I should add that I already know that I have to have a csection at 37 weeks but I don't want to think about it until I'm 36 weeks so I'm staying here until then! That puts me at 15th May ish. I don't want anyone thinking I'm a fraudster! Grin

weasledee · 25/09/2017 20:36

Hey Marty, we share a due date! I'm also in my forties (41) and this is no. 3 for me.....

ladydolly · 25/09/2017 20:54

greggs I think I'll be a may c section as well but I'd rather hang out with those at the same stage of pregnancy as me!

OP posts:
GreggsSausageRolls · 25/09/2017 21:56

@ladydolly that's the same as me!

lampert · 26/09/2017 07:21

Has anyone got zero symptoms? I had mild cramping for the last 10 days or so, but yesterday and today that's eased off and now I just feel completely normal! I'm worried that means it's all going wrong :-(

I'm 5+1 going by my LMP so very very early :-/

pulpi · 26/09/2017 07:36

@lampert , I had very few symptoms with my first baby. I'd even almost convinced myself it was all in my head. The 12 week scan was a big relief!

BoofayTheOompaLoompaSlayer · 26/09/2017 08:00

@lampert I'm exactly the same. 5+1 and almost no symptoms. Been ages since my last pregnancy so I can't remember when it's kicked in before but apart from sore boobs, I got nothing.

lampert · 26/09/2017 08:48

Thank you @BoofayTheOompaLoompaSlayer & @pulpi

It's good to know it's not just me! I didn't realise pregnancy would be so completely worrying. I just thought about actually getting pregnant and hadn't really thought about how petrifying it would be just hoping the teeny tiny blob is ok in there!

purplebiro · 26/09/2017 08:55

I had no symptoms...until last night - now full on sore boobs, seriously uncomfortable trapped wind, bloating and nausea. WAY worse than my first pregnancy and a lot earlier (I didn't even suspect I was pregnant until 7 weeks with my daughter and wasn't sick until heartburn from 30 weeks). I'm 5+2 by my calculations, so be careful what you wish for! Grin

Bubble04 · 26/09/2017 12:29

Hi everyone,
Can I join? Took a test this am (not due till 2nd oct so far too early), and it's BFP! So excited. If calculations are correct due date will be 11th June. This will be DC#3.
Still doesn't feel real Grin

GreggsSausageRolls · 26/09/2017 12:31

Hi @Bubble04 brilliant to see you here!!!

lampert · 26/09/2017 12:36

Aw congratulations & welcome @Bubble04!!

17caterpillars1mouse · 26/09/2017 13:31

Welcome Bubble :)

weasledee · 26/09/2017 13:40

Congrats bubble, no.3 for me too Smile

ladydolly · 26/09/2017 13:56

Welcome bubble! That is an early result - how exciting!

So I invested in some maternity tights, £10 a pop, so I can wear them now with my normal clothes and not feel too restricted (I am so bloated) and my friends dog just put a hole in them, first wear! Sod's law. DP is going into the loft this weekend to get my gear out. I know I won't need most of it for a while but I'm already out of my newest skinny jeans - won't see them for another 18 months probably!

Thanks everyone x
@ladydolly I know. Wasn't expecting it at all, but was a really dark line. Hope that doesn't mean twins. Only got room for 3 in the back of our car lol

ladydolly · 26/09/2017 14:17

bubble04 me too, I had an early response on this pregnancy and with my DD. I've had the same fear! On the one hand it would be a huge lifestyle change for us to have 3 instead of 2 but, I'm older so it would be my only/last chance to have a bigger family. What will be will be!

Anyone else get the feeling like They're about to come on their period? I've got carom and shooting pain down my leg and just feel like that monthly 'my period is coming' Confused

I just made my booking in appointment with the midwife this morning so hopefully haven't jinxed it BlushSad

RockinRobinTweets · 26/09/2017 14:49

Hi

Can I join please? From date of LMP I'm due 29th May but I think I ovulated later this cycle.

Another who previously had a MMC so pretty nervous.

This is my second DC

weasledee · 26/09/2017 15:19

Hi robin, welcome :)
There seems to be a few on here who are pregnant after miscarriage, me included..... fingers crossed for us all!

Bubble04 · 26/09/2017 18:31

@GreggsSausageRolls yes! Getting that pre-period ache, but trying not to worry. I got it with DC1 for the first 8 weeks so I'm sure it's fine x
