Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

My nausea is getting worse & ive started wretching more and more and also actually being sick. Trying to tell myself it's a good sign but I'm just so over feeling crap now. 10w by dates tomorrow but probably more like 9w so hopefully I'm reaching the peak and things will start to improve soon. Have both kids at home today so think it will be a fairly chilled out day with lots of tv as not sure I can manage much more

@MrsY87 how many weeks I am is still up for debate lol dates from last period I’ll be 12+5 but I had an early scan and she dates me earlier so if that’s correct I’ll only be 10 + 4. So hopefully whatever happens I’ll get an actual date. I was told if they can’t do all the proper measurements then they’ll book me back in so I don’t mind!

I had my scan yesterday. Thought it was too early as my early scan dated me at 2 Feb. I thought I was 31 Jan but they’ve dated me as 28th Jan!

How the dates work I don’t know.

Anyone else having a scan soon? I think Friday is when those due 1st Feb will be 12 weeks so must be soon!

I should be at work in 40 minutes and I’m still lying in bed 😢 feel really nauseous with zero energy. Doesn’t help that I was up a trillion times last night to pee!!

Got a deadline date today so must get up and go in. Just want to cry 😢!!

@Leonora94 that's what I was thinking as per my early scan I'll be 10+4 too so if it's too early I'll just get a bonus scan which would be nice! Although I'll probably be having plenty of scans anyway!

@Alicejj8x how are you feeling this morning? I hope the scan goes well and you’re feeling more positive afterwards. What time is your scan?

@Leonora94 my midwife put me at 12+3 for my scan but scan was 10+4 so have another one on the 30th.
Initially I didn't mind going back a few weeks but the reality of more weeks of crappy symptoms when I thought I was coming towards the end has made me feel rubbish! That and holding off telling work for longer so I'm still suffering quietly in the corner!

@twiglet is there a reason you are holding off telling your work? They might be more sympathetic to you feeling awful once you tell them, plus once you have told them all the pregnancy discrimination laws kick in so you are protected. Also if you take a day off for pregnancy related sickness it can't be counted against you so might be worth telling them?

I am much better thank you with regards to cramps :) they have settled down now.

@Alicejj8x I’m glad the cramps settled for you! Hopefully it was a combination of nerves and everything growing inside. 😬 exciting!! I hope it goes well! How many weeks are you now?

@jeanzbeanz I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so rough, please though consider booking an appointment with your gp, even a telephone one will do as a midwife can't actually prescribe you anything and can only offer suggestions.

@Wames90 I asked the lady who did my scan about cramps and she said it all normal pulling and stretching is completely normal and not to panic.

Get measurements and Bean was moving away

But all looking as good as it should saw the little arm and leg buds and heart beat.

I'm 9 weeks exactly :)

Has anyone else got indigestion? Mine's hellish at the minute and REALLY uncomfortable I can certainly see why some people mistake indigestion for heart attacks! I was majorly retchy just as we were leaving for school which hasn't helped. I might have to invest in some Gaviscon.

@Alicejj8x how exciting 😀, I’m so glad everything was at it should be! It’s crazy how quickly they’re growing in there so you can understand our bodies have to adjust to it all! That’s good that she put your mind at rest too. Will your next scan be the 12 week one?

@jeanzbeanz definitely try and speak to the GP, fingers crossed they can give you something to help!

@twiglet Yeah getting put back at the early scan was not great....Feel like I've been in the first trimester for months and months! Really hoping the dates go forward a bit on the 31st.

9 weeks today but they have dated me from
My last period that why it says further along on the scan pic but 1 measurement was 9 weeks and another was 8w6d so she said we're to with 9 weeks.

My midwife is Monday at 10am and I can then book in my 12 week scan.

So yes no scans now till 12 weeks unless I decide to pay for any private ones xxxx

Ooh, I’ve just heard I’ve got a scan on Monday! It’s supposedly at 12+1 but I think I’ll be more like 9-10w. We shall see.

Thanks @Susannach I'm consoling myself with the fact that hopefully baby will outgrow it and that actually despite the horror stories and all the blood, the majority have good outcomes.

Had to pull over today To vomit. Then had to ask for a seat on the tube, dry retched all the way to Victoria and then burst into tears. Mortifying. On top of the bleeding (which got heavier again last night although has now stopped) it's just too much. I feel so ill today.

I'm not enjoying this at all and after 18 months and all the stress to get to this point it feels so so unfair. Just feeling really down.

@Alicejj8x what a lovely picture! I'm so impatient i cannot wait until my scan! Just want to see my little bean & be reassured and FINALLY tell DS1 and DS2 that they're going to be big brothers!

@MrsY87 my direct line manager knows due to my fainting risk. But I have some non pc old fashioned viewed managers above her.
I know that I will be fine from a discrimination aspect my work is very good with pregnancy, just know that I will constantly be asked how I'm coping with work load, be out of the mix for additional opportunities etc.
Not in a mean way but old fashioned manager thinks pregnant women should take it easy, not worry about things and shouldn't have too much to do. Sounds weird to complain about! I want to tell them so that I can say please can we not have 2 hour meetings I usually have to leave to wretch as without eating that's what happens but I don't want to miss out on opportunities I'm really career driven.

@Alicejj8x I don't have a date yet! I'm hoping to get my first mw appt next week. I'm only 8+3 today so still have a few more weeks! It's going soooo slowly!

I feel like I'm doing my work properly at the moment and feel really guilty about it. Doesn't help that I work for a charity. It's like I've lost all my drive! They keep giving me important things to be getting on with and my list is just getting longer and longer...

@twiglet I totally get that and whilst they think they are probably being helpful making sure your not too busy it's unfair if they take opportunities away from you if your pregnant. Hopefully you start feeling better soon!

My DD asked me if i could have another baby earlier so that she has two babies....I just laughed and said maybe! It's like she almost knows even though we haven't said anything to her about it!
