Hello, thread. I really can't do the individual call out thing because I post on my phone and it's just impossible, but I have read every post. Huge good lucks to people being induced today, and people with twinges.

May today means 8 days till my DD which feels weird! Finally on mat leave from today and I think, because I went at about 36 weeks before, mentally I've been assuming the baby is still ages away, and it's not. Only getting period pains a bit in the evening right now so nothing imminent.

mum, like Tori said, we were sent to the hospital for 'prolonged jaundice', although in our case it was a mistake. But by this point it's a blood test to check for a liver condition rather than much concern about the jaundice itself.

So update on the husband shingles thing. He is definitely not allowed on the labour suite if he has spots in a place that can't be covered with clothing. So far they're just on his left shoulder. Plan B is getting mother in law from Hereford to Nottingham to be my birthing partner. Really really hoping it doesn't come to that. Can't imagine doing it without DH. So baby boy is going to stay put til due date (12th) and then all will be fine. You're listening aren't you little one?!!

Thanks all. Im not breastfeeding just formula feeding now, hasnt had any expressed milk since 4 days old. Midwife just said readmitted so just presumed she meant properly x

May at last! Feel like dancing, though if dd is more than 1 day late she will be a June baby. We shall see.

Finally got my section date today. Due to the weekend and bank holiday the choices were 4 day apart and I found it hard to decide which one to go for. As I've said that time is going too fast the whole way through I opted for the later date - 26th May. So hopefully I'll have a few extra quality days with DD. I'll be 39+4 so I really hope baby stays put till then.

Tori go and get it checked out, I have the pain but she is moving a fair bit. So definitely give them s call and go down

Saw cardiologist this morning who said I'm absolutely fine to use the birth centre from his point of view, so that's great. (I expect after all that fuss I'll decide halfway through that I want more pain relief than they can offer, but I really do want to give it a try at least!).

Treating myself to a haircut now, and have also been eating chocolate pop-tarts because frankly if 39 weeks pregnant isn't the time to do as you please then I don't know when is!

Heya everyone!! Lots of cute baby pictures in the Facebook group! So proud of everyone!!! Just bought a tens machine! It was £7 different between renting and buying so I thought what the hell! Kinda weird though as I will be using it so soon, I still feel like I am 'pretending' to be pregnant i know that sound weird but even saying I am pregnant sounds strange to me lol!

Hi guys it's been a while, Iris is such a good baby but she still has been keeping me busy. now it's May I imagine more babies will be appearing soon, can't wait for that! xx Good luck to everyone who is due soon! For those not on Facebook this is Juno! She was born at 1244 weighing 7lb 4. All good. I'm enjoying the drugs. Husband has gone home to deal with older child which is a bit scary!!
