Hi everyone and welcome new bfp's

Can I get some advice? My stomach is really bloated and painful, it came on quite suddenly and I'm also getting horrendous back pain too. Part and parcel or should I be worried?

I've had an ectopic and it doesn't really feel like that- although one of my symptoms was a trapped wind type feeling, hence the worrying!

Thingymaboob · 19/05/2017 14:35

Elsa, you have a higher chance of ectopic so you need to get down the epu

ElsaMars · 19/05/2017 16:12

Thanks Thingy. It's really eased off now and with the ectopic it didn't at all. I do suffer with trapped wind anyway but this was something else!

If it helps anyone else regarding ectopics, as well as tge trapped wind (with no 'release' feeling) I also got a dragging, stabbing pain between my vagina and bum and it was hard to walk. I had NO pain on one side or bleeding.

Hopefully none of you will have this but just be aware the symtoms didn't always present as expected.

Hello,
Hope you're all doing well. I'm 6+4 and SO tired. I know tiredness is an expected symptom, but this is absurd - I can hardly function and my work is suffering. Within an hour of waking up, I'm ready to go back to bed - physically and mentally. I'm waking up 5-6 times during the night to urinate or to turn over because of leg / hip pain - but I almost always manage to fall asleep again fairly quickly, so it's not as if I'm getting zero rest. I've always been a fairly energetic person and am generally OK with minimum sleep, so this is a shock! Is extreme tiredness 'normal' at this stage?
x

@ElleMcElle
It's not 14:49. I'm 6+1 and I have spent all day in bed and cancelled plans. I've also been intermittently vomiting and am very nauseous. It's like the worst hangover I've ever had. DH is away at a stag party. I'm all alone and feel bloody awful!

flossyfloss · 20/05/2017 16:08

Ah thingy try and keep your fluid intake up, I ended up staying overnight in hospital on Thursday as I was dehydrated and 3+ ketones from the hyperemesis Sad I came home yesterday and on a cocktail of medication and as soon as they wear off the nausea hits again Confused

ElleMcElle · 20/05/2017 16:33

@Thingymaboob - Sorry you're feeling rough too. I've been feeling nauseous but haven't actually been sick (yet). I've just been given the most insane work deadline and have no idea how I'm going to meet it - it requires me to be working flat-out for the next month. I'm self-employed, so there's no calling in sick or speaking to my line-manager option - it's just me.

@flossyfloss - that sounds grim. Hope you're OK and able to get some rest.

Hi everyone. By the grace of God, I'll be due 01/01/18🙏 I'm 7 weeks now and having no symptoms, I'm quite worried even though I've taken 6 HPT and all are BFPs! My next hospital appointment is on June 6th when I should be 10wks. I pray all goes well!🙏Smile

I'm due around the 16th Jan although I can't seem to get a doctors appt for love or money on the NHS to confirm this. :(

congratulations everyone!!!

Hi not really sure how to use this as this is my first message on mums net but my 1 week year old baby has a slight patch on her nose slightly lighter than the rest of her nose it’s the size of my finger tip any ideas? Thanks
