I've started to bleed again this evening Sad going to bed and try not to think about it. Only a hour ago DH put his feet in my lap and then took them off as he said he didn't want to hurt the baby (not that I think he caused the bleeding) but just upsetting because we were in our happy little family bubble!

RattyCatty · 09/06/2015 21:28

Thinking of you Rufus, try to relax and get some sleep Flowers

purdiepie · 09/06/2015 21:28

Oh Rufus, I hope this is an innocuous little bleed that so many women have and go on to have healthy pregnancies. The worry is awful though Thanks

Marsaday · 09/06/2015 21:28

rufus fingers crossed it's just bean getting really cosy in there.
fox last pg I got so desperate for brie, camembert and blue cheese that i resorted to baking it in the oven and spreading on toast. It's fine cooked Grin

Raffertys · 09/06/2015 21:29

Oh rufus sorry to hear that. Bleeding in pregnancy sucks. Have you had a scan / EPU appointment? Try and take it easy. Flowers

Rufus200 · 09/06/2015 21:43

I'm currently in Kefalonia as I'm supposed to a bridesmaid on Friday. So I can't do anything! I've got a scan booked for Wednesday next week. The bride knows I'm pregnant and that I've been bleeding, if it continues I think I will pullout of the wedding, nobody wants a miserable bridesmaid there on their wedding day!

Raffertys · 09/06/2015 21:47

Oh god that is so hard. Do you have dh / dp with you? It's good your friend knows and I'm sure she totally understands.

Elliekins · 09/06/2015 21:58

Oh no Rufus, try not to worry too much now, (I realise that sounds ridiculous) but from my antenatal group of November '14 babies there were at least 5 that had bleeds early on and thought the worst and they were perfectly innocuous. It could very well be implantation/embedding blood.
Thinking of you. x

StockingFullOfCoal · 09/06/2015 22:34

I am so glad I had a massive Mr Whippy a fortnight ago on the coast. Grin

StockingFullOfCoal · 09/06/2015 22:36

I'm looking forward to seeing whats changed again. There's 3.5 and 2.5 years between my 3 current children and there will be just over 5 years between my current youngest and this baby, so I reckon even with a decade of mothering behind me that everything I know is wrong now Grin

Carltonlives · 09/06/2015 22:43

Hope you're ok rufus, try and rest as much as you can Flowers

Raaaaaah · 10/06/2015 01:29

Rufus you poor thing. I hope everything settled down and you get reassurance when you get back.

Thank you for the exercise advice. I had heard the 140bpm thing before when I was pregnant with DS and I remember trying to run and keep my heart beat bellow this. It was frustratingly hilarious. I am going to keep on pushing myself but be sensible about it.

Mr whippy is the thing I miss most in pregnancy. Oh how I love it.

Raffertys · 10/06/2015 06:24

How are you doing this morning, rufus?

LynnieLurker · 10/06/2015 06:51

Thinking of you Rufus.

WizardSong · 10/06/2015 06:57

Morning everyone.

I'm an emotional wreck just now. Last night I couldn't stop crying Sad. I burst onto tears because DP wouldn't go and buy me spiced onions while he sat drinking wine (jealous!) then I started crying again when I couldn't open my bottle of juice Hmm. I seem to be a hormonal mess.

I don't remember this last time! What does go through my mind and make me emotional is remembering my last pregnancy and how it was such a worrying time throughout and how hard I found mat leave as I had PND and was very lonely. My friends and family drifted away when I was pregnant last time, I think because most of our social occasions are focused around drink and as I couldn't any longer the invitations just slowly stopped until I'd had my baby and could go "back to the old me".

Feeling very low at the moment and hoping it's just the hormones!

WizardSong · 10/06/2015 07:02

Rufus I hope you're okay Thanks.

I had an early bleed with my first pregnancy and everything was fine. I remember how scary and worrying it was. And feeling totally helpless!

Thinking of you.

purdiepie · 10/06/2015 07:08

You can have Mr Whippy!

WizardSong · 10/06/2015 07:16

I'm normally on my app on phone so on my laptop just now so I could see the stats s/sheet. How do I add to it or does someone have to add me?

rallytog1 · 10/06/2015 07:21

Yes Rufus, hope you got some sleep and the bleeding has subsided.

Soft ice cream is fine according to the NHS website - I think any risk mainly comes from the machines not being cleaned properly, but I'd guess that's less of an issue these days.

Rufus200 · 10/06/2015 08:09

It stopped in the night, this is the 3rd time this has happened in a week now. Had gotten nearly 4 days without one so I thought it was ok. Thank you for all the lovely supportive messages. Had really cloudy urine when I got up in the night but clear on FMU so not sure what that is about?

monkerina · 10/06/2015 08:13

Hello ladies, can I join you? BFP on a FRER this morning at 10dpo, all rather exciting! This will hopefully be my first DC but I've had 2 MC before, a MMC discovered at the 12 week scan in Jan 2014 and a natural MC at about 5 1/2 weeks last cycle. So I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic and cross fingers very tightly...

Stats: Monkerina, 29, Berkshire- due date 20/2/16.

Brummie, I remember you from the Shit Place threads (have namechanged since)- you've been an inspiration to me to stay strong Smile

Lahottiereturns · 10/06/2015 08:26

Hello my pregnant friends....I have just been admitted to hospital for HG. Feel better just for being here...Wifi is good so I can hassle you all regularly.

I am on a countdown to my son's first birthday party and christening this weekend, so the medical staff have to work fast here!

NoMontagues · 10/06/2015 08:35

lottie you're a trooper. I hope you get much better very soon Flowers

I spent last night researching double buggies so I'm obviously coming to terms with the idea of this and that it might really be happening Shock

Raffertys · 10/06/2015 08:42

Hope you feel better soon hottie Flowers
