audrey completely forgot to say I love your girls name list too. If I had to choose I'd go with Estelle or Francesca but they're all lovely.

IrregularCommentary · 20/07/2016 12:14

Another one here who's definitely been feeling the DH love. I have been called a soppy mare, but I think he's quite liking it really. Same as you Miley, we don't ever really argue. Helpful really as we're not the drama llama types and cba with it!

Soda - you're just one letter off my name there so definite name approval from me! Though could obviously be improved ever so slightly ;-)

We're waiting to meet her until we fully decide, but we're both still keen on Tamsin at the moment I think, so a Tamsin Elizabeth is looking pretty likely over here.

Getting so impatient to have an actual baby - I'll be terrified in a few weeks when it's that bit closer, but for the moment I'm definitely impatient.

Mileymoocow · 20/07/2016 12:36

I'm getting impatient, too irregular! I can't wait for the baby photos to start cropping up Grin

BunchOfBobs · 20/07/2016 13:10

Pyxie I have a lot of terries and wraps to go over and then I have two partners so shaped nappies with wraps over. I have little lambs, diddy diapers and Totsbots bamboozle old style for the shaped nappies. I have a couple of pocket wraps some can stuff them with terries or Muslins or just use them as wraps. I also have a couple of all in ones miosolos as they were cheap in Aldi a while back.

Potato can you threaten them with anything? Not paying them or something?

Feefs Miley, that's so lovely. I'm definitely more clingy but at the same time I want to kill him a lot more.

Newmrs22 · 20/07/2016 13:29

Haha I'm the same as Bunch. I feel a bit sorry for DH actually. I was a right cow yesterday because I was too hot.

I have my 36 week midwife appointment in a bit, then have to make a cheese cake and tidy up the house as we have guests later. I just want to lie down.

Pyxie · 20/07/2016 13:58

Thanks Bunch, that sounds like a great selection! Not sure why I was thinking I needed to have all the exact same type.

I think we're decided on a boys name - Logan Henry but we're finding girls names a lot harder. I really like Lily and Daisy, but I'm not sure if Daisy is a name that she might not like when she's older. And with Lily I don't think I could use my mum's name as a middle name 'cause that would be Lily Alison which makes me think of Lily Allen! I'm sure I could get over that though. Naming a person seems like such a responsibility!

mayago · 20/07/2016 14:05

Bunch I second being more clingy and wanting to kill OH more! Wink I'm loving your nappy stash. I remember going to the baby show in Manchester a year or two ago with a friend, and seeing a lot of nappy offers there, so I'm holding out until that happens again, which I think is November?

Potato does your solicitor realise that you're pretty pregnant and looking to move like, soon? I've only bought once, and the solicitor I used was local and really quite lovely. The sellers were a bit all over the place though, and we ended up living with my ex's family for a couple of weeks, ugh.

Lots of lovely names floating about here! Estelle is lovely Stardrey. I don't think there's anything in your lists I dislike. Alex/Alexa is a good choice too Soda! Tamsin is really lovely and unusual Irregular! I always anticipated going to the hospital with a shortlist of names, and choosing which fits once we first see the baby. But with my luck I won't like anything on the shortlist at that point and I'll be back to square one.

I have no idea how hot my bedroom is, but it's up two floors and you can feel the heat increasing as you go up the stairs! I'm not sleeping any worse than normal; just without the duvet. I quite enjoy the hot weather!

I've decided on a grey and aqua nursery. My Pinterest board is flooded, and hopefully this will take the edge off the need to buy for a good while yet.

Feefeefs · 20/07/2016 14:10

Thanks potatoes.

Glad it's not just me irregular! Bet he's loving it. Tamsin is a lovely name

I like all your names Audrey so no help on the descion making here!!

Okay gross TMI warning here! **

Has anyone else had diarrhoea rather than constipation? I have been extra "regular" since becoming pregnant but past two weeks it's been 2-4 times per day and often very loose. I've got a GP appointment tomorrow and they've booked me a double length one as I need the vaccination and wanted to ask about piles but will ask re bowels too. Very uncomfortable today with it. Not really eaten anything adventurous and normal amount of fibre for me. I do have IBS but this is definitely worse than normal

Co5mo · 20/07/2016 14:17

Pyxie check out what your council offer for cloth nappies. Ours offer a months free trial with different types being supplied so you can test them out. I've not been in contact with them but I'm guessing it works a bit like a sling library.

Pinklily1 · 20/07/2016 14:43

Some lovely name options!

Feefs, I've had that more recently. Maybe going twice a day but it's a lot softer than usual (sorry TMI) Blush. I just figured it was because I'm getting bigger and everything is squashed!

Bunch, the nappies look brilliant, loving the colours.

May, love the sound of an aqua and grey nursery! We are in the middle of wedding planning and I'm a bit obsessed with Pinterest!

Had my 34 week midwife appointment this morning. Baby is head down which is good. Not engaged at all though. Also I've been told that because of my platelet issue I'll probably be classed as intermediate or high risk, definitely not low risk. Not sure why it's taken them until now to mention that Hmm Midwife thinks I should still be fine for a water birth but I have to go and see the consultant at my new hospital (I've changed) to discuss.

PotatosMum · 20/07/2016 15:42

Miley you lucky thing getting thunder. I want some!

Bunch I'm with you regarding OH I both adore him and want to kill him at the moment. Lufs him too much to kill him though so I think he's safe.

New hope the midwife appointment goes well. Let us know how you get on with cheesecake. Last time I attempted one I stuffed it right up!

Pyxie love the name Logan, how about Poppy for a girl. It was on my short list but OH wasn't keen.

May I may have told my solicitor I'm heavily pregnant one or two hundred times Wink they don't appear to give a shit Hmm

Feef my poop habits seem to swing between no poop and too much poop. I don't think either is considered abnormal but it wouldn't hurt to ask Smile

Pink good news that baby is getting into position but I imagine it's quite frustrating to hear that you're moderate to high risk at this stage. Hopefully it will be fine.

So, it's a win for pester power. It looks like we're now ready to exchange on our purchase and we're just waiting to hear if all is well on my sale. Exciting!!!
I managed to pack a grand total of two boxes today before I nearly expired from the heat, I may need OH to help a bit. Confused

BunchOfBobs · 20/07/2016 16:08

Pyxie I massively second what Co5mo says. I've got £100 cash back from my council.

May colour scheme sounds lovely. I only wish I were enjoying the hot weather. I didn't think it was possible but my feet are worse than yesterday. It has just clouded over though and there's a breeze so here comes the storms I'm hoping!!

Potato I have the in laws here at the moment (1 week in and 1 more to go) and it's really quite awkward being so anti their son m. I feel guilty but I do keep saying it's my hormones. I'm all lovely to him when in bed. Great news on movement with the sales. Pester power all the way!!

leoniethelioness · 20/07/2016 18:28

Love Tamsin too, Irregular.

Logan and Henry are also great. Really tempted by Henry! Sticking with Theodore/Theo/Theodorable/Theo-saurus though. The others that were on our shortlist - Elliott (couldn't decide how to spell it), Robin, Gabriel and Rupert. DS2 likely to be Rupert as DH loves it so much (bit "posh" for me).

leoniethelioness · 20/07/2016 18:30

If you are short or have short legs and a massive bump, where did you buy your over the bump trousers? I have some T-shirts I want to wear to work but I need some smart black trousers to wear with them. My short length ones from Mothercare arrived today but weren't over the bump and the waistband kept folding down so they're going back tomorrow.

PotatosMum · 20/07/2016 18:46

Leonie I'm 5'2 and ended up getting smart black jeans from NEXT instead of trousers.

Bunch hope you manage to survive the next week with the in laws. I'm sure they understand that you're not yourself right now.

Mileymoocow · 20/07/2016 19:22

pyxie lily is our 2nd name I'd we have a girl and she doesn't look like an Emilia! I love it too! I think daisy is a sweet name too. My friends little boy is called Logan and I've always thought it's gorgeous!

may grey and aqua sounds amazing! Please show us when you're done Smile

4D scan was worth it 10x over! We are now head down after me whinging on that baby had been breech since 12 weeks!!!! Here's some pics we got

AudreyBradshaw · 20/07/2016 19:28

miley those are amazing! I'm awestruck!

BunchOfBobs · 20/07/2016 19:33

Miley they are amazing. Are you pleased?! The detail of the mouth is incredible.

Laurenrl · 20/07/2016 19:36

Cute pictures miley! so clear! Do you think you're having a boy or girl? I want to guess :)

Danni89 · 20/07/2016 19:44

Aww miley that's one cute baby!

Lovely name suggestions everyone! I really love Roman

Good news about the exchange movement potato

And good news about your OHs job pink

Pyxie · 20/07/2016 19:46

Thanks Bunch and Co5mo I'll check out the councils website.

Potato I love Poppy, unfortunately we've already used it on one of our current rats! Although she mostly gets called Poppadom - I'm not really sure why!

Fantastic pictures Miley! I wasn't sure whether to bother with a 4D scan but looking at those pics I might have to reconsider!

Laurenrl · 20/07/2016 20:14

Our house is up for rent at the moment and it is the most frustrating thing ever, we are having to keep everything spotless and I keep surrendering up my cool spot on the spare bed to get dressed ready for viewings and weve had 3 people just not show up and 3 people show up who have then said they are students or unemployed when it says on our adverts that we cannot consider that, and we checked on email and they said they were! (nothing personal but our mortgage prevents us) anyone renting out that can give us tips for time wasters? I'm usually tolerant but being heavily pregnant in a heatwave makes me want to scream when they say something stupid like 'we can't afford what you're asking can you knock off 300' when they step through the door!

PotatosMum · 20/07/2016 20:55

Miley those pics are amazing!!

Pyxie yeh, you probably don't want to name your child after one of your rats. I never had a Poppy rat, I did have a Popcorn and a Poppet though Smile

Lauren that sounds really frustrating. I guess all you can do is confirm via email that you won't negotiate price and you won't consider unemployed or students. Do you have a letting agent? If not, might it be worth getting one?

Evening all!

Finally caught up...I'm really struggling these last few days to do anything! We are still waiting for storms here. The nights have been horrible and yes to cankles!

Bunch glad your dad's doing well. Hopefully baby will wait a little longer until he's back!

Potato hope the stepkids don't drive you too bonkers!

Miley lovely pictures Smile what a cutie! Is baby yawning there?

Stardrey loving the names list. Ezra is lovely Smile

Lauren boo to timewasters! Hopefully the next lot of people will be the right tenants.

Mileymoocow · 20/07/2016 21:07

Thanks ladies! I'm so chuffed you lot advised me to go for it. We got a usb with 45 images and a video on as well! Those photos aren't even the best - the pictures on the USB are absolutely amazing. I cried in the car on the way home and OH is still grinning ear to ear. Baby seems to have my fat bottom lip Grin

lauren that sounds awful! I hope you gave them your best preggo rage Angry I think boy but I really have nothing to base it on other than I think it looks more like a boy!
