Thank you, cantmakeme. I have everything crossed.

Yes, Jenny I was a Junebug, though DS was born in May.

JennyOfOldstones · 15/08/2016 19:05

So so pleased for you Chat

Will fb you so you know who I am!

LotsaTuddles · 15/08/2016 19:11

Being this pregnant in this heat, is just as bad as heavily pregnant, except no one knows, so you can't complain.

I was heavily pregnant with ds at this point (3rd September baby - so ROASTING and whalesque) and 5 months ish with dd

Prive120 · 15/08/2016 19:18

Naranciata you poor thing!

Welcome newbies!

I woke up at 3 today and couldn't get back to sleep so am struggling this afternoon/evening. Hope we all get a better nights sleep tonight!

Also getting the hot & cold flushes. Tucked up on the sofa with a blanket which probably looks very odd on such a warm day.

Going to take some ginger nut biscuits to bed tonight in the hope they make getting ready for work a bit easier tomorrow Smile

finova · 15/08/2016 19:40

Lotsa, yep you look like me. Must be a 3rd baby thing!

So tempted by an early scan but we are away weeks 7-9 and don't want to go too early and not see much.
Anyone had a scan at 6 1/2 weeks?

Ive also had hot flushes and some night sweats. That's a symptom I forgot about!

MrsRhubarb · 15/08/2016 19:52

Oh naranciata you poor thing! That must have been awful.

LotsaTuddles I was heavily pregnant and working on a none air-conditioned ward through the heatwave a few years ago, it was murder! At least we're only catching the tail end of summer this time, and aren't massive yet.

I've taken advantage of DH being off work to indulge in an afternoon nap again today. Bliss. I'm sure I wasn't quite this tired last time, we're currently debating if extra tiredness is due to A. having a toddler, so not just being able to chill on my days off work like last time, or B. twins, which do run in the family. I'm praying it's the toddlers fault!

choccybiscuit · 15/08/2016 19:57

Naranciata, how terrible for you!
I usually suffer with nausea with both dd's so I'm waiting for it to start any day now Hmm. My bbs are soooo sore! I never had this with the others, completely the opposite, like can feel the heat coming from them!
Finova and lotsa, I'm definitely bigger this time round too with my third, but I am quite bloated. I'm very tempted to but some maternity leggings.

choccybiscuit · 15/08/2016 19:58

*buy

Spindelina · 15/08/2016 20:21

One of my sunflowers fell over. It was massive and many-headed. So very very sad :(

jpeg28 · 15/08/2016 22:19

choccy I felt like that yesterday my boobs were humongous and hot!! Hmm

finova · 15/08/2016 22:22

I'll need to buy some new things soon the button popped off a pair of work trousers last week!
I have a few dresses that might work, just need to check they hide the bump though!
I've not got any maternity stuff left as its already done 2 pregnancies and was bought 7 years ago anyway so a bit out of date.
Could get stuff in the sales for when we are bigger next spring but feels like tempting fate too much.

Spindelina · 16/08/2016 01:19

On the plus side, I've put the sunflower heads in a vase and they seem to be perking up.

But I'm bleeding pretty heavily with quite bad cramps, so I'm pretty sure I'm out of this thread. Pants.

Bakersdelight · 16/08/2016 04:21

spindelina I hope you are ok? Sending you hugs and positive thoughts

Bellatrixandstrange · 16/08/2016 05:47

Spindelina that's awful, I'm so sorry.
Can anyone answer an am I normal question? I'm due April 1st, hopefully it will be dc1. I've been waking up in the night lots for a wee but when I get up I spend the next few hours being sick. A lot. It's the only time I'm actually sick the rest of the time I just feel queasy. Is this normal or something to worry about?

jobrum · 16/08/2016 07:15

Spindelina Flowers

bellatrix I was often sick in the middle of the afternoon, it was my most sicky time. Middle of the night might be yours, as well as it being an 'odd' time to be awake, the sleepiness might add to the nausea.

MrsRhubarb* were having the twins debate too. Dh wants it to be twins, because then we're done Shock. I don't because we'd have to get another one of pretty much everything (2 of some things), a new car, there'd be 2 of them, would be definite c section for me (emcs with ds) and I'd we'd have 4 under 3.5 Confused - easy for him he goes to work all day everyday

Finova* our stomach muscles are probably just shot. And they haven't even tried keeping thing contained Wink

LotsaTuddles · 16/08/2016 07:30

I don't even know how I've ruined the bolding like that Shock

You get me drift though

Flowers5 · 16/08/2016 07:30

Sorry I've just caught up from a weekend busy with lots of family around.

I've been feeling pretty sick but not actually sick so far. The tiredness is crazy!

Unfortunately the clinic which I had my early scan booked with have changed their policy & no longer offer scans before 10 weeks due to 'risks' and apparent bad press of early scans, so we decided to wait for our NHS one, it seems so far away!

Congratulations to all of the newbies & thinking of you all who are having worrying times xxx

drinkyourmilk · 16/08/2016 07:57

Spindalina I'm so sorry. Flowers

MrsRhubarb · 16/08/2016 08:08

LotsaTuddles Yes, this is supposed to be free baby as we already have pretty much everything from DD. Twins would ruin that!

Hayls17 · 16/08/2016 08:34

Thinking of you spindelina x

choccybiscuit · 16/08/2016 08:40
