Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

It at times or a few little cramps I'm
Sure it's all normal :)

DragonFlew · 17/07/2018 15:21

@Baby160P that's exciting! So when is your new scan? It must be soon?

LookingAtTheStars89 · 17/07/2018 17:57

@bubblybrit. Hey guess what! We now have the same EDD lol! What are the chances! I had a scan today at the epu and saw a little jiggly baby :-) I was gobsmacked at how much they have grown since 6 weeks. When is your scan?

bubblybrit · 17/07/2018 18:06

@LookingAtTheStars89. That’s great news!! Smile so pleased that your scan went well! Do you have a little picture? My scan is on Saturday so we shall see what my actual EDD is! I’m a bit nervous and excited at the same time xx

Alicejj8x · 17/07/2018 19:03

I know cramps and stretching is normal and don't
Get me wrong it's not painful painful but I defo know these cramps are here today :/

I'm
9 weeks tomorrow and have my scan tmo
Morning so freaking out that these cramps mean something is wrong
:/

Wames90 · 17/07/2018 19:17

@Alicejj8x I’m sure your scan will be absolutely fine but it’s only natural to feel anxious about it all. Maybe the cramps are because you’re worried about tomorrow, stress causes weird feelings sometimes 💐

Wames90 · 17/07/2018 19:19

Ladies who are suffering with the nausea and vomiting; This has just popped up on facebook (probably because I was googling “when will this vomiting stop” & “HG at 11 + 4” 😩🤦🏼‍♀️.
Have a read though, it might help!

Baby160P · 17/07/2018 19:25

Our scan is 14th August.

Very excited!!!

Alicejj8x · 17/07/2018 19:27

@Wames90
Thank you. Yes I'm sure it could be down to
Stress

Had our scan 2 weeks ago and saw a healthy baby and heart beat but it always plays on my mind near to the time.

I guess cramping is normal anyway but jisy panics me lol

MrsY87 · 17/07/2018 19:28

Got my scan date through for 31st July! Per my dates I'll be 11+6 but a bit earlier per my early scan. Excited for it but also quite nervous as to whether there will still be twins...going to try and keep busy over the next 2 weeks to keep my mind off it as much I can!

Baby160P · 17/07/2018 19:28

Also in case anyone is a worrier like me I added water to my urine like the hook effect suggests and it's back to a strong line.

The maternity notes app sounds great! Have my booking appointment next week so will find out if they've gone paperless then, they hadn't when I had my son last year so doubt it! It's so strange how different areas do things differently!

Baby160P · 17/07/2018 19:49

Can't believe the difference and the darker one was this evening!

Love this group for reassurance xx

jeanzbeanz · 17/07/2018 19:59

I'd not heard of a maternity notes app, sounds handy! Mine are all on paper in a clunky clear plastic ring binder.

Since2016 · 17/07/2018 19:59

I think cramps / general aches and pains are normal. I had sciatica pain last time - hideous.

Just want a moan. After such an awful wkend convinced I was miscarrying the bleeding had more or less stopped to brown occasional spotting. Until today, suddenly a couple of clots and another gush of blood. I know it's the haematoma and I know it is just par for the course but it's so disheartening and so stressful. I'm so fed up. No pain or anything - it's just this bloody thing. Just unnecessary stress. 😔

Alicejj8x · 17/07/2018 20:15

@Baby160P isn't it crazy adding abit of water to make it darker. When I did this to mine it reassured me so much.
Xxx

Baby160P · 17/07/2018 20:24

@Alicejj8x I know it surprised me! Glad it's shows my levels are too high for the test!!!

craftymum01 · 17/07/2018 20:40

@since2016 you poor thing. I bet it is so stressful as even though you know the baby is ok, bleeding has such negative connotations when pregnant - even though some of us will experience it and go on to have healthy babies.
Hopefully you are coming to the end of it and you can go back to a normal level of stress like the rest of us

Fiep · 17/07/2018 21:04

@Since2016 that sounds so stressful. No wonder you are in need of a "moan"! I think the hardest thing is feeling like crap and not being able to talk about it to people in your environment. What is the haematoma? Does it refer to a big clot? I'm so ignorant!

Just wanted to say "Hey" to everyone really - I wish I could reply properly to everyone who posted but it's more than three pages since yesterday! It really brings home to me how's different and important everyone's experience is.

I've been feeling less nauseous today but a bit emotional / overwhelmed / weepy which is out of keeping with my usual self. I am beginning to think that maybe having our first child (with corresponding scares and sickness), buying a house, moving area, supporting my hubby in his work search and me starting a challenging new job all within the last few months was a bit much? Lol.

Cheery1 · 17/07/2018 22:09

Ah ditto @Fiep! I can’t keep up with this thread. You sound like you’ve got a lot on too. Be kind to yourself when you. You’re growing a tiny human! Xx

Camsie30 · 17/07/2018 22:17

@MakeLemonade did your hospital tell you about the app? Haven't had my midwife appointment yet but can't seem to find out online if my hospital use it

jeanzbeanz · 18/07/2018 00:00

Ugh, been really sick again today. This morning I lost my breakfast after brushing my teeth, and this evening I had eaten a random combination of two large tomatoes, a handful of sour sweets, and a couple of slices of bacon, which came back up almost immediately. I think it was the sweets that were the problem.

Going to ring the midwife tomorrow - my lethargy is unmanageably bad. I'm literally spending all day in bed, just getting up to eat. Can't muster up the willpower to shower or do laundry or anything 😭

MakeLemonade · 18/07/2018 07:03

Camsie - yes midwife told me about it at booking in and gave me all of the details then, definitely didn’t know ahead of time or need to know.

Leonora94 · 18/07/2018 07:11

@MrsY87 snap on scan dates! Good luck x♥️

maxiflump1 · 18/07/2018 07:24

Sorry you feel so rough @jeanzbeanz. Good luck speaking to the midwife.

I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and have my scan a week on Friday (27th) so will be 12+1. Think the next week is going to drag so much!
