Ok we need suggestions for date and location. Perhaps a weekend would work best for us all, since some of us won't be on leave with weekdays free till May, and by then some of us will be lolling in just-given-birth bliss with new baby...

Location: somewhere near Waterloo station? Or how about Richmond Green?

I'm such a muppet- just realised thats the day I'm celebrating Tet (Lunar New Year) in Soho - its actually the following day but trying to get a table then is a nightmare!

Anyhoo, what i'm trying to say is that I will come and meet you all from 12 first then head off up to the Tet lunch so it'll be short and sweet from me for this first one!

Think we should book a table, that way we can easily find each other (and no excuses!). How about in the name of Mentsum (terrible mumsnet anagram)?

I've booked a table for 8 in the non-smoking section of the Waterloo Kitchen and Bar for midday on Feb 17th which is 2 weeks tomorrow

You could have as many London meets as you want, I don't think I could come. I have been to London perhaps twice in my life and only to be dragged round by school teachers so we could exclaim and gasp at the wonder that is Westminster Abbey. I couldn't tell you the difference between East and West London other than I presume everybody in East London owns a market stall and drinks in the Mitchells' pub and everybody in the West End works in theatre.
