I've made a tit of myself by bothering the midwife and doctor. Had to turn up and speak to reception as all their phones and computers are down. Doctor (male) wasn't too helpful so I went home. Then the midwife (female) managed to phone me at home and was brilliant. Reassured me that lack of symptoms is fairly normal at this stage, and that the stress of work shouldn't have caused an issue for the baby.

Monty what a lovely midwife to call you, hope it's put your mind at rest. If it's your work's error do you have to pay it back? That sounds ridiculous.

Loving your super organisational skills and carefully considered design choices zabe I'm going to come to rely on you to tell me about baby sales! I bought a maternity tankini today. Going to a day spa next week and I look ridiculous in my bikini, boob spillage and bloated belly. Am slightly hesitant to cut the tags off before my scan next week though.

Pause it's years of retail management... i.e; planning for Christmas in April. Being organised is ingrained into me now! That and to be honest, constantly having to be ready to move with short notice helps too. I don't blame you, I said the other day I finally relented and had to buy a new accommodating bra. A spa day will be lovely though will you have told people before then? So they don't think you're odd for declining the hot tub!

Evening all. So, I'm totally wiped out. Have some more work stuff to do this evening but I'm currently in bed contemplating ordering pizza delivery as DH is out. My diet has gone to pot!

Tried the local delivery place and they have an hour and a half wait. No chance I can manage that. So gone for dominos. DH will eat the leftovers tomorrow I hope otherwise they will go to waste.

I'm cooking but only cause the freezer is all of a sudden the holding temp of a fridge. Chips and gravy for tonight and the rest of the freezer is going in the bin Sunday ready for a Monday collection. Have meat in the fridge. Don't really want it but I'll do extra chips and gravy for me.

Can't be bothered to wait for the local takeaways on a Friday evening and I'm already I'm pjs with no intention of changing 😂

I envy glasto. No way am I up past 9 at the moment so gigs are well out for me, although used to run a music venue when I was married to dipshit the ex.
