As we enter month 5 of our pregnancies we need a 5th thread!

Good luck to everyone having their 20 week scan this/next week :)

Yeah, getting out of bed has now become a strange involvement of all limbs and momentum. Can't wait to have my stomach muscles back!

Another scan today and it looks like he’s stopped growing. Blood flow is now impaired so it’s only a letter of time until he dies. He’s still so tiny so there would be no point in delivering early, and it would be too high a risk to the other one. A sad day.

I'm so sorry @birdy1978 When you're ready there is a hugely supportive Sands forum that has helped me so much over the last year after losing my little one. There's also a second trimester board on there if you fancy it. Sending you and your twins huge hugs x

That's so sad, birdy. I'm very sorry to read your news. It is heartbreaking.

Gem, are you doing pelvic floor exercises? It can be tricky to get them right, but they should strengthen your muscles to give you more control. Giving birth puts more strain on them, so it is a good idea to do some damage limitation now.

Somersetsinger, I haven’t done any exercises as of yet. I will do some googling and try some techniques out when at home. :)
