs fell normal, no cramps all day and not as tired as i have been (although haven't been to work today so that might help). Does anyone know what this could be? Should I be worried?

Newbie2703 · 20/07/2018 22:44

@jenfur I have also had sharp pains in the same place :/ no idea what it could be though ! 4+4

Wineandchoccy · 21/07/2018 08:08

Morning sickness is awful Sad Fingers crossed this means I have an easier labour this time

ALRM · 21/07/2018 08:35

@wineandchoccy I made the mistake of sitting facing backwards on a bus last night 😯 and I don't think mine has even properly kicked in yet! Hope you're not feeling too bad!
