Can I join? Not even sure how I’d work out my due date but I’d imagine I’ll be due in June at some point!

McTufty · 26/09/2017 21:04

Welcome to the new members and congratulations! @carringtonm do you know the date your last period started? If so let me know and I'll stick it in the due date calculator in my app!

I also am getting period pains, has felt like my period is on the way for ages! Apparently it is normal, only need to worry if it is really bad pain.

Martydog · 26/09/2017 21:52

I just feel like my stomach has swelled to a balloon and it is so uncomfortable sitting.

carringtonm · 27/09/2017 07:07

@McTufty August 28th. Thanks!

McTufty · 27/09/2017 07:23

Hello new June BFPers!

5+2 and starting to feel a little queasy today. Anyone else starting to have a little nausea?

weasledee · 27/09/2017 09:24

Hi boofay, I've had very small sickness feeling (4+1) but as with my previous pregnancies I suffer from the severe form of morning sickness HG. And It always starts without fail on day 1 of week 6 so I'm enjoying the phase of mild sickness Smile

RockinRobinTweets · 27/09/2017 09:31

I've been feeling nauseated and my boobs are massive! Also needing to wee lots.

I'm quite reassured though as with my mmc I only ever had really mild symptoms. Hoping that it's a sign this one is a sticky bean.

bonnymnemonic · 27/09/2017 14:04

Hi all! Tentatively joining the thread after faint BFP on a FRER yesterday. Plan to test again tomorrow (when AF would have been due).

7th June due date.

This is DC2, DD is 17 months old. Second month TTC so feeling quite lucky, but nervous.

Nausea started on Sunday, much earlier than first pregnancy, though milder so far. Also suffering with wind and constipation (my first symptoms last time) Blush

timeisnotaline · 27/09/2017 14:13

I m also 5+2 and feeling quite nauseous. It's ugh but it's also earlier and feels quite different from my first which can only be good news as that was awful.

pulpi · 27/09/2017 14:36

5+3 today and the hormone migraine has arrived right on schedule! Thank goodness DS went down for his afternoon nap so I can nap. And by nap, I obviously mean Mumsnet.

weasledee · 27/09/2017 14:47

Ha pulpi that made me smile!

pulpi · 27/09/2017 15:02

Damn, just checked my dates and I'm 4+3, not 5+3! It's all kicking off earlier this time Confused

Happyapples · 27/09/2017 16:39

Hi ladies. I'm only 4+5 and felt nauseous a couple of days ago but nothing at all since, wish I felt something! Plus I've ran out out my internet cheapie tests so can't even test to put my mind at ease. Ordered blinkin ovulation tests by mistake Hmm also had really vivid dreams and haven't had them the past few nights. First signs I had with ds was sore boobs, keep giving them a squeeze to check but nothing :( Can't wait till Monday for my hospital appointment.

RockinRobinTweets · 27/09/2017 17:23

I'm sure it's fine happy symptoms don't tend to start until more like 6 weeks.

Happyapples · 27/09/2017 17:38

Thanks Robin x Dying for a bath as well, anyone else still having them?

Lorz80 · 27/09/2017 18:02

Hi HappyApples

Im still having a bath every other day. I have just Googled it - it seems that as long as baths aren't hot enough to raise your temperature above102.2F it's ok.

Any other opinions out there?

bonnymnemonic · 27/09/2017 18:15

That's my understanding too Lorz! I think at least partly due to increased risk of fainting?

I had baths throughout my last pregnancy and will this time too.

Happyapples · 27/09/2017 18:28

Thanks girls, on the IVF Facebook page I’m on, most of them seem to have been told not to have baths as it can cause infection if the water gets to the cervix? I’m still on progesterone suppositories too so maybe something to do with that? Anyhoo I’m in a bath now Blush it’s lukewarm and I’m not staying in long x been having showers through this whole process, miss my baths!

Lorz80 · 27/09/2017 18:29

I'd be devastated if I had to give up baths! I've already had to give up saunas and jacuzzis!! Baths are the next best thing! :-)

I'm on the suppositories too, I wasn't given any advice on them though, except for lying down for 10-15 mins after they're inserted.

Happyapples · 27/09/2017 18:44

@Lorz80 my clinic never told me either! They just said treat yourself as though you're pregnant. Think I'll carry on as I am and have a short warm bath even once a week until I know for definite that everything's ok x
