@ifeellikechickentonight I doubt it, as I'm in the Netherlands.

mrsb87 · 10/05/2017 07:30

I wish I could explain to my 2yr old that 6:30 is too early....especially when he's a grumpus about it too. Yawn. I honestly don't think I've been this exhausted, ever! I'm starting to get really anxious about the hyperemesis I had last time, keep trying to think how far along I wss when it started. It completely blew any possibility of keeping anything a secret last time
Welcome to newbs, hope you're all feeling OK so far.

Mummyme87 · 10/05/2017 07:38

I'm 4wks today 😊 Did another test yesterday with progressive lines. My boobs are really painful, AF didn't turn up. I do keep getting like a pin point pain on my right hand side groin area

SandyAmazon · 10/05/2017 08:07

@Maybebaby2 glad I'm not the only one. 4 hours must be horrible though, I'm managing around 5 and shattered by 8pm. Not that I get to sleep any earlier! Lets hope it is temporary.
I'll keep my gp appointment as is. I thought it was ok but as others seemed to be going earlier I started to doubt myself.

@Mrsb87 I really feel for you. I'm someone that definitely needs my sleep. I (normally) struggle to get up even after 7hrs. Think I'm in for quite a shock Shock

Congratulations @Mummyme87

SandyAmazon · 10/05/2017 08:08

Erm...the gin bottle in my earlier post was supposed to be a shocked face lol

mrsb87 · 10/05/2017 08:13

sandy you do get used to it, but it's not great when they're JUST as tired and just get up. Stay the ffff in bed!! Haha

ImBreakingBad · 10/05/2017 08:15

Congratulations mummyme!

I'm another one enduring the lack of sleep. Poor DH is having the same issue due to me feeling like a furnace all night.

It's 7 degrees and I have just a cardi on when I'm usually freezing!

Waitingonasmile · 10/05/2017 08:15

Another one here with an almost 2 year old who thinks 6am is wake up time. Tested again this morning and test line is as dark as control line so think I need to stop now Blush. Do still have a digital left though... and ten IC

SJ1989 · 10/05/2017 08:17

Sandyamazon I'm the same! Not slept past 7:30 for about 2 weeks just didn't know why to start with! And the midnight loo breaks! An extra hour or two in morning would really help with afternoon tiredness too!!

Hotpinkangel19 · 10/05/2017 08:24

Scan in an hour, sickness kicked in this morning too x

SJ1989 · 10/05/2017 08:25

Good luck Hotpink!

I'm 5 weeks today (I hope!). I was worried about having mild cramps and headaches over the last few days. Now I'm worried because the cramps and headaches have stopped!

Elle the joys of pregnancy, worrying when we do have a symptom and worrying why we don't!

Mummyme87 · 10/05/2017 10:56

Just come back from fat club, 2lb off this week 😊 I'm pleased. Want to lose a bit more weight before I get close to 2nd trimester

Kirsty157 · 10/05/2017 10:57

Good luck @Hotpink

Kirsty157 · 10/05/2017 10:59

After reading through the posts, I'm feeling lucky. I've been sleeping like the dead.
I do tend to get up early though, before six usually so I can clear my head and walk the dog and so on. My dd (11) also likes the get up early and usually has a cup of tea waiting for me bless her :)

usedtorun · 10/05/2017 11:10

Hope it went well this morning hotpink

Kirsty157 · 10/05/2017 11:10

Linked in to my last comment though, I'm quite worrried about having a new baby will impact the dynamics of our house and our routine.

At the moment we're a fairly well-oiled machine in the mornings. Myself and dd always up first, OH out the shower and ready by seven, and I drag ds out of bed and get some breakfast down him. We're all ready to leave at 8.

I already know I'll return to work full time after maternity leave, but now I'm sat here wondering how on earth I'll manage the mornings Hmm anyone else with kids already slightly nervous about this? I do tend the let my mind run away from me lol, maybe I should just chill

Kirsty157 · 10/05/2017 11:11

Well done @Mummyme87 !
