We haven't DTD recently either, actually. I think it's partly because I'm going to bed so early (whereas DH is a night owl), plus he's been working a lot at the moment.

Actually, I haven't even thought about sex ages.... where's this increased libido they talk about?!?

Been reading with interest. Congrats on the house potato! Bunch - so close! Pink - hear on the no sleep, I'm only just holding it together at work.

1 week till mat leave. Not huge amount going on here but I have lost some bits of my (tmi warning) mucus plug. Has anyone else?

Hi Shelb! How are you? Yeah for only one more week at work! Ive got 7 working days left, not that I'm counting

I've not lost any of my mucus plug yet I don't think. Silly question but is it obvious that that is what it is?

Lisa, I'm not that interested either to be honest, I could take it or leave it. It's been a month since we last DTD and in that time I've got a lot bigger and therefore feel more uncomfortable and not massively attractive. I think the increased libido is a myth, much like the fabled 'pregnancy glow'

Mine was like two globs of clear / pearly, very sticky glue. It's coming out in bits it seems. Told the midwife - she wasn't at all arsed!!!

Wow a month since DTD - it's been about 4 for us, he's just not having any of it!

My OH was fine with DTD but now I'm bigger and there is no mistaking baby wriggles, thumps and baby is engaged. I think it will freak him out

Off to buy some maternity mats for under the sheets tomorrow. So glamorous!

Hi all! Just a little side note - curry does work! My cousin had her little girl this morning after going into labour 5 hours after having a curry! Little Estie Rose has finally arrived ❤

Hope everyone is ok, will try to catch up properly. Been to a hen do all day and am just home now just as everyone else is getting drunk. Had good fun making cocktails and had lovely afternoon tea but definitely left at the right time!

For those asking, the dress is a fitted number. I had a D cup boob and a 26 inch waist when I got measured for it so I have no idea what they plan on doing

We have been DTD but to be honest I wouldn't be at all fussed if we didn't. It takes a lot of foreplay to get me in the mood, I just feel so horrendously whale like and bloated. Add to that constipation and throbbing vag and there's just nothing about me that I'd find remotely sexy! God knows how OH maintains one!

With people on not feeling sexy. We've been trying to keep up with DTD (last time last weekend and reckon we'll go again this weekend) but I could take it or leave it. Am very conscious of baby and can't imagine that DH finds me attractive.

soda not until Thursday! The wedding is Saturday and there is no plan B! I feel I may be relieved of my bridesmaid duties which I'm totally ok with! and will have to have a mad dash around the metro centre on Thursday evening. The seamstress just keeps saying "well put panels in, it'll be fine!" Which makes me 100% certain she has never seen a 31 week pregnant woman before. Fucking panels?!

Wow! If I were you miley I'd get a plan B dress ordered off the internet - you could always send it back if the miracle panels work out! It will save the stress.

soda that was my thinking! They've already let SIL (to be) down by not having the flower girls dresses ready and in stock in time so we had to find an alternative for them this week! I'm not convinced it's going to go well. All 3 bridesmaids are being measured on Thursday as well. They have 24 hours to get then all done and I'm in massive panic mode

Can we see a pic of you in the original bridesmaid dress miley?! I'm sure there's a few of us who could do with a giggle (sorry!)

I'm in front of the footy in my pjs with a becks blue in hand and a dominoes pizza on its way. Great way to spend a Friday! Just got to good for a good result now!

So we're in!!! Completion went without a hitch, removal company turned up when they should and although the house needs a lot of decorating it's just about all decorative and we absolutely love it here!!!!

Laying in bed at the moment with the window wide open, it's lovely and quiet (unlike our town centre flat) and the sun is going down at the end of our lovely garden leaving dancing leaf patterns all over our bedroom wall. So happy, if very tired and achey.

Tomorrow we've got lots of boxes to empty, curtains to put up (we don't have any! ) and lots and lots of cleaning. But it's all good because we're in and now Potato can turn up whenever she pleases

Miley I imagine the seamstress is planning to insert godets can't spell that into the side seams and possibly front seams if the dress has them. It might work but I can't imagine it will look terribly flattering and she hasn't left herself long to do the work.

Oh Miley I hope something gets sorted in time for Saturday but I second the rapid plan B purchasing.

soda I'll happily post a picture but there will be split seams and cellulite laden are cheek everywhere! potato I though that, too. I'm not sure how a fitted floor length dress could possibly accommodate an enormous belly. I'll see if I can find a photo of the dress I'm going to be shoe-horned into. Bring out the baby oil! So glad you're in, it sounds like heaven

feef I've heard it ripens you cervix. I was told to be careful how much I ate as I was massively craving tropical fruit at one point and was eating so much!

Ok, the dress is kind of this bit not shiney and a different colour. And the other photo is currently my belly 😂

Miley actually that should be ok as long as it's not too small in the boobs and the hem is quite long. It's pretty much an empire line so if she splits those two front seams to just below the boob line she'll be able to insert two triangles of fabric which will shape it to your belly. It's just about the best cut it could have been for doing that and should still be quite flattering if she does it well

Have googled now and apparently you would need to eat seven whole pineapples so I think I'm safe!!

Miley I'm with you on the insomnia, I've been up since 4, not helped by the dog stinking the house out and constantly needing to outside for a shit. I've now given up sleeping and have finally picked up my phone.

Miley, bunch I've been up since 4ish too. DH has a habit of breathing really heavily and doing the odd bit of snoring. Tried to sleep in the spare room but it's not happening.

Miley you look great. I think our bumps are quite similar in shape tbh, my friend said to me ' you just look really bloated'..don't really know how to take that one! Lol.

My sciatica is really playing up again, yesterday I had a little cry because of the pain. It frustrates me so much not to be able to do normal stuff easily, like walking up the stairs or putting my pants on. Anyway hopefully if I rest this weekend it'll calm down.
I've been having some 'shit, what am I doing? Am I ready to be a mum? What if I never sleep again? Etc' thoughts this morning, im probably over thinking because I couldn't get back to sleep. I am starting to get a bit scared now though, I don't know if I'm ready to have responsibility of an actual baby! It's so scary to think there will be an actual baby in my house in 10 weeks, I'm terrible with babies and never been around them in my life!
