pinsey - so sorry to hear this. as gnat says, you're in the very best possible place. thinking of you and keep us posted.

gnat - can't help with your choice much i'm afraid though i see the bee everywhere and heard it's lovely and lightweight. all i will say is that a travel system was bloody brilliant for us. to fit the car seat on the buggy chassis when popping to the supermarket in the car/going to a friend's place when he was asleep and not wanting to wake him...just invaluable for the first 9 months - a year IF you use a car semi-regularly.

ted is now in a Graco Milestone 'big boy' car seat which should see him through to 12 years old (!) and we leave it in the car. it's not nearly so convenient..to unstrap/strap him from one contraption to the other...so i would enjoy the convenience of a travel system for as long as you can!

Thankyou all for your kind words, unfortunately I had heavy bleeding this afternoon and my waters were broken because of this. Scan confirmed my little girl is no longer with us, just waiting for induction now.
