New thread for those ladies due in February 2019. As there is so many of us though we could do with a roll call. If I start hopefully the next can cut and paste and we can have a list of everyone!

Awww yey that's fab @littleonek

jeanzbeanz · 04/07/2018 21:22

@booxox well my midwife still calculated my due date based on LMP despite me telling her about the scan etc, and insists I'm further on. So my scan has come through for 16th which is way too early (but I don't mind as it means I'll probably get two if they can't do the nuchal translucency test first time round!)

All so confusing and I wish I could sleep til Christmas 😂

maxiflump1 · 04/07/2018 21:27

Welcome @BammyK. I suffered awful indigestion with my DS. The old wives tale says it will be a hairy baby and my DS was born with a full head of hair!

Congrats on your scan @Littleonek great to hear your spot on with dates.

Oooo your lucky! Haha, hibernation sounds very lush at the moment! I mean two weeks in the Maldives could work also! 😂😂

Anyone else feeling a little bit hormonal at the moment? I've only just noticed but over the last few days I have been so moody and grouchy... everything my partner is doing is annoying me! He's currently sulking on the sofa because I told him off for leaving the kitchen in a mess 🙈🙈

MamaSarai · 04/07/2018 22:26

@hayley013 thanks for the advice. I thought the same and had some spinach with tea, but didn’t know that peas also contain iron so thanks for the recommendation 😊

@babybeany seconding the peppermint tea suggestion - this happened to me a few days ago and it was horrible, could barely move it was so painful and uncomfortable! Peppermint tea and then gently moving around as much as you can - yoga, walking etc to try and get things moving

@booxox ditto with you on the dates - according to my scan I’m 2 weeks behind my LMP midwife-calculated dates but as a few people have said trying not to worry as it’s hard to scan accurately that early. My scan is booked in for the 16th - same as @jeanzbeanz - trying to take the positive in that I’ll hopefully get 2 scans if the first is too early for the NTT

booxox · 04/07/2018 22:27

First bit was meant for @jeanzbeanz (it's way past my bedtime 😂)

Littleonek · 04/07/2018 22:27

Thanks guys! Im glad I had the early scan as I feel more confident in my body.

Its also forcing me to eat, feel so sick atm and had to force myself to have dinner then felt better afterwards.

First midwife appointment next week now a long five week wait for the 12 week one.

MamaSarai · 04/07/2018 22:27

@booxox massively! Been grouchy all day at work. Don’t think anyone’s noticed a difference as apparently that’s my MO (😂🤷🏻‍♀️) but I’ve definitely been feeling it more!

5Makes9 · 04/07/2018 22:38

Hello everyone - just been signposted here from the other Feb thread!

I'm due around the start of Feb - every calculator I do seems to give me a different date?? Midwife says 10 Feb though.

Seriously struggling with tiredness 😴

booxox · 04/07/2018 22:41

@MamaSarai hahaha, I'm glad I'm not the only one being so moody!

Your very true, it sounds daft but I was slightly disappointed that it would be an extra 2 weeks to wait to meet my baby.. Its so daft I know haha. When's your due date? xx

Leonora94 · 05/07/2018 07:47

Saw my little jelly bean yesterday! Heard the heart beat and everything 😍 it’s going to be so exciting when we’re all getting 12 week scans at the same time! I’ve been put back by 2 weeks though from 9 to 7 weeks not to worried about it but was a bummer changing my dates on flow and watching him get smaller x

Due February 2019 part 2
Babybeany · 05/07/2018 08:04

Congrats @Leonora94 how exciting! I’m so envious of all these early scans! We’ve got 5 weeks before we see our little dot! Eek! X

hayleyfx · 05/07/2018 08:09

@Leonora94 congrats! So lovely to see the heartbeat 😊

My second scan is tomorrow, I’m so nervous. Fingers crossed it goes well 🤞

hannahetc · 05/07/2018 08:13

I’ve booked my midwife appointment based on my (nhs) early scan date so I should be 9+1 on that day but almost 11 based on my dates. Shy old I have booked in earlier? I’m mega confused by the constantly changing dates!!

hannahetc · 05/07/2018 08:15

Also, I’ve woken up today feeling completely fine (I’m 8+4) for the first time in ages. I think I had a good night’s sleep despite getting up to wee 3 times!

Babybeany · 05/07/2018 08:40

@hannahetc I have read a few times that it’s really hard to estimate dates on an early scan. I wouldn’t worry too much. As long as your scan that checks for downs etc is before 14 weeks by your first dates (first day of last period) xx

maxiflump1 · 05/07/2018 09:15

@hannahetc funny you should say about feeling fine on 8+4 as I did exactly the same! It lasted for 3 days and I've now woken up this morning at 9 weeks and feel awful!!!

AliceRR · 05/07/2018 09:33

Congrats on the scans!

I feel lightheaded today. At one point this morning I got up and I saw stars... And I’m feeling “hormonal” basically like I want to cry. But I’m ok...

Hope everyone else is doing well

AliceRR · 05/07/2018 09:44

I’m 8+3 so maybe tomorrow I’ll feel fine! 😃

Picklesandpies · 05/07/2018 10:35

Hi everyone,

Just checking in from the other thread as I didn't realise there were two! I'm 9+1 today. 3rd baby - and we had a mc in April. Been feeling fairy rotten with morning sickness - although it's actually more like afternoon sickness. Clothes already feeling tight - I'm normally slim so it's quite noticeable and getting difficult to hide. We had a scan at 7 weeks and it was all fine so hoping for the best. Have booking in and bloods on Monday.

So glad it's a bit cooler today - the heat has been awful with nausea!

Seafoodeatit · 05/07/2018 11:13

Congratulations on the scans!

@Picklesandpies I agree - the heat makes nausea so much worse bleurgh!

Alicejj8x · 05/07/2018 12:23

Feeling just fine today which worries me.

Think I'm around 6+4 not 100% sure thou

Fredthespider · 05/07/2018 12:26

@AliceRR sounds like your blood pressure is low, it’s common in pregnancy but you need to be careful when standing; take your time to adjust so that you don’t end up fainting.

UndercoverLauren · 05/07/2018 12:27

@Alicejj8x I know that feeling! If I'm feeling rotten I want it to stop, and if it stops I worry something's gone wrong.

SpringfieldMummy · 05/07/2018 13:00

waves

Hi, I've been on a different thread but someone's just mentioned this one.

I'm 7+4 with my second baby, have an 18mo girl already.

Struggling with the all day nausea, but no actual sickness, although at times it feels like being sick would be a relief!

Have my booking in on Monday and a bit nervous. I started miscarrying just before my booking in on my very first pregnancy so that appt is an emotional hurdle for me.
