I don't think there is a thread for the July moms yet!
I'm due on July 2nd, just 4.5wks at the mo, but feel like I've known for ages as got a positive 5 days early on an early response! No real symptoms so far just a bit of cramping and some instant extra weightHalloween Biscuit.
This is dc3 for us. Haven't made any appointments yet. Looking forward to the next 8 months!

Oh beautician you've given me a flashback to my first pregnancy when I was also swigging gaviscon from the bottle Blush The thought of it is making me feel sick now, much like everything else at the moment!

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 13/11/2015 21:38

Oops sorry ham I have to say I can only stomach the aniseed one not the mint. Did you feel sick in your last pregnancy/pregnancies? Hopefully you will feel better soon.

Anyone else sometimes get their crampy feelings on one side. I seem to be getting a lot on the left.

RoTo72 · 13/11/2015 21:47

I get cramps all over but mostly on right

Hamsolo · 13/11/2015 21:56

Snap on the aniseed. I used to buy the big bottles and always had one in my bag. Ha. I'd forgotten it all!

I was sick til 16 weeks first time round, so I'm expecting this to be the same (assuming all goes well). It's started earlier this time though. Joy, joy!

Bluebell20 · 13/11/2015 22:56

Oh my goodness you guys, I don't log on for two days and check out the number of posts!!!

Well all I have to report is that my brief moment of breathing through an unimpeded nose wasn't the death knell of my cold after all - snot is back with a vengeance, and cough is still hacking away - think I'm into my fifth week of it now.

I've been pretty chipper about it until this point, but today I am just so pissed off. I'm tired and snotty and coughy and I am bloody well going back to the GP on Monday. If I can get an appointment!!!

Vikkijayne2507 · 13/11/2015 23:45

Felt really nauseous at the supermarket and ate a whole tub of pistashios they were so good and stopped feeling icky stright away, gone off tea and chocolate which is crazy for me

redstrawberries101 · 14/11/2015 01:08

Just been to cinema with hubby and went for a filling chicken wrap after.. Hope I manage to sleep now Blush

RoTo72 · 14/11/2015 01:14

Me too. But mostly cos I slept since I came home from dinner. This tiredness is making me feel like a zombie

Gx91 · 14/11/2015 06:55

Morning ladies , I know it's early for the wkend ! Been up since 6 with DD , I woke her up bursting for the toilet ! ( after having more dreams about POAS ! ) surprised I never pissed the bed tbh Hmm lol X
glad the ladies that were out last night enjoyed themselves X
I had insomnia last night and don't know how long I slept for feeling a bit low this morning xxx

redstrawberries101 · 14/11/2015 07:13

Morning!

I need to make sure I nap during the day otherwise this lack of sleep will take its toll. I went to sleep at 1am-3am and then 3.30am-7am. At least I slept at all, previous night I hardly slept!

Do you feel you can't concentrate on anything else?? I had baby brain at work this week...We are going to tell the MiL today, prob around 1pm. Looking forward to getting that over with. Other than that I am just going to take it easy and catch up on some light housework.

Gx91 · 14/11/2015 07:36

Hey melvali , yeh I have gotn very forgetful , will only get worse !
Good luck with breaking the news to MIL today I'm sure it will be fine they always love it when they hear they are getting grandkids !
Think we are waiting this time round to tell our news ( my mum knows already bcoz I told her we wer TTC lol)
I'm on 15 dpo and POAS this morning , should I worry if the line doesn't look darker than yesterday's ?Sad Got myself all worried ( probs down to a crappy sleep ) I would like piece of mind with a dark line on a test so I know HCG levels are doing what they are supposed to ! Xxx

redstrawberries101 · 14/11/2015 07:40

I wouldn't worry! Our bodies are going through amazing changes at the moment and I don't know about you but my symptoms come in waves too. Let it's do its magic and get rid of the POAS now! My mum always says 'think good and good will happen'

Loki17 · 14/11/2015 07:41

Morning! I'm sat in a hotel bathroom suffering from an inability to sleep due to not being in my own bed. The ball that we went to was a set menu and the food was awful. As a veggie, I didn't know what I was getting until it came. I'm fact, after Trying to eat it I still don't know what it was! It didn't help that it was a charity event to support baby loss. During the speeches they listed the statistics and played Eric Clapton ' s 'tears in heaven' and I thought I was going to lose it. It is an amazing charity but not really helpful when you are pregnant and terrified. No one spotted I wasn't drinking though so that is a bonus. Can't wait to get home to my dd. ( and my cats - Ellie , I am a crazy cat lady too!)

Loki17 · 14/11/2015 07:42

I meant not really helpful to go to a ball fundraising for the charity when pregnant. Not that the charity isn't helpful^

Gx91 · 14/11/2015 07:44

Yeh your right , I'm a worrier at the best of times thought I'd b more laid bk second time round ! X
I'm sure it's all fine still very early days ! X
I keep getting dizzy spells , and boobs still hurt so they are good signs I suppose . quite glad the tiredness hasn't kicked in yet , I know I'm going to feel guilty towards my nearly 2 DD when I have little or no energy ! Xxx

IComeUndone · 14/11/2015 07:47

Morning Smile

Need a bit of hand holding over the next few days it's that's ok.

Saw my gp yesterday as I'm havin one sided hip and I'm at risk of ectopic due to PID when I was younger. Gp sent me to see the gynae doc up at the hosp where I had various tests.
Internal showed a closed cervix and no bleeding and the hospitals pregnancy test was positive but the scan has come back inconclusive, nothing could be seen and I have to go back tomorrow for repeat blood as hcg was low.
Keeping my fingers crossed it's because I'm so early- 4+3 today. I knew it was unlikely that the scan would show much but I'm extremely worried about the blood test as the doc didn't sound too optimistic Sad.
I'm still having bfp and I think the line on the ic this am is darker thank yesterday's. Still having all the usual cramps and symptoms that I've had with previous pregnancies too. Trying to remain positive but keep randomly crying Sad.
Sorry to put a bit of a downer on this thread but only me, dp and you guys know I'm pregnant. Hope it's ok if I lean on you guys a bit for the next few days x

Gx91 · 14/11/2015 07:58

Icomeundone- don't feel bad about writing anything on here that's what we are all here for !
I would say the fact that your not in agony and bleeding is a really good sign ! It would be very hard to pic up the little bundle of cells on a scan because it's not even the size of a seseme seed yet X
It's normal to feel worried by these things please try not to worry X
U did the right thing by going to check done , I'm sure you will be fine , we are all here for you and sending positivity your way X
Hope ur ok , also if your previous pregnancies were fine then what's to say this one won't b , your body seems to b working perfectly xxx

Loki17 · 14/11/2015 08:00

IComeUndone so sorry you are going through this. Hope everything is okay, try to stay positive. A few pages back I described how a similar thing had happened to me when pregnant with dd and it was trapped wind. FX for you xxx

IComeUndone · 14/11/2015 08:08

Thankyou Gx91 Smile

I'm really trying to remain positive, especially for dp with it being his first. I think in previous pregnancies I really struggled with trusting my body to do as it should. I think a lot of that is due to my stupidity when I was younger which caused my PID. That added to my anxiety issues means I've never really had a calm first trimester. I was going to say worry free but I know we are all going to be worrying as we have no control over what's going on in there.
Do you have any nice plans over the weekend? I need to go cancel my tattoo cover up today and off to dm's tomorrow for a Sunday dinner which hopefully should help me relax a bit Smile xx

IComeUndone · 14/11/2015 08:13

Hi Loki,
The sonographer yesterday did say there was a lot of bowel gas Blush so he couldn't get a clear pic and he ended up doing an internal scan.
I know they are being extra cautious due to the risk of ectopic. I wish I had asked what my hcg levels were so I could compare to other people at the same amount of weeks. I might ask when I go back tomorrow.
I must have missed your post, I'll go back and have a read now Smile xx

Loki17 · 14/11/2015 08:21

I was 6 weeks along, nearly 7 I think. They couldn't see anything on an external scan and only just on an internal scan.Your little one is just too small atm but, fingers crossed, it should be ok because the other signs are good. Take care of your self and hope you get better reassurance tomorrow Flowers

Loki17 · 14/11/2015 08:23

I'm high risk for ectopic too - one of my ovaries is clubbed and the tube a bit mangled. My other ovary seems to do all of the work thought so I'm hopeful that my hood ovary is the one I ovulate from!

RoTo72 · 14/11/2015 08:24

Hi icomeundone, I had a tv scan on Monday, 6w0d. Saw 2 yolk.sacs one feptus. No hp. Iv to go back on 23rd for follow up. They did mention preg might not be developing but said hopefully that it was just too early to see hb. I was deveatated. But I do still feel preg, nausea like u wouldn't believe, sleeping the clock round sore bbs etc. (towards the end of last week I felt symptoms were fading away a bit, came back Tuesday evening). Try and stay positive, anno a hard task. Its the only thing keeping me going.
