Oh wlrg what awful news I'm so sorry.

Hi all, can I join this group? I have only just found I am pregnant with baby number 2! I am only showing as 1-2 weeks on a clear blue digital so know it is v early days but still v. excited as we have been trying for a few months! The funny thing is as I have long irregular cycles I have been worried and had blood tests at the DR. I had a phone call yesterday saying the blood test I had on Tuesday showed ovulation had occured (had a negative blood test on the 12th) and I tested positive yesterday! Confirmed with a few different brands including digi today!

Hope people are feeling ok - I did not have any symptons at this stage with my first and do not have them now touch wood!

According to dates I am due 24th Jan but I have long cycles so I rekon it will be later (plus induced at 40+14 last child and have massive family history of babies going well overdue!)

Thanks all, hospital have just rang with blood results and hcg was barely detectable so something was wrong and wasn't progressing as it should have done for a while have to go back for more bloods in 2 weeks

Am just resting up and looking after myself, taken a few days off work to recover as I feel quite unwel at The moment, again thank you all for being so lovely

Good luck growing those precious little beans ladies and I look forward to seeing the birth announcements next year!

Week, I've been for my scan today at 6+0 and wee could clearly see a baby blob next to the yoke sac and when she scanned through it she found the flutter of a heartbeat. It was slow but she said that's likely because it has literally just started. I have it a quick count and my estimate would be 70bpm which I think is ok for my dates. She did say because it was slow I've to go back in again next week and check that it is forming properly but she also said you sometimes wouldn't even see it beat at 6+0 in some women.
In any case we've got further that we did on my mmc as baby never developed a hb on that occasion.

brickie that is good news, and how fab to see a heartbeat. Fingers crossed all goes well next week too. And definitely a milestone compared to last time, I am pleased for you.

I'm 25, this is DC2, already have a little girl who is 21 months, took ages to get pregnant with her so pretty much been trying since she's been born so really happy. Early days yet though! EDD 21/01/16

So is anybody else feeling horrendously bloating? Feel like I look 5 months pregnant already But only 7 weeks!

And my breasts are unbearable. Tried looking for mat bras today but they are all in huge sizes. I think the ones in mother care look best. Anybody found any nice ones elsewhere, that don't cover your entire boobs?
