robindeer look at The Spinning Babies website - it does work.

Ladies you have had me in giggles over your talk of being gingered, jiz tea and DTD. Nct woman said lots of blowies too but I'm not telling my hubbie that!

Food wise, I want Roquefort Salad. Haven't had one in years but now that I can't have it, I want it.

Had my 36week MW appointment and all looking good. See the consultant at 38weeks and then I want this baby out! Grin

Glad I'm not the only one constantly exhausted. I've achieved nothing today. I was meant to pack my hospital bag but slept instead. Oh well....

ohthegoats · 02/10/2014 18:28

I just really hope that my normal preferences for meat and veg comes back.. I'm scared it won't. Imagine only fancying pork pies and icecream forever? Urgh.

ohthegoats · 02/10/2014 18:32

Chicory, Roquefort and walnut salad, with a really tangy dressing... mmmmm.. actually, there's maybe my starter.

fedupofrainydays · 02/10/2014 18:40

goats I had the main contractor round this morning as my builders seem incapable of finishing this job. (Sounds rude reading that back) but wouldn't bet on them people able to share some jizz to get their OH in labour!! Anyway, they take one step forward and 3 back - they cannot listen to instructions so go and put a socket and isolation switch behind a wardrobe and then fuck up the tiles by putting the shower attachments in a stupid place so you can't actually use it. So hard to do this whilst entertaining a newborn who wants to feed constantly and a energetic toddler. UGH.
Why can't people just do jobs properly???

The story about the young man fingering cheered me up though - snigger!

fedupofrainydays · 02/10/2014 18:40

Salivating at the thought of that starter too... Yum

Me23 · 02/10/2014 18:44

Sushi and baked Camembert are safe in pregnancy (as long as sushi has been frozen beforehand which it is from most places) and any hot banned cheese is fine too.

sweet nothing will be done about a prolapse until after the birth, except obviously advising pelvic floor exercises, it may not be a prolapse is there anything sticking out f the vagina? It may be that the Vulval area feels heavy due to swelling common in late pregnancy.

Had mw this afternoon baby is engaged 3/5ths which I had thought as having immense pressure though she has gone OT so not ideal position must get birth ball inflated.

mum2 our nesting so far is almost identical!

YellowWellies · 02/10/2014 18:56

I was going to say I troughed on sushi and baked stinky cheeses this pregnancy. Good thing as I'm dairy free now thanks to Missy moo's reflux Sad Am looking forward to cheese, a cuppa and chocolate again in woo 18 months (sob).

madamweasel · 02/10/2014 19:00

All this talk of food has spurred me into organising sushi lunch out on Sunday and dispatching DH to morrisons to fetch ice cream. Labour is bound to start Saturday night now that I have exciting meal out planned...

sazzlehopes · 02/10/2014 19:19

I have eaten the odd shop bought sushi but not amazing obviously raw and fresh stuff! and some blue cheeses but it'd be nice to plough through loads of it without the slightest thought of 'maybe I shouldn't eat too much' washed down with a bucket load of wine or gin!!!

Lulu298 · 02/10/2014 19:25

I'm looking forward to eating goats cheese and also for the stomach acid to calm down.

Thanks for all the changing table advice. Going to try and win one on ebay tomorrow and if we lose, then buy a changing mat to sit on top of the cot bed we've got.

Off to meet our NCT group now for dinner. Have got gaviscon and my ranitidine tablets in my bag.

gunwalloe · 02/10/2014 19:28

Ive been shamelessly stuffing mars bars since babys birth im so relieved the GD has gone!

ohthegoats · 02/10/2014 19:48

fedup I'm the 'main contractor' in that I'm managing all the blokes. It's exhausting right now, although normally I'd quite enjoy it (it's what I used to do as a job). I just can't make the necessary decisions, and also can't really be emotionally stable enough to deal with them properly.

Missus2ndwife · 02/10/2014 19:54

I want real sushi too. I may have to travel to London for it but I want it

Pregnantagain7 · 02/10/2014 19:55

I've decided I can't face dtd tonight or even jizz tea! Those of you who have had sweeps would you have been able to dtd that night or were you too sore?

I'm thinking of waiting til after my sweep on Monday and because we've not being doing dtd at all this pregnancy it might shock it into labour?!

Jesus my posts today are just fabulous Grin
Jizz tea and shocking my cervix!! I am actually a reasonable intelligent woman usually :)

This pregnancy malarkey has finally frazzled my brain!

ohthegoats · 02/10/2014 20:13

My cervix doesn't notice sex, my labia however... proper achey agony the next day, can barely walk properly. I never noticed my labia before pregnancy, they were just 'there'... the last nine months though, they've become one of my most noticeable body parts. In terms of feelings/sensation - they've not literally been visible, that would have been bad, especially at school.

mrsb87 · 02/10/2014 20:16

We dtd that night pregnant. I wasn't sore at all but we used plenty of lube to aid the process. I've managed to persuade dh to give it another go tonight. I promised him I wouldn't mention my mucus plug afterwards again lol. Poor bloke.

sazzlehopes · 02/10/2014 20:20

pregnant your posts today are outstanding!!!
I personally couldn't face dtd after my sweep, I was too sore, although from friends it was recommended to me to do so...
We dtd the night before the sweep instead.
I haven't mentioned to my husband that jizz in the mouth is the way forward...I can imagine the glee. Maybe when I'm more than 7 days over...5 days currently!

OP posts:
mum2kiss · 02/10/2014 20:48

I feel like you ladies that have gone past your due date are handling it very well! I'd be crying all day I'm sure...although if the alternative was a mug of Jizz tea I guess I'd be fine with just waiting it out lol!

Pregnantagain7 · 02/10/2014 20:56

Ha ha mrsb that's a very good point actually I need to remember to try and not be too clinical about it might give him stage fright!!
Things like that don't bother me in the slightest but I can imagine him to not be too keen if I say "come on love up we go,time to dislodge the plug!" Which given my state of mind at the moment is something that I would probably say!!

Think I will have a go on Monday after sweep if not too sore. I'm just so knackered today I can't be bothered. October just seems to be so busy for us as a family keep getting lists of things from dds school that I'm supposed to remember and attend my calendar is crazy!

My eldest dd came home with a letter from school last week saying her whole class will be learning the tenor horn until Christmas. I know this is a great opportunity but seriously the tenor bloody horn?! It sounds like a bloody boat turning round every time she blows it not what I need with a new born baby and the dogs are scared of it so start barking everytime she plays it downstairs!!
Throw a one year old who is properly walking now and into everything and I'm not surprised I'm not up for dtd! I went for a wee today came out and he'd been in the tin bin and got a dog food tin out (not washed) and was trying to drink out of it, I was nearly sick and wanted to cry at the same time!

Arghh how the hell will I cope with four Grin

Pregnantagain7 · 02/10/2014 20:59

Just reread that post and "my calendar is crazy" sounded very knobbish! What I meant is there are lots of things written on my calendar that is stuck on my wall with Sellotape! It has pictures of dogs on so wasn't trying to sound posh!!

LondonJen · 02/10/2014 21:01

Being gingered ?! bahaha! Assume autocorrect Missus?
