I'm getting cross with myself over this tiredness!! I've been getting home from work, getting ds dinner bath and to bed and then falling asleep as I'm knackered...only to wake up at 4 am because I fell asleep so early! So then the same happens every day 😡 need to reset over the weekend!

chocolateshortcake · 12/05/2017 05:24

Decided if I was going to be up so early I might as well do something so I did my last digi and got a 3+ Smile

SandyAmazon · 12/05/2017 06:03

Welcome and congrats to all the newbies! @chocolateshortcake I'm also driving myself mad with tiredness. Can't get to sleep at night despite feeling exhausted then wide awake at 5:30am. I think it probably contributed to my feeling so unwell yesterday. Thanks for all the well wishes folks. I'm feeling back to my normal, if very tired, self today. Let's hope it stays that way Smile

SandyAmazon · 12/05/2017 06:05

Hmmm....not sure what's going on with my emojis lol. Other day I got a gin bottle instead of a shocked face now a chocolate bar instead of happy face....think this app is trying to tell me something insert laughing face here

justmetwice · 12/05/2017 06:27

Hello...I just got a positive test yesterday after 17 months of trying. Trying to get my head around it and figure out what i need to do. So excited and glad i found you.

flyingsprocket · 12/05/2017 06:39

Hello all! Can I join? I'm due #2 sometime middle of Jan, my cycles were a bit muddled.

Waves to the other clomid users, I conceived DD on cycle 5 of clomid & was waiting for AF to arrive this month to start again but got the BFP instead!

Good to see another cyclist here too Sophsta

Can't believe how busy this thread is already Smile

No symptoms here yet at all.

Sophsta · 12/05/2017 06:51

Welcome newbies!

I'm a very leisurely cyclist flyingsprocket. Was such a lovely evening for it!

BlueeSpottyTiger · 12/05/2017 06:59

Congratulations to the new ladies and welcome x

chocolateshortcake me too! Exact same situation here.. work..home..play, feed and bath dd then bed for us both. I went bed at 8pm last night.. normally go bed about 11pm so woke up at 4.30am 😣

My sister popped round yesterday and used my last teabag.. so I've had to have the weakest coffee ever.. its actually horrible lol Brew

Waitingonasmile · 12/05/2017 07:48

Hi justmet and flyingsprocket congrsulations!

My boobs aren't sore today after being agony all week of course this panics me . 5 weeks tommorow I think.

WLMcI · 12/05/2017 08:35

Congratulations and welcome Roseandbee fllyingsprocket and justmet! How wonderful to have your BFPs after so long trying!

BreakingBad I didn't have it last time, but this time I had ENORMOUS bloat and pretty consistent constipation from about 5 weeks (I'm 7+1 now). The bloat is now a lot better, perhaps because I'm eating smaller meals more frequently to combat nausea. And I've been trying to get lots of salads and dried fruit in the ol' diet to help with the constipation, which works sometimes! Grin Apparently it's the progesterone that compromises the digestive system, so I'm taking it as a good sign Smile I'm also very suddenly ravenously hungry (which can make me feel dizzy and nauseated) so I've taken to carrying around healthy(ish) snacks and splitting up my lunch into my tea break, etc. Hope that helps!

I have an EPU scan booked for the 17th, when I'll be 7+6! Looking forward to seeing what's going on in there, one way or the other. I don't have any sign that anything is going wrong (although my boobs stopped hurting the other day and of course I had a meltdown even though I know symptoms come and go). It's just nerve-wracking not being able to know for sure!

bunanarama · 12/05/2017 08:44

Joined the early morning wake up club this morning at 4:45! Hmm
Hoping to get through work today on the psychological effects of a decaf costa!

isambardo · 12/05/2017 10:02

Congratulations roseandbee, justmet and flyingsprocket! How great to get your bfp's after such long waits.

I'm not even 5 weeks yet and feeling nauseous a lot. I don't remember it starting this early before. No tiredness here thankfully, I'm actually feeling quite buzzing in between the queasyness. I woke up last night STARVING too. Might start taking a snack to bed :)

PolkaDotFlamingo · 12/05/2017 10:21

Hi everyone. I got my bfp on weds and I will be 4 weeks tomorrow. Felt horrendous so I knew it would be positive! EDD 20th and it's baby #2

Fattycowagain · 12/05/2017 13:41

Hello to all the new ladies! If anyone wants to join the Facebook group, send me a message.

@SandyAmazon, your smilies come up normal for me. No bar of chocolate, but a smiley face.

Sophsta · 12/05/2017 13:51

Congratulations PolkaDotFlamingo!

Very quiet on here today. Anyone had to give the game away early? I'm seeing my mum on Sunday but have agreed we will wait until 8 weeks to let my parents know. Scared I will spontaneously blurt it out...

Mummyme87 · 12/05/2017 13:55

Even though I have very sore boobs and he nausea yesterday I still needed some reassurance. My FRER is a lot darker than 3 days ago, CB has gone up to 2-3weeks since Sunday and I did an OPK out of interest which was incredibly dark (much darker than Sunday) 😃 Very reassuring

Mummyme87 · 12/05/2017 13:58

I've told a couple of friends sophsta as they new I was TTC but that's it. Away with friends next week so will probably end up leaking out then. I will tell my Mam when she visits in a few weeks and then we will tell OHs parents and my dad at about 7-8weeks. Hoping to have a viability scan at about 7weeks

purplechoc · 12/05/2017 14:02

Im also seeing parents tomorrow and scared I'll give the game away @Sophsta!

We've only told one of my friends so far and that's it. Think I will tell my parents and older siblings in about 2.5 weeks when I should be about 7 weeks. Hoping to wait for most other people including younger siblings until after 12 weeks, but it's going to be difficult to get my parents alone to tell them!

bunanarama · 12/05/2017 14:08

I'm being a bridesmaid next weekend so thinking I'll tell the bride early next week, I'll be 7 weeks then - she'll definitely notice me not drinking any bubbles!
Also told my boss who was super excited for me which felt weird as I'm not even that excited yet as it all feels so abstract and I'm just focussed on getting to 12 weeks!
If I have an early scan in the next couple of weeks then we'll tell the parents

Kirsty157 · 12/05/2017 14:23

Wow, lots of new faces :) congrats that's all the new ladies on your pregnancies :)

I'm 6+5 today and feeling sooo tired. Nausea not so bad now though. I saw earlier on in the thread that Pregnacare had made some people feel worse. I stopped taking it and have gone to standard folic acid pills and am feeling much better. Thanks thanks the poster who bought that up x

pebble82 · 12/05/2017 15:10

I'm pretty certain I'll have had this baby before I get a booking in appointment! I've been ringing and emailing since Tuesday - finally got a response today to ask me to complete the attached form. There was no attachment! lol

Train1 · 12/05/2017 15:36

Can't believe how busy this has got!
This sleep thing is driving me mad, up at 1, then up for the day at 5. DH told me to sync my Fitbit but the lack of sleep/restless periods will annoy me!
We are away this weekend with family and friends, am hoping to make it through unnoticed....
Have booked my booking in and booked an early scan, I don't recall feeling this rubbish with my DD and DH keeps mentioning twins - in fairness, we have lots of twins in both sides of the family and I was on clomid so I guess the chances are high!

ImBreakingBad · 12/05/2017 16:12

Well still no blood tests!! Waiting on doc calling me back as I want to know what's happening. Got to the EPU earlier today and just got told I'd get a scan on the 31st and then one at 8 weeks too!
M

Bluee, those lines are darker than I've ever had at 15 dpo or even 20 dpo. I've only ever had super pale lines but I've 2 dc to show for it, I think we all read far too much into those tests!
