Got my bfp 2 hours ago
Still can't sleep lol

Got it a week early af was due 30th

Anyone else??

Alsooooo been feeling very sick and now have lots of heart burn

Hello everyone.
Sad to announce that I won't be having a baby in August.

I started bleeding on Sunday and getting cramps as if I'm on my period.went to a&e got referred to have a scan at the Early pregnancy unit the following day.

Although I should have been 6 weeks + 4 nothing was visible on the scan . They suggested that I might have ovulated late and might only be 4-5 weeks in which case it wouldn't show.

Anyway had to have blood tests 48 hrs apart to see if hcg levels rise or fall. ( it should rise or even double in a 48 hr period)
In my case hcg went from 221 on Monday to only 107 on Wednesday.

Miscarriage!

Massive shock...we were planning on telling DD1 and DS2 on Xmas.
Oh well

Got a doctors note to be signed off work as I am numb right now and can't face anyone

@blueavatar I’m really sorry didn’t your loss, it’s so cruel. I’ve been there myself and it’s devastating.

Please don’t blame yourself, miscarriage happens in 20% of pregnancies and it’s often something to do with the egg itself and not something that you’ve done!

I’m glad that you’ve got some time off work to recover, be kind to yourself and I wish you luck in any future pregnancies!
