I thought I’d start this thread now as I can’t see one yet! I got my bfp this weekend on a digital and estimate my due date to be 1st of July, but I have long cycles so I’m anticipating it changing at a dating scan. Anyone else with me for end of June or beginning of July 2018?

@Boboelephant I’m hoping that’s what he’ll ring to confirm tomorrow! If not I’m defo going to chase them up! I’ll be 5 weeks on Monday and if everything can fall apart from there I don’t want to leave it!

You are right, I do have every right to know everything is ok, I will be firm if I’m told anything different!

I’ll keep you updated with what is said and hopefully tomorrow I’ll be booked in for a scan

Hoping you can give me some advice..
brief history (miscarriage 2015 and mmc June 2017 at 8 weeks) I’m under the gynaecologist for fertility treatment this time I’ve got pregnant on letrozole (previous pregnancy was clomid)
Anyway.... been to GP today to confirm pregnancy and book in with midwife however I cannot get a midwife appointment until I am 11 weeks!! I am currently 6 weeks. I asked if I could have an early scan due to my anxieties and she said no point you won’t see much before 12 week scan! However if I leave it till 11 weeks I won’t get my scan until I’m about 13/14 weeks (which will be after Christmas!
Came home very upset, my question is I am being seen by a community midwife who only works Mondays at my doctors... Can I ask for a different midwife? How Can I get an early scan? I’m so worried that I will get to the 13 week scan and be told babies died again 😔 wondering if you ladies could give me some advice.

I think I’m going to have to @em didn’t really want to have to cuz of the expense! Can anyone recommend any good places to go? I’m in West Midlands x

Where in West mids? Can you go to your epu call with anxiety, niggles or pains? some mothercare shops do them. X

I’ve looked at mother care it’s too expensive! I think I’m going to have to call epu thanks x

@Hulaballoo that’s really cheap! I looked into them for harmony test but they’re £50 more than Mothercare, so amazed they’re cheaper for the early scan. Good to know!

Latecomer here.. Got my BFP today, EDD 24th July. Hasn't quite sunken in yet!

Has anyone else started to feel a bit dizzy I’m 6 weeks today I do suffer with bad ears ( which means I can have dizzy spells) but this is not the same I’m also waking up at 3.33 every morning

@Whatsgoingon4 Are you feeling wide awake too? I had it, but have been sleeping better for a few nights now. Dizziness - I do get it, but I also have extremely low blood pressure. Not sure what effect this will have on the pregnancy, but you’re not alone!

@Peanutty86 I’ve just woke up feeling very sick but usually I’m awake toss n turn abit then off I go back to the land of nod but this morning I wake at 3.44 feeling sick as a dog ? I starting to wonder if it’s because I was laid on my front ( which I did all the way through my last pregnancy with no problems)

@Whatsgoingon4 I haven't started to feel dizzy yet but it was a big symptom for me with my son which started at 6 weeks. I found eating something helped and trying nor to get up too quickly.

@18mnthsandcounting if that were me I would 100% ring up and say you have pain in one side they will ask you to come in for an early scan as they have to. In cases like this where you should have received the right care and should be seen I think it’s fine just to say the right things to get the scan. Anxiety can be harmful on the growing baby and I wouldn’t be able to cope with not knowing after what you have been through. Everything will be fine but I think it’s only right you are given that reassurance!

6 weeks today and woke up feeling rough as anything, I have sea bands on, sipping on cordial, the thought of cleaning my teeth makes me gag, and I just want to stay in bed! Woe is me! 😂🙈 did my last Pregnancy test this morning on a CB, and I got my 3+ my DH was like thank goodness that obsession has ended 😂

TTC: 8 cycles over 13 months (crazy hormonal imbalance after 13 years on the pill which has finally settled!)
BFP: 12dpo on 8.11.17
Due date according to last period: 19.07.2018

I’ve never been pregnant so this is crazy to me! I didn’t wait to miss a period (tested a couple of days before AF was due) but I just KNEW I was pregnant.

Sore boobs last week, feeling of fullness and pinching/pulling feeling in the uterus and suddenly the tiredness has HIT me... could have slept 12 hours last night! (I’m normally a 6/7 hour sleeper)

I live in Harrogate and I'm due with my first one around the 4th of July, but I'll know more in couple of weeks when I have an early/reassureance scan.
