Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 30th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 48th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: Stats

Got another scan on Wednesday and will see what they say then - hoping that there will have been a growth spurt in the last 2 weeks :)
I think it was just that it was small on the scan and then again on the bump measurement a few days later, but telling myself that these things can change very quickly.
dh is taking the view that if it stays small, we can start making plans for it to be a champion jockey and it can keep us in our old ageGrin

Fleurchamp · 19/06/2015 11:25

I am looking forward to having some time off bit it's strange as I have no idea what to expect when the baby arrives.

The plan has always been for me to go back after a year part time but DH has started to make noises that he would prefer me to stay at home Confused we shall see. I think being at home permanently would drive me stir crazy.

honeysucklejasmine · 19/06/2015 11:33

So, straw poll... Should I bother seeing my GP? Round here you can self refer from 5 weeks (next Tues) and the midwives will contact you. I already have my blood test booked for next weds (stupid long waiting lists) so maybe I'll pop and see them for the results... But are GPs actually helpful? Last time all they said was "congratulations" and filled in the midwifery referral.

jellypi3 · 19/06/2015 11:58

I didn't see a GP honey. Just met the midwife though, she was really nice. Got my pregnancy notes...scary times. I'm low risk (yay) although my bmi is borderline so she's recommended I have the GTT test.

What blood tests are you having done honey

honeysucklejasmine · 19/06/2015 12:06

Thanks for info Jelly. I am having the usual... Liver function, blood count, thyroxibe levels... There's one other.... Not sure what it is! It's the thyroxine I am interested in. Will prob book an appointment to discuss results. I don't know what the normal range is anymore!

jellypi3 · 19/06/2015 12:16

Ahh right. I got all my pregnancy test forms today with my notes! It's crazy how many bloods they will take.

Weirdly she automatically signed me up for the downs blood test...I thought you could choose that one

honeysucklejasmine · 19/06/2015 12:32

I guess you can opt out of it if you don't want it? I'm not sure what we will do about antenatal tests etc. Very tricky.

I am very excited about getting as far as a booking in appointment etc. Also please that I've lost a pound since Tuesday, so yay! If I actually try (and don't eat a magnum or a whole pot of hummus) I might manage to lose a bit. I know it's not usually recommended, but I think I'm one who needs too! If I was a skinny mini, rheb I wouldn't worry, but I'm not!

Fattycow · 19/06/2015 13:06

Ladies, this Fattycow is a lot less fat now, as she had her Minicow last Wednesday. Grin

Fleurchamp · 19/06/2015 13:07

jelly I think they put you down for it and then ask! Mad I know.

We had the harmony test and so I wasn't going to do the NHS one. Thought I would save them some money and me some blood Smile

However, on the day, she took the blood and then asked if I wanted the test!!! So I did it anyway out of curiosity.

Hobbit19 · 19/06/2015 13:32

Fatty, you did a baby?!? Yey!!! Hope you baby and your fanny are doing well!!

I am 14 weeks tomorrow, yey second trimester! Unfortunately I still feel horrendously tired. Had to have nap in the car between lessons and then went home early. When did you all start to get more energy/feel like a human again?

honeysucklejasmine · 19/06/2015 13:34

Fatty congratulations! That's a surprise!

Fleurchamp · 19/06/2015 13:34

OMG fatty I totally missed your news. Congrats!

Jcandy · 19/06/2015 13:37

Congratulations fatty!!!

pud I'm 14+5 now and definitely feeling more energetic. I'm still having to have a lie in but not needing an afternoon nap and can make it through to the evening so that's good. Though I'm not exactly doing a lot with my days since I'm off work......

mountaingirl01 · 19/06/2015 13:39
