AliOh · 07/12/2014 10:55

So sorry to hear your news gakay thinking of you Flowers

Hi waves welcome and congrats!

Try not to worry yourself shantotto symptoms do come and go!

I can't wait to get to the Middle bit when you can feel baby moving just as reassurance they are ok - I know it seems so far away now but it will come round quickly I assure you!

daisysunshine2 · 07/12/2014 11:36

My symptoms have been coming and going a bit too, trying to not worry too much although I'm exactly 5 weeks today which is the first day I had spotting with my MC... Going to be on knicker watch all day I can tell! I can't wait to get to the middle too when I can feel baby move!

Welcome to the newbies :)

clairexxx · 07/12/2014 11:53

I'm sorry to hear your sad news Gakay.

My bloating seems to have eased. I'm drinking plenty of water which I think is helping. However I am experiencing white discharge (sorry tmi!). I Just wondered if this is normal during early pregnancy. I could be 4.5 or 9 weeks but thinks it's likely to be the first one though.

Dozygirl · 07/12/2014 12:31

Hi everyone. Ive been promoted from the ttc buses :) got my bfp on friday but i've only just started to believe it.

Not got a lot of symptoms. I had some early bleeding possibly around implantation so thought i was out this month but then it stopped so i tested.

I'm 31, dc1, edd 14th august.

Do u count how many weeks u are from your last period? That would make me about 4 weeks but i know im only 2 weeks because i pinpointed ovulation from opks and temping.

clairexxx · 07/12/2014 12:34

Hi Dozy, nice to see you on here! You count from the 1st day of your last period. I thought that was strange to begin with as it means you begin week one before you have even conceived!

AliOh · 07/12/2014 13:06

Hi dozy congratulations!

xBlueberry88x · 07/12/2014 13:53

Hey Dozy good to see you over here!

whitwoochantelle · 07/12/2014 14:44

Yeah red meat certainly gone off the agenda just the thought of it goin in my mouth ergh

rachywhite83 · 07/12/2014 15:05

Anyone else really bloated ? Im in mymaternity gear already !!!!!

clairexxx · 07/12/2014 16:30

Hi Rachy, I've been really bloated up until yesterday. I was so uncomfortable and couldn't do my jeans up! I found drinking lots of water helped and also eating light things, little and often

nataliejayne1 · 07/12/2014 16:57

Hi, cautiously sticking myself on this thread. Got a positive on Monday. Going by nhs calculator due date is 4th of aug. still very cautious due to previous miscarriage

Dozygirl · 07/12/2014 17:21

Waves to fellow december bus graduates.

Fx crossed we all have sticky beans

Hi natalie hopefully this one will stick around for u. I can understand your caution though. The next few weeks must be the most worrying.

AliOh · 07/12/2014 17:34

Hi natalie congrats!

Yes rachy I'm totally bloated I couldn't eat all my roast today (not like me). Can't wait to get back in my maternity jeans, especially over xmas in case I have a serious case of food baby Grin

nataliejayne1 · 07/12/2014 17:51

Thanks ladies, congratulations to you too
1 don't remember worrying this much with my first 2pregnancies but as each day passes it gets worse. No pregnancy symptoms yet, kinda hoping for morning sickness but sure i will regret that wish when/if it comes

xBlueberry88x · 07/12/2014 19:04

My symptoms for today are mood swings my dp has been pissing me off so much! And food tastes weird I didnt enjoy my roast or choc as much as normal

mrsb0710 · 07/12/2014 19:33

blueberry I normally love sweet food, but it's making me retch. All into salty/savoury at the moment

clairexxx · 07/12/2014 19:40

Hope you can enjoy a relaxing evening Blueberry.

I'm not sure if these are symptoms or I'm just under the weather but I'm so tired! I slept loads yesterday and woke up at 3.30am this morning. Ended up falling back asleep and getting up at 8.30am (which is late for me. Usually up about 7am in winter). Took dog for a walk and ended up lying down on sofa and falling asleep. DH said I looked exhausted and suggested going back to bed and I woke up at 4.30pm!!

All I fancied for dinner was sweet potato and salad. I'm completely off meat at the moment.

I'm hoping the tiredness is my body's way of adjusting?

Shantotto · 07/12/2014 19:42

I'm just feeling quite crampy still, not felt nauseous for a couple of days.

I've read that it's quite normal so not worrying too much.

birchwoods · 07/12/2014 22:52

Hi everyone Grin
My symptoms so far are very tender boobs, getting more tender by the day, being very headachy, very thirsty and the last two days feeling exhausted! I have a slight sensation in my uterus but I wouldn't go as far as calling it cramps.

Last night a successfully foxed our friends for the entire dinner (we were hosting) by drinking elderflower cordial with tonic water and a slice of lemon - looks just like a g&t and they were none the wiser...mwah ha ha!!!

Had an amazing two hour nap this evening. Smile

Glitterrascal · 08/12/2014 11:47

Hi all!!

How is everyone doing in respect of the dreaded potential arrival of morning sickness? It's starting to kick in for me ?? seriously hoped I'd be one of the lucky ones to escape this! No vomiting (yet, been v close) so hopefully this is as bad as it gets! It's tough with work and on top of that, no one knows so trying to act normal whilst feeling rotten is crap!!!

Brummiegirl15 · 08/12/2014 11:51

Hi all. Sorry been so quiet - moved house over weekend and that was exhausting!!!

Casio and Gakay I am so sorry. Thinking of you both.

Lots of new people since I last posted, hello!!!

So I registered with my new docs on Friday and told them I was pregnant and wanted to book in with the midwife. Apparently I have to see my new doctor first before I can book with the midwife. Er why? I'm pregnant, I've told my outgoing GP therefore it's all confirmed. I've done a urine sample for new docs which will clearly show I'm up the duff so why do I have to waste time seeing the doctor when clearly all they will say is "congrats now see the midwife"

Am 5+3 today and am so tired I could literally kip under my desk. Nausea really comes and goes and boobs are sore.

My main worry is though that I've got quite a lot of discharge (TMI alert!!!!!) so I feel quite damp. Therefore I rush to the loo in a panic expecting to see blood - but nothing.

Got my early scan next Wednesday and I'll be 6+5 do fingers crossed for all early scans

mrsb0710 · 08/12/2014 12:18

7 weeks and nausea in full force...I'm thinking half the office has guessed as I keep going to the loo to wretch - nothing coming up, but I feel awful. Just want to go home and sleep. Just think - it will all be worth it in the end!

IceLemonGin · 08/12/2014 12:19

Brummie I'm exactly the same with the rushing to the loo. I'm exhausted too. Hope your early scan goes well.

Anyone else having trouble sleeping at night? I felt a bit sick this morning but not sure if it was in my head or not. Been a bit constipated today (TMI) which is a change from random diarrhoea!

I'm 6 weeks tomorrow. Really anxious still.
