With our swamp fanjos and supermarket jobbies it's all going on in our knickers. It's a wonder our men agree to deliver the prostaglandin injections but then we are the 24th Just Shagging Grads!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 24th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is herein its 41st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs herefor once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet is here

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Ga missed you too! (I get the feeling that if I lived oop north by you we would get together a cackle and be filthy, and give evils to the cunthawk)

Lemondrizzletwunt · 24/03/2015 20:39

*and cackle

ZylaB · 24/03/2015 20:54

lemon my gums bled from about 10 weeks, every fucking day when I brushed, until the day after I had her, then stopped!

mountaingirl01 · 24/03/2015 21:12

gaggia definitely. It will probably be on a tractor by the time it's 5 :)

lemon I'm definitely going to try pa massage, not scoffing at anything that may keep my fsnjo intact. Absolutely no way I could persuade dh to help out though.
I am jealous of your wine collection, I usually adore red wine and keep the larder stocked from the merchant. Luckily my body has entirely gone against it and the idea of a glass makes me feel really sick, so I don't miss it at the moment. Poor dh though, it's my account with the merchant and he doesn't understand why the magical larder isn't refuelling itself Hmm

tee you are entirely being reasonable. I wouldn't give him the rest of the bottle. Or the nice dinner. Definitely not the shag.

ChatEnOeuf · 24/03/2015 21:18

Ga, it certainly could be. I felt tiny wooshes at 12w this time round. Grin I'd love to push a wheelbarrow round here with a baby in it...

My birth plan last time read: Students welcome but not to do the delivery. Skin to skin after a quick dry. IM vit K. Only additions this time are for delayed cord clamping and to remind the darling docs that local anaesthetic takes a lot longer to work in me, so be patient or I may kick you Wink it'd be better all round if you didn't have to suture

ChatEnOeuf · 24/03/2015 21:20

And Lemon...what a fantastic addition to your kitchen. I've only gone off red, so it's not all bad. Our wine clubs were devastated when we moved here. Grin

DulcetMoans · 24/03/2015 21:23

Mine bleed for the first time today lemon weirdly enough. Need to book a trip to freebie dentist!

Argh, prams! Just still can't get my head around it. Been once and not even talked about it since really!

Been to baby school today - how to save a babies life. We did what to do when choking and if not breathing. Scared I might not be able to in real life though!

Lemondrizzletwunt · 24/03/2015 21:23

Viroids, help! My supper is embryo shaped!

DulcetMoans · 24/03/2015 21:24

What's the cord donation thing the gaggia? And delayed cord cutting chat? How long is the delay?

Lemondrizzletwunt · 24/03/2015 21:29

Dulce there are stem cells in the cord blood, so it can be donated to cure diseases and also to grow organs and shit. If you do delayed cord clamping they will leave it until the cord has finished pulsing, which is around 2-5 mins, but can be longer.

DulcetMoans · 24/03/2015 21:31

Ok, sounds interesting lemon. Do they come and collect it then? I donate blood and hair so why not cord!

KatoPotato · 24/03/2015 21:33

We donated ds1 cord blood and plan to do so again.

teejayem · 24/03/2015 21:44

Fucking brown spotting is back :( tbh it's basically like my usual delightful thick ish cm except brown, like angel delight. (Sorry) now I'm symptom spotting womble twinges, which I think I'm actually imagining. Tiny tee seems fine, he's merrily kicking away. This is my punishment for eating a very rare steak... Hmm. Not told Mr tee yet because he is wildly predisposed to panic. Might have a bath and see where we are. I wonder if it's where I'm being kicked quite hard my womble is being irritated.

Serious wine rack envy lemon

I've been rocking the vampire look post tooth brushing since very early on, dentist recommends corsdyl, which is supposed to be good for gum problems, but it gives you a perma mouthwash taste.

RPopz · 24/03/2015 21:44

There's a birth plan template you can download from NHS choices website if you're not sure what to put it in. I did one but it basically went out of the window as soon as my waters broke and I got put on EFM. I was forced to go with the flow! I wanted an upright active labour but once in established labour I found it difficult to move from laying on my side - like Wil says.

Lemondrizzletwunt · 24/03/2015 21:50

Dulce how do you donate hair?

DulcetMoans · 24/03/2015 22:01

there's a few different charities that take hair to make into wigs for people that lose theirs through illness lemon. Mine was for children and needed to made at least 12 inches in length. You put it in a bobble and ask hair dresser to cut just above it and post it all together in the bobble. Only done it once as needs to be that long but it's growing again!

What's the plan tee? Will you contact midwife again? Does everything else feel ok?

Lemondrizzletwunt · 24/03/2015 22:06

Oh Tee I'm so sorry I missed your post. Know what you mean about angel delight. Are you feeling any better about it after your bath? What do you want to do?

Purpleball · 24/03/2015 22:14

Didn't know about donating cord blood, do all hospitals do this?

My hair never gets that long. It's a shame they don't accept smaller lengths. I can't give blood anymore due to diabetes but the last 2 times they've turned me away due to deep set veins

Is Vicks safe in pregnancy? I've just smeared my fungal toenail in it after reading about it on here but then wondered if it's ok now

teejayem · 24/03/2015 22:17

It's okay! I feel fine, I don't know what to do. I don't have any pain or cramping, had a couple of tonis, which is normal for me at night, the problem is once you over think things you start feeling niggles which I've probably not taken any notice of before. Really don't want to make the trek to hospital unnecessarily, but don't want to be wildly irresponsible and do nothing. Think biggest worry is placenta dropping low again, which is what caused bleeding before, except it had moved up at 20wk and those bleeds were bright red. That or my mucus plug is doing something funny.

Purpleball · 24/03/2015 22:47

Tee I missed your post too. Hope you're ok. I don't have anything useful to add. I'd probably phone the hosp in the morning for advice

teejayem · 24/03/2015 22:58

Think I'm going to wait until the morning. He's moving well and nothing else seems off. We did go for a really long walk this morning, maybe that's niggled something....

willywallace · 24/03/2015 23:07

I might phone now Tee? You don't lose anything by phoning.

Why do some people have an issue with the vitamin k thing?

gaggiagirl · 24/03/2015 23:16

tee you look after yourself now. Take it easy tomorrow. I prescribe staying in bed!

honeysucklejasmine · 24/03/2015 23:18

Delurking to say a belated congratulations to Boo and Pis! Grin

Also, Lemon holy shit, you have more wine than me! I luuuuuurve wine.

And tee I am going to get a cosatto giggle too because they are awesome! Which baby show was it discounted at?

KatoPotato · 25/03/2015 00:11

Hope you're okay tee. A wee call to Maternity assessment will make you feel loads better, but I'm so sure there's nothing to be concerned by. Gosh that's easy to say!

Xx
