Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 30th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 48th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: Stats

Sorry to hear of those not having great NHS scans. Our sonographer was lovely and made me feel v relaxed even though I was almost having a heart attack. We also had our own screen to look at so we could see the whole thing, she explained all the different things she could see etc too. So they are not all bad!!

teejayem · 09/06/2015 14:22

NFMK- got up for a shower about hour and a half ago and I had a bit of a trickle of blood tinged fluid, and now I'm just bleeding watery red stuff Hmm rang mat assessment and they want me to go in, so Mr Tee is on the way back and we're off to be poked about... Baby seems wiggly still, but def crampier. Just having a quick sandwich while I wait for him to get back.... Will keep you posted!

Wwww, go baby Tee! Hope you get to see him sooon! X

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 14:47

Oooh gx for babytee today Smile
Jelly sorry I thought your scan was today but Gx for Friday
Ga no pics as baby is now too big
Cym any news?

Babypurple is still uncooperative, another sonographer who thinks team blue but not that certain. We'll stick with Team Purple Smile

Baby is measuring bigger round the abdomen than the rest so diabetic consultant said I need to be stricter with my diet. My HBA1C have all been perfect so I thought I was doing well Sad especially as I've not gained any weight so I can't be overeating
No more pizza or white bread for me for the foreseeable future but I'll get over it.
Antenatal consultant is dithering about injections to prevent thrombosis Sad. She said I'm ok to fly to Belfast next week (kinda wish she hadn't). She's also put me down for ELCS or spontaneous labour if happens first so I'm happy they won't push for induction.

Also been to see the MW this afternoon, she's told me not to worry about baby's size, its better to be big than small. She also agreed with me about not having an induction. She mentioned expressing colostrum and freezing it from about 34 weeks as diabetic babies might need it more. The first midwife I saw also said something about it but I just thought she was bonkers Grin

Phew sorry for the epic me me me post!

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 14:48

La's baby not-a-shower?

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 14:50

Bat, hope the exam has gone ok

Gouda I'm working on being 25 weeks as I am today, not that I'm in the 26th week

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 15:07

The Harmony or nifty test also checks for Edwards and Patau which are also chromosome disorders and mean the baby won't live long. This was also a factor in getting the test. We probably wouldn't have TFMR for downs but would for those

Fattycow · 09/06/2015 15:09

Good luck, tee!

Jcandy · 09/06/2015 15:40

Good luck Tee!

Team purple it stays then Smile this baby obviously just doesn't want you knowing for certain!

Thanks cym guess I'm just gonna have to try some and see what I like Smile

Had a horrible headache earlier. Started off as flashy lights on the right side of my vision for 20 minutes and then my head started to hurt. Good job it's a day off today as all I could do was vomit and go to bed. Had to take paracetamol it hurt so much Sad Still hurting now but thankfully nowhere near as bad. There was so much stuff I wanted to do today as well

Fattycow · 09/06/2015 15:43

Sorry to hear about the horrible headache!

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 15:48

Ouch JC sounds like migraine. I find I get them if I'm dehydrated and drinking a pint of water sometimes gets rid. Hope you feel better soon

ZylaB · 09/06/2015 16:06

purple I was going to express and freeze colostrum, but a lot of places say not to do it before 36 weeks as it can start contractions, hence the nipple twiddling for people wanting to bring on labour, so be careful with that 34 week comment! I never got to do it though cos of the preeclampsia and induction at 36 weeks.

RhiannonElward · 09/06/2015 16:11

I can't believe I've been reading this but been unable to post because I had a messenger shortcut hiding the option. Silly old me.

Yay for Tee maybe that eviction notice has done the trick after all. Waiting for news with popcorn :)

purple congratulations on your modest little one. Don't be disheartened by the size, you've done really well under difficult circumstances. Watching what you eat while pregnant must be incredibly hard.

Bugger I've forgotten everything else I wanted to mention. Sorry if I left out anything important.

Purpleball · 09/06/2015 16:25

Zyla I think she did say 36 weeks, my mistake. Too much to take in today.

Thanks Rhi, I'm struggling a bit today with it all

jellypi3 · 09/06/2015 16:25

Oo good luck tee!!! LoS invoked!

Hobbit19 · 09/06/2015 16:28

Ooh gx this is it Tee!

Fattycow · 09/06/2015 16:31

I've had about 45 minutes of period style cramps today. Think my body is slowly preparing for labour!

LaLaLaaaa · 09/06/2015 16:41

Ooooooh tee! Sounds like your waters have gone!

Good luck lovely x

Fleurchamp · 09/06/2015 17:02

Eeeek tee GX for you!

PixieChops · 09/06/2015 17:05

Good luck Tee!
Nvm Purple at least it'll be a nice surprise when he/ she gets here Smile

La don't worry I didn't take it the wrong way about dildo cams, just explaining why I'm such a wuss with them Grin

Finally got my c section date- it's the 17th June so a week tomorrow!! Could someone update the stats sheet for me please as I can't do it seeing as DD has stood on my laptop and cracked my bloody screen! Confused
Had to do a lot of pregnant lady crying at the consultant to get that date, they've fucked up again and were trying to give me a date of the 23rd June which is the day before my due date! Like what the actual fuck?! So if I ended up going into labour on that day I end up with an EMCS... No thanks, I wanted a calm birth experience as my last one was bloody awful. Anyway I'm fourth on the list on the 17th so as long as there aren't any emergencies I should be fine. Otherwise they can actually postpone it to another day!

batfish · 09/06/2015 17:08

Ooh exciting news tee, eagerly awaiting updates!!

purple sorry to hear you're feeling a bit fed up, sounds like you're doing a whole lot better than me with your diet, I've just had 3rd takeaway since Fri Shock Am sure you're growing a lovely healthy baby.

Well my exam was an utter disaster. I'm not even being dramatic, it literally could not have been worse. I have 100% failed, absolutely no question. Just so pissed off as I have been studying on evenings and weekends for weeks after evening classes since Feb and hated every second of it and all for nothing. And what's worse is that I focused too much on today's exam so now I think tomorrow will probably be terrible too Sad Won't be possible to do resits in December either as will be busy looking after a little person!

pretzelpieces · 09/06/2015 17:21

Ooh tee! Sending luck your way! Puuuuuush Wink

Toast85 · 09/06/2015 17:21

Quick catch up.
Bat, sorry to hear that you don't feel exam went well. If results are bad then at least you have plenty of other things to do to take your mind off it, and you won't be thinking about resits at all in December, just enjoying new baby and pre Christmas fun. Does it affect your job at all?

Tee- eeeeeek! Waiting with baited breath.

Quick poll advice needed- going for amazing Chinese tonight and there will be prawns. Yay or nay to eating my pink friends from the sea?

Hobbit19 · 09/06/2015 17:22

Oh crap bat, small glass of Wine for you?

Pixie, Eep that is so exciting! Well done for making sure you get what you need.

pretzelpieces · 09/06/2015 17:23

I've been eating prawns Confused are we not meant to? Blush
