Part 3 already! And there is a split in the group. Hopefully everyone joins on this one. Shall we try and get a list of due dates going? I'm also interested to know where people live if they'd like to share. Not sure what other info would be needed. Also if anyone wants to join the fb group let me know.

@Yakadee and @Tumon and @5Makes9. I am eating a Bounty bar for breakfast! I'm going to have a packet of Quavers too later on. I just cannot stomach anything savoury - the idea of it makes me want to be sick. I was like this with my DD - I completely went off meat, especially dark meat.

hayley013 · 12/07/2018 09:33

@preggoagainwithnumber3 keeping fingers crossed that everything will work out. I've had heartburn off and on too, but suffered so bad with it pregnant with dd so fully expecting it.

@Leonora94 I got a bit emotional over the football too haha really wanted them to win.

@Tumon I haven't had an early scan but 9+1 now do not too long to wait.

Baby160P · 12/07/2018 09:36

@preggoagainwithnumber3 I'm sure it'll all be fine and as other say hopefully solve itself.

Your scan look very similar to mine and I was exactly 7 Wrekin Monday. My friend sent me one when she was 8 weeks and it looked massive compared to my 7 week one which concerned me. But they do grow fast so I need to chill!!!

Baby160P · 12/07/2018 09:37

@Leonora94 I am soooo emotional at the moment. Mostly in the evenings when I can relax after work. My poor other half gets it all!

twiglet · 12/07/2018 09:51

@ronniemipperton my cat has become obsessed with me loads more than usual. He is obsessed with being next to me and patrols up and down if my DH tries to cuddle up. The dog however doesn't give two hoots!
@bubblybrit I think it's probably grass is greener I'm jealous of no nausea as feel like crap every day for 6 weeks now and struggle to be at work whilst having wretching episodes throughout the day I'm grateful that I'm not vomiting but sometimes I wonder if it would make me feel better or I could push my gp for cyclizine which they are still refusing me Sad

preggoagainwithnumber3 · 12/07/2018 10:04

Thanks smellsof :)

MamaSarai · 12/07/2018 10:04

I'm out ladies. Went for our scan last night and showed no HB.

Just knew intuitively that something was wrong.

Waiting for a call from hospital now for further steps.

Wishing you all lovely, stress-free and healthy pregnancies.

Take care xx

preggoagainwithnumber3 · 12/07/2018 10:06

Thanks since, hayley and baby :)

Baby160P · 12/07/2018 10:09

maxiflump1 · 12/07/2018 10:21

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this @MamaSarai. I've been there so have some idea how you may be feeling. Best of luck to you Thanks

1stTimeTina · 12/07/2018 10:25

@mamasarai I’m so sorry to hear that, take care and all the best for the future x

1stTimeTina · 12/07/2018 10:27

I have my midwife appointment today, do I need to take anything with me? And will they give me my scan date? I have so many questions but we haven’t told many people so the internet is my friend right now! Ha x

maxiflump1 · 12/07/2018 10:32

@1stTimeTina no you don't need to bring anything. They will just go through yours and partners medical history, weigh you, might take blood and fill in lots of forms! They will probably want a urine sample so maybe have a drink before you go in. I found the whole thing quite underwhelming to be honest. I think I'm some places you get your scan appointment there and then but in my trust I had to wait a week and for appointment for scan to come via post. Good luck

1stTimeTina · 12/07/2018 10:36

Thanks @maxiflump1 !

bubblybrit · 12/07/2018 10:55

@LookingAtTheStars89. How weird is that? Hope you feel a bit better now! Xx

bubblybrit · 12/07/2018 10:57

@ronniemipperton. Yes I should probably be pleased. Hopefully feel better after my scan on the 21st! I also have cats but they are so wary of my tummy at the moment! It’s as if they know that they need to be gentle 🙂 x

bubblybrit · 12/07/2018 10:58

@Tumon. Oh good...I’m glad it’s not just me and that everything was fine in your previous pregnancies! X

thismeansnothing · 12/07/2018 11:01

@firsttimetina round here you get sent your notes so you can start filling them in before the appointment to save some time. But apart from that nothing else to take. They'll take bloods, test ur urine (I was given a glass of water as soon as I got there) go through personal/medical details. I wasn't weighed at mine last time. Then I was given a number to call to book my scan.

bubblybrit · 12/07/2018 11:01

@twiglet. That does sound rubbish. I’m feeling so bloated today that I am sure my top button on my trousers will burst! Hope you feel better soon x

bubblybrit · 12/07/2018 11:02

@MamaSarai. So sorry to hear this. I wish you well for the future. Take care and I hope you have all the support you need in RL x

MrsY87 · 12/07/2018 11:04

So sorry to hear that @MamaSarai take care and hope you have some good support at home x

thismeansnothing · 12/07/2018 11:06

@bubblybrit feel free to have my nausea. Never had it in my first 2 pregnancies. But this time its aweful and I feel like I'm being so soft about it but it's so draining. Feeling seasick/dizzy that horrible wet feeling in your mouth, dry heaving at the slightest smell. I can't stomach much and can't face going into my kitchen 🤣 currently living off cornflakes, crunchy nut strait from the box and toast with butter. But..it won't last forever....hopefully. but you can deffo take it off me if your feeling left out 🤣

Since2016 · 12/07/2018 11:09

@MamaSarai so sorry to hear this. Hope you're taking it easy.

My nausea has subsided but I do get dry heaving if there's a bad smell - bins 🤢 or if I'm hungry. I have been sick a lot earlier this time, with DD it didn't kick in till 8 weeks and this time it's subsided at 8 weeks. Odd!
