Hi can't see a thread so thought I'd start one.

Mc x 2 both at 5 weeks
4weeks and 2 days pregnant and praying its sticky!

Anyone else?

I am 4 weeks +4 . Had nausea all weekend and sore boobs. Feeling pregnant already. Hoping the nausea will subside. I slept in the day to grt away from it. But at night I am taking ages to get to sleep which is very unlike me. I hope you're all feeling ok. I can't wait till I'm 12 weeks and can get the scan and tell everyone.

Can I join? I just got my positive this morning! I'm 4 weeks exactly and due on 14th December or there Abouts. This will be my third pregnancy but my last pregnancy ended early as our little boy had Edwards Syndrome and we had to end the pregnancy. I know 'm going to be massively anxious for this whole pregnancy but I'm enjoying the slightly giddy feeling I have right now and I know it won't last long. For me the biggest clue that it might have worked this month was my extreme clumsiness, even more than usual!

Just started to have brown spotting again

I feel so sick now I’m staying in bed today yuck I really hope it passes . I hope everyone else is having a good day xx

Cally, I'm just off the phone to the midwife about my brown spotting and she says it is normal to bleed a little/spot all the way through the first 12 weeks and not to worry unless it becomes heavy.

Congrats Waggily. Nice to chat to people at the same stage. I really want to tell everyone. I'm 4 weeks +4 days I think. So 7 weeks and 3 days to wait till 12 weeks!! Trying to get my first midwife appointment. Rang this morning and they weren't sure what to book said wouls ring me back and nothing! Just rang and they are shut for lunch. So annoying!! I want to get it started and know of my duw date is what I think. Feeling sick still today. Headache earlier. But powering through. Chatty81 I hopw you feel better soon!

Hi. Congratulations everyone... I wish you an easy and happy time untill December. can I join? I got my BFP yesterday and am still a bit in denial. I am 5w2d, not too many symptoms yet. Now, my problem is that I have to tell my boss ( working with radiation and chemicals). Maybe it will make it real, at the moment it is such a weird feeling !

Hi ladies! Can I join please? I got my BFP last Tuesday and according to 2 apps I have, I’m 6 weeks +4 days, but according to the NHS website I’m only 5 weeks. Confused.... I don’t really have many symptoms except being tired and boobs have just started to feel a little sore. Oh and I’m eating EVERYTHING in sight lol! Anyone else hungry all the time?

It's so hard to keep up with all these BFPs - love it!

I'm also hungry all the time @BumbleBex but I'm not sure if that's hormones or just me normally ha!

I'm still virtually symptom free....worries me slightly that I'm gonna get hit all at once

Haha @R7589! Mine definitely isn’t normal, I don’t normally eat very much at all, I’m getting out of bed before going to sleep to eat!

I have 2 daughters 8&6 and I was so poorly with them at 5 weeks when I was pregnant, I was admitted to hospital both times with sickness. I’m hopeful that I’m not going to be as sick this time! But like I said in my first post I’m not sure on dates I’m either 5 or 6 weeks now.

Got our bfp on Sat morn and i calc a due date of 17th Dec.
Would love to have some people to keep me company as don't want to tell family and friends just yet! First scan at 6 weeks due to prev pregnancy complications - it feels ages away.

Feeling fine so far, only symptom is the crazy tiredness wall I keep hitting mid afternoon!!

I’ve been really tired today, but not sure if that’s just because it’s Monday 😊

I’ve also been quite hungry today after being off my food all last week!

Oh my gosh loads more December babies! Glad everyone is doing well and getting reassurance from gps.

I think I've just about got over my constant mc worry I've passed every milestone I didn't pass before and my symptoms are on a steady increase. I also got bloods checked private (£50 not too bad?) and hcg is well in normal range. Phew!

Reading about telling people... my dh was a bit (a lot) merry last night and whilst we were skyping his bro he just blurted it out! "She's pregnant!" And started giggling like an idiot. My BILs face was a picture - totally stunned like he couldn't understand what had just been said. I think he really thought we'd decided to not have kids as been together for 12 years. He he :) Few more weeks and think we'll tell our folks, prob 8 weeks I think.

Think @aridia has her early scan tomorrow...? Keep us posted fx for you xx

@yukka my OH has done that after a few drinks when he was being really strict and didn’t want to tell anyone!! So glad your bloods are ok. I’m scanning tomorrow at 6wks 3 days, I had a scan at 4wks 5 days and nothing was seen so I’m hoping we can see something!!! Just nervous especially as I’ve been spotting for a week! Good luck to everyone else who has a scan coming up :) xxx

@Yukka Thank you for thinking of me, but my scan isn't just yet. We've booked it for 1st May as I'll be just over 8 weeks by then. In glad to hear your bloods are all good! I'm constantly checking for signs thatvim still pregnant lol but so far it's only really fatigue and sore boobs. I had to invest in a sleep bra lol!

I actually don't think I'll relax or believe this unless I get to 40ish weeks and a baby arrives.

We've told my mom and my manager so far, mainly because I would tell them if anything happened to the pregnancy anyway. DH wants to wait until we've had the scan to tell his parents.

Has anyone raised any suspicions yet by avoiding alcohol etc??? If so, how have you dealt with that?

Congratulations everyone!! I have just woke up to a faint positive test at 11DPO... will test again tomorrow to make sure, but have been having other symptoms over the last week including sore and swollen breasts, blue veins appearing on breasts, very 'burpy' which is not like me at all, and then had some right sided pelvic pain on sat and sun. I am hoping that its not all in my head. what are your thoughts??

I have convinced myself for years that I would have fertility issues, strange I know! I got my BFP on 27th March after only 2 month of TTC so now I’m convinced something will go wrong. Constantly checking for spotting and bleeding, please tell me this stops lol.
I am currently 6 weeks 3 days, due on December 1st (34 day cycle). I also have no symptoms what so ever except tiredness which just adds to my irrational fears. Hoping for sickness or something just sonit feels real.

Hi everyone, I think I had a miscarriage last night - heavy bleeding and cramping I've called the midwife this morning and she is going to call me back.

The only blessing is that at least I found out early on. Good luck to the rest of you ladies!

So sorry @Ilovemypyjamas... Not sure what to say. Hopefully you will get an early 2019 baby and forget about it.
@Bora88 I feel exactly the same... I am so convinced it cannot happen to me, there must be a mistake... Hopefully it will become real at the end of the year.

@yukka thank you!! The scan went amazing, we saw a heart beat! They don’t want to see me until 12 weeks so just over 5 weeks without a scan worries me but for now we are very very happy ☺️ You can’t see much but here’s the photo xxx
