Hi ladies!

Got our BFP on Tuesday on our cycle #4 TTC our first. Due date is around the 14th December so I'm still very early - 3+5

Still very nervous at the moment as I'm so early so not telling family for a while yet!

Yukka · 05/04/2018 08:14

Congrats @r7589!

I just did a count that's 13 of us due between 1st and 18th December.

Hope everyone is feeling well today! X

@yukka how far gone will you be at the weekend? Have you been offered an early scan because of your previous MCs? Ahh that sounds such great timing as you’ll have such a nice bond as they’ll be so close I’m age!

That’s how I view things if I had another mc I would need support from these people so I’ve told them early. However I don’t think I would tell a child but I think that’s because of my previous mcs but I don’t have any children yet so I guess I couldn’t possibly answer!

I’m feeling ok thanks Yukka how are you? I can’t wait for my scan on Tuesday to put my mind at rest :( x

DoAsDreamersDo · 05/04/2018 08:37

Hi ladies, I got my BFP on Sunday (April Fools Day - great timing!).
We were in our 11th cycle of trying so we're still in a bit of shock.

EDD is 5th December and I think I'm 5+1 today Grin

natashaarr · 05/04/2018 08:41

@doasdreamersdo congratulations on your bfp! I don’t think my partner would believe me if I told him on April fools day haha! X

R7589 · 05/04/2018 10:10

@DoAsDreamersDo congratulations Thanks another baby for December.

13 is quite a lot - I expect a few more to join in soon.

I feel so bizarre today - like I'm hungover Sad hoping this will pass quickly! Might not even be related!

Yukka · 05/04/2018 10:27

Congrats @Dreamers, that makes 14 lovely mums and babies (unless any of us are twinning!!) . . .:)

@natasharr - I can't get an appointment with my GP for referral until Friday next week, and the EPU won't accept walk-ins until 6 weeks pregnant. I was thinking about calling the GP again today, as I'm sure if I spoke to her on the phone she would refer.

At the moment I'm 4 weeks 5 days, and would be officially 5 weeks by the end of Saturday. I've not got past 5 weeks before, exactly on the 7 days both times I MC'd. However, with the others I only got BFP on the day AF was due, it was BFN up to that point, whereas this time I got BFP last friday, two days before AF due. So in theory - day 7 of knowing I'm pregnant is tomorrow. So in a way, I feel tomorrow is a milestone, followed by the official 'sunday' 5 weeks 1 day with no bleed.

I hope that makes sense. Naturally I'm clinging on to every piece of information and creating a positive path for myself. I woke up this morning at 4am thinking I was bleeding, I wasn't of course, there's clearly more going on inside my head than I realise.

But I do feel good, and well. How far will you be when you have the scan on tuesday?

xx

Gosh! Even more December babies 😊 the hangover feeling seems to be a really common one! I was complaining to my husband all last week that I didn't know what was wrong with me because I felt hungover all the time lol!

My biggest problem at the momentous that my restless legs have been do much worse for the past week, which means I've barely slept. And when I have slept, I've really stressy dreams that I'm bleeding/miscarrying. How's everyone else doing today?

Toriturnaface29 · 05/04/2018 11:07

Oh my goodness @aridia I had really restless legs last night I didn’t realise that was a common thing, I called in sick to work I don’t think I slept a wink! Also worrying about bleeding but I suppose that’s the delicate stage we are at. Glad there’s quite a few of us now, someone to confide in!

Cally80 · 05/04/2018 11:39

Hello - congrats to you all Wink

I too have just found out I am pregnant, if all goes well I'll be due mid December Smile
Although I am a bit apprehensive at the moment. I am 37 and fell pregnant after 6 months of being of the pill. (1st pregnancy)
However I have had years of pink/brown spotting prior to my periods, and now I have had spotting for the last 10 days, very light pink/brown, I know this can be normal in pregnancy, but it's still worries me every time I see it. I'm booked to see the GP on Saturday so will see how it goes.
And I am bloated.... so bloated... I actually think I might explode!

R7589 · 05/04/2018 12:38

Hi @Cally80 congratulations! Spotting can be normal is some people but best to get it checked out anyway I hear you with the bloating! It's terrible eh?

@Aridia I'm glad I'm not the only one with he hangover thing - it's so bizarre! Not had restless leg yet but had a few dreams that were pregnancy related - shows how much it all plays on your mind!

JimmyPestoJunior · 05/04/2018 13:31

Hi all and congratulations to everyone! I got my BFP yesterday, 3 days after I expected AF. I refused to test sooner as I was so convinced it would be a BFN! I'm 37 years old and 4+5 today, EDD is the 8th December. I'm torn between being excited and terrified!

Chatty81 · 05/04/2018 15:39

Wow congratulations everyone I love reading that so many are due the same time as me I’m 37 and this will be number 4 but my first with my boyfriend. I hope we can all help each other along the way xx

natashaarr · 05/04/2018 16:59

Ahh @yukka to be honest I had a scan at 4wks 5 days and saw nothing so I guess you wouldn’t see much anyway. 6 weeks I guess is right because you’ll be able to see a lot more! I have another scan at 6wks 3 days on Tuesday so fingers crossed I can see something!

I totally get what you mean, I’ve never got to 5 weeks either! I’m glad I have but I’m still worried especially because I have pink spotting every now and then :(

They are literally the worst dreams! I’ve had them don’t worry, I wake up most nights and have to go and check 😬

Xx

Stargirl90 · 06/04/2018 14:21

Eeeek telling my parents tonight and i am sooo nervous! First grandchild for them they are going to be over the moon!

natashaarr · 06/04/2018 18:20

@stargirl90 good luck! I’m sure it’ll be fine. I got my OH to show them a picture of the pregnancy test haha! X

Kit17 · 06/04/2018 19:05

Is it just me who has absolutely no symptoms whatsoever?! I didn't have any last time either, but then MCd so I hope it's not the same reason! Fingers crossed I'm just really lucky like my mum was when she had me and I'll be fine & healthy until Christmas! Wishful thinking I suspect!

R7589 · 06/04/2018 19:17

@Kit17 I felt absolutely nothing before my bfp on Tuesday then suddenly yesterday my boobs got really sore and get hungover. In the last hour my left eye has went really blurry although I think that's something to do with my having a cold too Sad
Just try not to worry...you never know you might one of the lucky ones like your mum to feel absolutely perfect all the way through!

R7589 · 06/04/2018 19:17

I meant to say felt hungover not get hungover Blush

Toriturnaface29 · 06/04/2018 19:29

Came home work tonight and feel like I could sleep standing up! Now after dinner I feel really nauseous but could be just the tiredness. No other symptoms at the minute apart from massive boobs and the odd twinge down below. Doctors on Monday so hopefully they will put my mind at rest and I’ll get a date for first scan.

SadWinky · 06/04/2018 22:04

@Kit17 yes no symptoms for me as yet either. And was similar with my MC. But I def had friends with successful pregnancies who didn’t feel much either. It would be more reassuring to at least feel a bit sick! Hate this waiting game so much but I guess there is nothing else we can do!

jld1202 · 06/04/2018 23:25

Evening ladies New odd symptom for me today - red, flushed cheeks - sort of looks like sunburn! Had a google (course I did....) and apparently it's linked to hormonal changes but anyone else had/having this? Xx

Yukka · 07/04/2018 08:44

@stargitl hope it went well last night! Exciting :)

I've had two MCs, one had no symptoms And one had raging symptoms so I think every pregnancy is different and it's not a sign.

Well I've made my first milestone, officially 5 weeks preggers, this is a first! Feeling ok, not sleeping much, nor hungry, and had funny bowel all night (sorry tmi) but otherwise I'm good.

Hope everyone else is good!

Xx

R7589 · 07/04/2018 10:53

@Yukka that's great to hear! It's passing little milestones like this that really makes you feel positive ❤️

I'm alright - slept over 12 hours last night which is unheard of for me! Apart from that just sore boobs

Aridia · 07/04/2018 10:53

Congratulations @Yukka! I made it to 5 weeks yesterday too :) DH didn't really get why I was pleased about that lol. My next milestone is 8 weeks, and our early scan. Fingers crossed!

My symptoms seem to have settled down a bit. I actually felt worse before I knew I was pregnant and last week. I've slept better the last couple of nights. Occasional hot flushes, and some pangs of nausea, but my weird taste has died down a bit, and dare I say it, I'm slightly less fatigued. I'm hope these are good signs! How's everyone else doing?
