Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 32nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 50th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

la have the "contractions" continued?

Hope you're ok bat. Has baby bat's movements increased.

LaLaLaaaa · 14/07/2015 16:36

No :(

Fleurchamp · 14/07/2015 16:38

Hmmm, yes I think it is just thick cm. Pleasant.

jelly I have family in that part of the world, although commuting from there will definitely be costly.

Sorry, loads more to catch up on. I am going out for another walk - anything to try to shift this baby!!

WilHarlot · 14/07/2015 17:02

Oh Fleur and la are you both totally fed up? Are we past due dates yet? Try to enjoy the calm before the storm if you can although I know it's a bit rotten.

Purpleball · 14/07/2015 17:03

Childcare vouchers are a deduction from pay that you use to pay for childcare. The advantage is that you don't pay tax or NI on the money. You can have up to £243 a month each if you're standard rate taxpayers, less if you're higher rate.
So assuming £243 a month, you'd save
£48.60 in tax (243x20%) and £29.16 in NI (243x12%)
Making you £77.76 better off a month
Your employer would save their NI contribution £33.53 (243x13.8%)
So if your employer doesn't offer them, have a word, they are cost neutral and save money if enough people join. It's not loads but enough to make a difference

Purpleball · 14/07/2015 17:04

Molly I don't know which way it goes but mine sounds like a horse and he's definitely a he!
I was convinced he was a she til I saw the tackle Grin

Purpleball · 14/07/2015 17:05

Ooh Ga I missed your house news. Glad it's finally coming together. When are you likely to move?

oneyorkshirepud · 14/07/2015 17:08

Flippin eck you lot have been chatty today!

V impressed with the fanny stretching definitely making me consider shelling out for an epi-no.

Tea, just put the blue cheese on top of the burger and grill it!!

Another v burnt out teacher here too. I have also been running a big ass department this year on top of my regular responsibility that was an accident and I am done. I will go back long enough to keep my mat pay and will then look for something else in education.

Duck was on offer at Morrisons so we are having royal red thai curry for tea (dribbles)

RPopz · 14/07/2015 17:16

I reeeeally want a kfc now. Damn you all. Our local one is a bit hit and miss though.

Not everyone loses the plug before labour Dulce I never saw mine.

What were the contractions like La? Make sure you get some rest, could be a while yet....

Oof Zyla shame on you using Clear blue! Don't you know the JSers are sponsored by FRER Grin

I've been thinking about age gaps too.... My best friend went back to work after mat leave already pregnant!! Shock

RPopz · 14/07/2015 17:19

Shock at 8cm indigo You're well on your way to a sneezebirth Grin Grin

Ooh new house ga? I wondered what the solicitor talk was for.

Toast85 · 14/07/2015 17:26

I hope to go back 3-4 days a week but I don't think I'll get the chance- more likely to be allowed 0.5 wte or full time as I am now. I like the thought of trying to live on half my usual income plus dh's income though and seeing how we get on probably fail dismally but if it works then I could drop my hours down to half time when I go back. I would love to not go back full time though as it feels like so much time away from me and DH when she'll still be so little.

Epi(c)-stretch indigo! Silly question but is there a risk it will just get all baggy if you stretch it? I guess that's a risk of childbirth anyway!

Glad you had a good scan purple.

I'm about to go to the shop for something for dinner... All I can think about is takeaway now! Hopefully something will inspire me.

I've realised in the last week I keep misjudging my girth and realising I don't fit into spaces I would usually fit when I'm doing things at work, finding it quite funny Grin

Ooh fleur, are you going to pip dulcet and la to the post?

Toast85 · 14/07/2015 17:29

Oops no I missed la's contractions.. Maybe it'll be la!

I thought hard blue cheese like Stilton was fine anyway? No need to cook it. Just not soft blue cheese. Not that I've been eating it- I've sort of gone off mould anyway I think.

DulcetMoans · 14/07/2015 17:30

Yeah, what purple'said la. There is a new scheme starting which was due to start in Nov but has been postponed. Worth keeping an eye on though, mainly allows you to have marginally cheaper childcare - better in your pocket than government though.

I thought horse was girl and train was boy? Actually I am not sure now! I think quicker is meant to be a girl - over 150 I think. No idea if it's science though!

I imagine lots of sweet treats at a brownie party honey, don't get yourself all hyped up on sugar and then not be able to sleep! Wink

Are you bump bumping toast? Haha. Yeah, I don't fit in gaps anymore and totally misjudge. Someone parked too close to the car the other day, I would never have got in! Luckily DH drove instead.

gaggiagirl · 14/07/2015 17:32

We should have exchanged contracts yesterday but I hit a bump in a never ending transfer of equity. So I'm about 2 weeks behind now which isn't too bad. Everything crossed for keys in my hand by August so I can get a prooer roof put on it. I die inside a little every time it rains Grin
My brother works for KFC. I heartily enjoy the heavily discounted chicken as a result.
purple almost 5lb is impressive! At my stage my baby is apparently 2.5lbs.
molly horse is girl. Train is boy. My baby sounded like horse at 16 weeks and train at 20 and 26 weeks.

gaggiagirl · 14/07/2015 17:35

Prooer=proper

LaLaLaaaa · 14/07/2015 17:37

Train is boy and girl is horse! Mine was a horse at 15 weeks then became a train

Purpleball · 14/07/2015 17:40

I don't know, it sounded like a horse to me but I've no means of comparison Grin

SecondCupOfTea · 14/07/2015 17:43

Arse, bugger and sod it. You are all right, I could have stilton. However, having gone shopping once today to get nice rolls for the burgers, then gone again cos I forgot onion rings, then again cos I forgot to get a red onion (tricky making red onion burgers without one), I am not going out again even though the shops are nearby

Strange side effect of pregnancy...I'm going to make some scones. I've not made them for about 30ish years, and almost never make cakes/puds. Crikey, I'll be buying an icing bag next Hmm

jellypi3 · 14/07/2015 17:50

Haha nesting already tea. To be fair I've decided some major renovations to my home assuming we don't up and sell

My major issue with going back to work part time is travel. My season ticket it 2,400 a year. If I went down to 3 days a week it would still be better for me to get a season ticket as opposed to daily tickets. But obviously my pay would reduce by 40% so that makes it really high in comparison to wages. If we do move, travel goes up to 4,900 a year so even worse. I wish I worked local to where I live :(

LaLaLaaaa · 14/07/2015 18:01

God I love onion rings.

Viroids I'm struggling a bit. Getting a bit emotional because all my nct group due later than me have all had babies or are being induced tomorrow and my friend at exercise class due a week later than me has just put on Facebook that she's had baby. I know it's not important in the grand scheme but I'm just so desperate to meet my baby now that it's making me tearful.

It's pathetic I know especially as I know that my labour is long because I've been lucky to have no complications. Feel free to slap me

Toast85 · 14/07/2015 18:10

No la I can completely see I will feel the same as you when the time comes, of course you want to meet your baby now! Have a good cry, give your cats a cuddle, treat yourself to something tasty, and then remember that he can't stay in there for ever even if it feels like it at the moment.

Toast85 · 14/07/2015 18:11

Or if you prefer I'll get one of the steaks I bought for dinner out of the packet and slap you with it Wink!

LaLaLaaaa · 14/07/2015 18:25

I've given myself a shake!

ChatEnOeuf · 14/07/2015 18:25

Zyla come back to the undergrads, we're a bit thin on the ground what with all these newbies over here! Sorry it was a BFN, but it helps you know how you feel I guess.

Can you lot at the top of the list have some babies please? I need cheering up!

LaLaLaaaa · 14/07/2015 18:33

Someone needs to learn how to make a zing unicorn chat, that always inspired!
