Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

@IndiX I hear you! I would absolutely love a duvet day without a 3 year old clambering all over me. I may have to take a days leave when he's in nursery over the next couple of weeks!

If I do try and lie down for a rest DS is constantly trying to sit on me and climbing all over me so it's not relaxing trying to stop him elbowing me in the tummy. Respect to those of you who are on DS 3 or more!

Susannach · 15/07/2018 07:48

@IndiX Yup. I have two under 3s at the moment and they are even less understanding than my DH, haha! No respite at all. Feeling rougher than ever this week at around 8-10w (not sure until scan) and really just want to curl up in bed and sleep until the first tri is over!

@MrsY87 How are you getting on? Any answers yet?

@Since2016 Hope all is well with you. Bleeding is a normal preg symptom so try not to think the worst. Hugs.

IndiX · 15/07/2018 07:55

Omg @Susannach 2 under 3's and pregnant! That would be tough, sure you're doing an amazing job. Sorry you're feeling rough, I'm around the 9-10 week mark too and hoping this is the peak and doesn't get any worse. With my DD I'm sure the nausea stopped around week 9.

@maxiflump1 yes I have a climber aswell! She never sits still and constantly wants to climb on me or lie on me. Same with elbows in the tummy too.

I also feel bad because I feel like I'm telling DD off more than usual, don't know if it's just becuase I'm irrritable and hormonal or that she's actually being naughty because of her age.
Even though I hate the fact we all feel crap it does make me feel better that other people feel the same! Smile

MrsY87 · 15/07/2018 08:00

@Susannach Thanks for asking. I spoke to the epu who said not to be concerned as spotting can be very common and generally means nothing. I've had no more since those two small bits and am still feeling awful so taking that as a good sign. They did say to call them once I'm back from holiday if I'm still worried so will do that if I have any more/the anxiety is getting the better of me. I'm on constant knicker watch though!

Oh to curl up & sleep til the next trimester would be amazing!

Leonora94 · 15/07/2018 08:11

@purplechandelier welcome! Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling so sick. My next scans on the 31st of July and I’m already panicking/counting down the days! x

twiglet · 15/07/2018 08:30

Thanks @Lulabell1 I was definitely a caffeine addict with a large triple shot americano to start the day! I've managed to cut down to the latte drink and I have some coffee ice cream when I get home from work. I don't know what it is but it really eases my nausea for a couple of hours. It's probably the milk part but Im bit great at drinking it.
My 12 week scan is tomorrow eek I think I'm less than what the midwife says and I have no subsidence of feeling crap, tired and sick.
Will also find out if I'm just feeling rubbish or if the midwifes statement of it could be twins is correct..... Blush

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 08:46

We have been telling our close family this weekend.

We wasn't going to but felt wrong telling fibs and keeping it from them.

Everyone is over the moon.

4 weeks to go until we're out of these 12 weeks to find out if everything is fine.

Did anyone feel more pressure thar baby is safe with excited family around?!?

Our baby will have.... by blood

2 Great grandparents
2 grandads
3 nanny's
8 aunties
3 uncles
3 cousins

So it's a lot of people who know!!! 😬😬

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 08:46

@twiglet good luck today

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 08:47

@twiglet I mean tomorrow. Imagine what my brain is like I can't even keep that info in to reply 😂😂

Tumon · 15/07/2018 08:58

@susannach Two under 3s and pregnant- you are a superstar!!! I have my 23 month old (guess I’ll be stopping with thd months as of end of August when he’s 2!) and it’s hard work. Yesterday we babysat a friends little boy who is the same age and it was an eye opener for what two will be like! Hmm

I really feel for you all with the terrible sickness, I feel very lucky to only be tired. Hope it eases up soon!

@baby160p yes i defo feel more pressure after telling family our news! Last time managed to avoid ppl more and therefore weren’t fibbing so much. I got so paranoid I tried to book a private scan yesterday but couldn’t get a slot. Just two weeks to wait for me and fingers crossed we’ll all be ok!

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 09:14

@Tumon we had a private scan Monday but obviously that didn't remain anything xx

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 09:18

@Tumon god I literally am having a moment with my writing! I meant we had a 7 week scan Monday but obviously we need the 12 week safe zone one xx

smellsofelderberries · 15/07/2018 09:44

YEEESSS to all of those remarking how hard it is second time around when you have a toddler to look after. I'm lucky DD naps really well but I'm really struggling with having zero time to myself as I need naps when she does, and then once she's in bed all I can do is lounge on the sofa until I can find the energy to brush my teeth and roll into bed. I'm so behind on several things which need doing and all I want is some time alone to potter around and tidy and do some projects! #sefish I don't know how I ever thought I was SSSOOO omg busy before I had a kid!

Tumon · 15/07/2018 10:03

@smellsofelderberries totally know what you mean! I work Monday -Thursday and have Fridays off with my little fella ...honestly it’s the hardest day of the week at the moment. So those of you that are stay at home moms in my experience it is waaaaaaay harder than work with no time to yourself so well done you all!!!

Notquiteagandt · 15/07/2018 11:26

TMI warning.

I have discharge that can only be discribed as coffee granules.

Anyone else had this?

Felt a bit werid all week (other than my HG no real symptoms!) And got a bit of cramping today. Plus what can only be discribes as pains like being jabbed in the cervix with a knitting needle!!

Am worrying its an other MMC again.

Why do these things always happen on a bloody sunday!! Angry

booxox · 15/07/2018 11:55

@Notquiteagandt Does it look like dried blood? I wouldn't worry to much about loss of symptoms, I know it's easier said than done but could it be your placenta taking over? How far along are you? I've had jabbing pain this week so much so it's woken me up in the night, I'm praying that it's just my tummy stretching so it could be just that?.. Sending lots of hugs, first trimesters is so long and stressful xx

Notquiteagandt · 15/07/2018 12:03

Yea exactly like dried blood. It looks like dried coffee granules.

I havent had a proper dating scan yet but I am 9w4 if go off my LLP (but early scan said im a bit behind that!)

Hoping it is the placenta starting to take over a bit. And its just my body having a good clean out.

Still go an other month to go until my next scan. Such a long way off...

Think going to try and push for one sooner. As I am going out of my mind with worry.

That and due to how ill ive been every dr keeps going on about twins so I am wanting to confirm theres just the one 😂

Wames90 · 15/07/2018 13:51

@IndiX I really feel for all of you who have toddlers/ other children to look after whilst feeling so rotten. Fingers crossed the sickness passes for us all soon and the 2nd trimester is a blissful one 🤞🏼

Cheery1 · 15/07/2018 15:04

At London Zoo for DS’s Birthday. It’s so hot and with the inlaws (testing at the best of times and who never help) Wish me luck ladies! I’m on the verge and saying something I might regret!!!!

DragonFlew · 15/07/2018 15:54

Anyone else suffered nose bleeds?!

Baby160P · 15/07/2018 15:58

Anyone suffered sore popping ears?

jeanzbeanz · 15/07/2018 16:40

@Baby160P yes bizarrely I have had popping ears today!

I'm absolutely PUMPED because I'm eating marvellous creations. It's the first time I've felt like eating chocolate for 5 wks. Got to be a good sign?! And I wasn't sick this morning - also first time for weeks - I still feel absolutely crap butttt I'm willing to feel positive about any tiny bits of progress!

DragonFlew · 15/07/2018 16:52

@jeanzbeanz how many weeks are you? I'm 8 today and the sickness is so much worse, I was throwing up yellow bile this morning. Have felt terrible in waves all day. 😭

Pea1984 · 15/07/2018 17:14

So I had my early scan today and have come away feeling confused and upset. From my calculations based on the date of last period I thought I was 8w4d but at the scan they could only see a foetal pole measuring 4.8mm with no heartbeat putting me around 6weeks instead. I’m going back next week for another scan but not going to get my hopes up. Anyone else experienced similar?

clairehr · 15/07/2018 17:24

@Notquiteagandt I hope all is ok for you. With coffee granule looking spotting I would personally go to A+E today or to your EPU tomorrow just to make sure all is ok.

@Pea1984 Fingers crossed all ok for you and just a mix up with dates, or a later ovulation perhaps.
