Oh dear bazza sorry it was so painful xx

leanne I completely echo what Chook just said Grin

Ginger You have had a monumental journey, lovely. I keep telling myself "not long now" but it is hard and those moments of panic are horrid.
To all of us: WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Gingerbreadlady1 · 05/05/2015 21:56

Flowers kitty. Were all nearly there, cant wait!

Im only 38 weeks but so hoping i go early.

Gingerbreadlady1 · 05/05/2015 21:57

Oh tori that's really upsetting and stressful for u. I'll keep my fingers crossed for u everything will be absolutely fine. And we are always here for u to speak too. Is there anyone else u can talk to in RL?

Sorry *Tori, sending hugs

Scottishgal78 · 05/05/2015 22:46

Aw sorry to hear this Tori and sorry you had two different medical opinions! That doesn't help you decide what's best.

leanne963 · 05/05/2015 23:08

Aw tori big hugs to you! I am sure everything will be fine but it is still a scary time! Frustrating that you won't get the north you wanted, but I hope your little boy is here soon so you can meet him and check he is perfectly healthy! (Which I'm sure he will be) just think of when you can get him home and do everything you want to do with him with no doctors or midwives around xx

Chookford · 05/05/2015 23:10

tori sorry to hear you had some worrying news, but it sounds like they are putting a plan together for both you and your son... Am sure everything will be fine although I know that doesn't stop the worry

Bazza2 · 05/05/2015 23:16

Sorry to hear that tori, and so confusing to hear different things. These last few weeks are so worrying and we just want to get them here so we can see what's happening!

Leanne we can all ping elastic bands at his bollocks if you like. That'll learn him.

I'm scared about the section but I think I was more scared about labouring with a breech baby. And yes, it is good to have an actual date. It's my birthday on 1st June so all being well I can have a massive small glass of champagne!

applecore0317 · 06/05/2015 06:18

Sounds good Bazza

Ugh, such a shit nights sleep, thank god for Maternity leave! Woke up every hour...

Full term today though!!! YEY

BeanCalledPickle · 06/05/2015 06:36

I have been feeding this child virtually non stop since 130am. I am so exhausted. She has day and night totally mixed up. I had forgotten the horrors of the early days. Hideous.

Scottishgal78 · 06/05/2015 08:01

WineBazza Grin

Aw Bean we have all this to come. I had a surprise baby shower on Sunday and all my friends with kids took me to one side and said 'prepare not to sleep at the beginning-but don't lose hope it does get better!' Unnerved me a bit!

Snooky17 · 06/05/2015 08:33

Big hugs Tori I guess since you are a neonatal nurse you must be more freaked out since you know more about ickle babies with possible problems at birth, it will be fine I'm sure xx
Yay apple
Fanny daggers and indigestion how is that bloody fair ! You are either up or your down baby! Make ya bloody mind up

mumxof3x · 06/05/2015 08:44

Really sorry to hear that tori, glad there is a plan in place though, im sure your little one will be just perfect. X

bazza really sorry the ECV didn't work and was painful. X

bean ohh dear sounds tiring, hope you manage some rest. X

leo has done good last 2 nights with feeds been at 8pm 1am and 6am...he needs to have a word with ds3 who still thinks 7x plus is appropriate lol.

KittyVonCatsington · 06/05/2015 09:15

Oh tori love, what news to get-I am so so sorry BUT this is great that they have caught this now and not whilst/after you have given birth. You will now get the utmost care and your little boy will be fine. Yes, not the experience you were hoping for but whatever you have, will be your experience and perfect when you meet your Baby xx

Yay for term apple!! A great milestone Grin

They are little tinkers aren't they Snooky!!

Sounds like a rough night Bean -you are doing a stellar job with Juno!!

Wish me luck today ladies-I have my first sweep at 2 o'clock. Praying it (a) doesn't hurt too much (b) actually works to kick things off Smile

Chookford · 06/05/2015 09:18

bean sorry to hear you are struggling, I remember those nights very well, try to think they won't last and soon baby will be in a set routine and you will get a break x

mumxof3x · 06/05/2015 09:19

Good luck kitty x

Snooky17 · 06/05/2015 09:20

Go go Kittys cervix !!

applecore0317 · 06/05/2015 09:24

Sorry you had a bad night Bean , hope she is more settled tonight.

Snooky that sounds uncomfortable!, but your "go go Kittys cervix" made me chuckle as it made me think of Inspector Gadget, go gadget go :D

Sounds like leo is on the mend Mum, How are you doing?

Fingers crossrd Kitty sending comfortable stretching vibes Grin

KittyVonCatsington · 06/05/2015 09:25

I loved Inspector Gadget!!! You ladies are fab Grin

Now, if only I had an easy to reach switch to get things moving Wink

Chookford · 06/05/2015 09:26

kitty good luck today! Mine worked for me and it wasn't too uncomfortable... Will keep fingers crossed the same happens for you!

mumxof3x · 06/05/2015 09:39

Ohh missed you are term apple. Yay. Not long now x
and I am a little bit off it, not quite sure whats up but thinking about a trip to doctors today. Still feeling like im back in the early stages of pregnancy, feel so nauseous and got metal taste in my mouth and exhausted again, but now my tummys cramping really bad everytime I eat and doubling over with the pain....give me childbirth anyday lol, ive lost so much weight am now below my pre pregnancy weight which was a bmi of 18.5 back then. Just want to feel normal now. But il be ok :) leo is definitely on the mend, doing really good and although hes just got back to his birthweight of 5ib 15 he feels big to me now lol because he went alot smaller...its just going too fast though x

Chookford · 06/05/2015 10:06

apple woohoo for reaching full term!

mum glad Leo is improving daily, hope you start to feel better soon, def go and see a gp just to make sure you are ok, looking after 4kids is hard enough but if your not feeling right it must be even harder..
