It's just turned bright red 😭

December2018 · 30/04/2018 14:05

Aww kitkat I totally understand!
If I was you I would just try and relax, my spotting has completely stopped now but I'm still running to the loo knicker checking every 5 mins lol xx

December2018 · 30/04/2018 14:08

Kitkat I would ring the hospital or just go straight in and get checked out darl xx

Gemsie1984 · 30/04/2018 14:10

Go to EPU and get it checked.. fingers crossed for you :( x

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 14:24

I'm waiting for a doctor to call me back now.

December2018 · 30/04/2018 14:25

Sending you millions of loves hun xx

Stephisaur · 30/04/2018 14:26

KitKat I'm so sorry to hear this

Dinofanatic · 30/04/2018 14:34

@December2018 Mrs @Dino had that at about 8+0 but it subsided over a few days. We were worried initially but, she said she was bloating the time in retrospect. We are at 9+0 now, just still plagued by nausea and tiredness, but spotting and pelvic pain stopped.

Rachie1986 · 30/04/2018 14:43

Thinking of you KitKat

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 14:45

Doctors at 4.20 today. I just took a PT and the line is fainter than it was on my last one. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what the doctor says but I'm not hopeful.

Roomarmoset · 30/04/2018 14:52

Good luck @orangekitkat13 I'll keep my fingers crossed for you

MissMedusa · 30/04/2018 17:00

@Paranormalbouquet I will also have to get a cervical stitch due to incompetent cervix if I make it past the first trimester (have also had 3 mc). I also have a 4 year old who was born at 28 weeks so I know exactly what you mean about never being able to relax. I try to only focus on one step (scan or milestone) at a time and don't even think about anything beyond the next two weeks. Next scan for me will be Friday, I'll be 9+3.
Fingers crossed for all of us.

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 17:39

Ive got to phone EPI in the morning, but I'm too early for a scan so have book one in and wait. 😰

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 18:09

EPU*

December2018 · 30/04/2018 18:16

There isn't anything worse than waiting is there... are you still spotting now darl? Xx

Paranormalbouquet · 30/04/2018 18:23

@orangekitkat13 the waiting is terrible, hope they can see you soon.

@MissMedusa we seem very similar! My DD was overdue actually, had an emergency C-Section which resulted in a uterine and cervical tear- cervix only measures 15mm pre-pregnancy. Plan had been for a pre-pregnancy trans abdominal cerclage but now will probably have it done in pregnancy instead. If I get to 12 weeks. Have little confidence after 3 consecutive losses!

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 18:54

@Paranormalbouquet thanks trying to keep my mind busy!

@December2018 yes, bright red and heavy, I'm not optimistic to be honest.

December2018 · 30/04/2018 18:58

Ohh kitkat! I'm sending you all my love.. if it makes you feel any better my best friend bled quite heavy with her last pregnancy and she's got a beautiful little 13 month old girl... so I don't think heavy bleed always means the worst.... I'm keeping everything crossed for you darl xxx
💐

Skittlelover · 30/04/2018 19:15

Sorry to hear that orangekitkat. Thinking of you.
I've got my reassurance scan for 7+6 tomorrow at so I after 3 miscarriages. Feeling very nervous. Tbh not sure how reassured I'm going to be as I've seen a heartbeat on two previous losses at 7+4 and 8+1. Hoping it's good news tho and then onto the next few weeks of worrying! Hope everyone else is well. Nausea is horrendous but I'm hoping it's a good sign. X

Rachie1986 · 30/04/2018 21:21

Thinking of you kitkat. How many weeks are you and when will epu scan?

orangekitkat13 · 30/04/2018 21:45

Only 5 weeks, Dr said that it's too early to see anything on a scan so I'll need to speak to EPU in the morning and see what they say about when to book a scan in.

Paranormalbouquet · 30/04/2018 22:23

They might do serial hcgs. Although before 6 weeks they often say to repeat pregnancy test at home once bleeding stops. If you have ongoing light bleeding and cramping they should see you to rule out an ectopic at least. (Can you tell I’ve spent a lot of time in EPU?).

I really hope they see you tomorrow, the waiting is really horrible.

JustCallMeTheOven · 01/05/2018 07:32

@orangekitkat13 how are you this morning?

orangekitkat13 · 01/05/2018 10:39

@JustCallMeTheOven phoned EPU this morning, booked in for a scan a week today. Still having heavy bleeding and cramps.

Paranormalbouquet · 01/05/2018 11:00

@Skittlelover best of luck today. I hear you on not being reassured, I don't think I'll ever be reassured this time around.

@orangekitkat13 I'm sorry they can't see you sooner, it's very hard. I hope you are able to rest. Eat some rubbish food and watch some rubbish tv.
