I’ve been awake since 4.20 because my stomach has been replaced with a washing machine...that’s how it feels anyway.
It wouldn’t be so bad but I was in school from 8am-9pm yesterday and my commute is an hour each way.
I’m going to be a zombie today, at least it’s my last one for 6 weeks.
I’ve had the bloating In the evening @BadBadBeans I think I had it last time but I can’t remember when it stopped.

Shampooeeee · 20/07/2018 06:36

BadBadBeans I’m 8 weeks now and the bloating has definitely eased. I was able to take ds swimming yesterday without looking 20 weeks pregnant!

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 07:10

I’m 8 weeks today bloating is ok first thing but as the day goes on I’m so uncomfortable.

Bluebelltulip · 20/07/2018 07:44

I know he won't see this but I wanted to express my gratitude for my DH this morning. My nausea turned to sickness this morning and my toddler was demanding breakfast so he's gone into work late.

Marmite2018 · 20/07/2018 07:48

@Bluebelltulip that's so sweet, how thoughtful.I felt completely the opposite this morning as I puked up whilst my DH slept soundly in bed and all I could think was "you're 50% of the reason I feel this awful!!!" GrinWink

puravida31 · 20/07/2018 08:53

@BadBadBeans I’m almost 8 weeks & the bloat hasn’t gone anywhere yet...but it may have something to do with all the biege carbs I’m eating 🙄

hamandpease · 20/07/2018 10:13

Scan was all good ladies 👍 measuring at 8w+1 with a 168bpm heartbeat, very relieved!

orangekitkat13 · 20/07/2018 10:26

@hamandpease that's great news!

This morning for the first time in 5weeks my boobs aren't agony. Which is both very pleasing and very worrying! Anyone else's boobs stopped hurting now?

I have still got bloating, excess wind and mild nausea so think I'm still ok.

hamandpease · 20/07/2018 10:30

Thanks @orangekitkat13 how far along are you?

My boobs were consistently awful from 4w to 6w + a bit whereas now it seems one day on one day off or even longer, or they'll be fine all day and I'll get some jabs at night

HidCat · 20/07/2018 10:54

@hamandpease that's great to hear!

I noticed my boobs, or more accurately my nipples, were more sensitive last night at 6+1. Not experienced this before! Hopefully it won't last too long.

Meeting up with a good friend today, debating whether or not to tell him as he's one of my best friends and we don't see each other very often at all! Also, just gave myself a nosebleed....

hamandpease · 20/07/2018 11:00

I'll bite @HidCat Grin

... by picking your nose??

SquirtlesMumAgain · 20/07/2018 12:39

Hi All

Think I'm willing to accept this is happening again, so can I join you pleeeaaase?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and DS is 3. I think @wineandchoccy and I went through this together last time (unless obviously being Mumsnet it's someone with the same name), and if so her DD and my DS have the same DOB.

Am due around 19th March according to the NHS calculator.

We have moved area since last pregnancy and it is very different here. Last time had to see a doc ASAP but here it is only midwife and not until you're 8-9 weeks, so booking in is 19th August which feels ages away.

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 12:56

Oohhh SquirtlesMumAgain GrinGrinGrin

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 12:59

I forgot to say congratulations I presume your sons name begins with T? Smile

puravida31 · 20/07/2018 13:22

@hamandpease that’s brilliant! Must be such a relief to see!

SquirtlesMumAgain · 20/07/2018 13:23

Yep it does!
He is currently driving Paw Patrol vehicles around with a friend which is surprisingly loud and not particularly sickness friendly!

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 13:24

hamandpease great news

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 13:25

SquirtlesMumAgain It is is certainly not a quiet age that’s for sure. Lovely to embark on this journey again with you

SquirtlesMumAgain · 20/07/2018 13:26

You too @wineandchoccy. Fingers crossed for a successful pregnancy for both of us, and everyone else in the group. Sorry to those who have already had bad news

wordsmithereens · 20/07/2018 13:37

Just threw up again today. :( After a couple of days of actually feeling vaguely human and able to eat more than crackers it's a bit of a downer. Also can't seem to cope with anything oniony at all anymore, anybody else started being repulsed by something they used to quite like?

At least DH will be back after a week away for work tonight. Smile

Wineandchoccy · 20/07/2018 14:23

I have just had an early scan. My dates are correct 8 weeks today due 1st March. Saw the heartbeat Smile

SquirtlesMumAgain · 20/07/2018 14:41

Great news @wineandchoccy

Angelmiracle · 20/07/2018 14:41
